The worst reception ever !! Not helpful, rude reception !!! You call them they say you need to come, then you go to them they say no you need to book another appointment !! Since last week i am not able to get a medicine !

You can not get a face to face appointment.
I had something wrong with my ear I was told a doctor would phone me and decide if I need to have an appointment, I said how can the doctor see what’s wrong with my ear over the phone?
Before the pandemic we used to be able to phone and get an appointment to go and see the doctor, it just seems the doctors don’t want to patients.
They just don’t care, absolute Rubbish.
I would not have given them any stars but I didn’t have that option.
