Doctors and 5th floor ( image ) receptionists were good. However regarding billing and administrative matters, they were horrible.. They accused me for given false authorisation number from Bupa.. I even presented the number at CT scan day: The customer service said “ simple human error cos somebody missed my membership number’s last couple digits! “. I escalated customer service manager but he was nasty.. condescending and kept excuses. I ended up that I had to talk to my insurance company’s manager. Seriously awful and gave me so much stress and made me cry.

Fantastic place.
Was seen within about 30 seconds of sitting down and Aleix Rovira was fantastic. Great demeanour, polite, welcoming, knowledgeable and he had a fantastic sense of humour too. I left very impressed.

You can always tell that the service is always going to be excellent when more staff are visible than patients! My experience on my two times visits went excellently, thank you.

Chicu is the best phlebotomist in the Shard my veins tend to be very difficult and he always take blood very easy and without hurting me. He is very polite and professional.

Always have a brilliant experience with HCA. I've seen Mr Ahmed Latif orthopaedic consultant and he's brilliant each time, swiftly providing care and expertise. I've also attended for physio with John and he's incredible - helped me with my injury and rehab and make suitable recommendations. I don't think I would've recovered as well from my injury if it wasn't for these guys!

All receptionists I've seen are also friendly and helpful, no problems at all

Great service. Everyone very knowledgeable. Dr Dulmini was very supportive and listened to everything I said. Everyone was very kind and helpful, Including Lofti who did my bloodwork and nurse Nika. Place is very clean and pleasant to the eye. Happy to come back if needed.

Having decided to self-pay for my cancer treatment and post-operative care (i don't have medical insurance) i expected to receive a high quality of care given the cost involved. I haven't been disappointed. Staff have been incredibly supportive, caring and provide quality treatment and service. I can recommend them to anyone. Ok, the quality of care and treatment is the only important thing, but i feel HSA have also provided value for money.

Had an appointment here with Dr.Seth! Lovely appointment and showed his knowledge about the knee structure which was impressive to learn about. Only 4 stars though as if I was self funded, wouldn’t be able to afford. B HR if you have private insurance, well worth your time
