I received a Robot Call asking me to contact them to schedule my appointment. When I called back furious to have a robot call me, I waited for over 30 minutes and still have yet to get a human to schedule the appointment I have waited 3 months to have scheduled. The robo calls are not something I want especially if I am at work and have to interrupt my work day. Its a large waste of my time! I STILL DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!

Its pretty clear that the call center has an overwhelming work load and they are unable to accommodate the tasks set before them. I would wonder how much revenue the group is losing by this ineffective process and out of curiosity, I wonder why they think its ok to send a robot to contact you and have you call then wait even longer? Its truly mind boggling the thought process behind this.

Maybe they do not pay employees enough to be there? Maybe its mis managed?

Frankly? I would rather a human call me when they are able to vs having a robot waste my time with circles. Customer service isnt a priority anymore for companies.
