Nothing but good things to say about this place. Every visit has been pleasant and professional. The staff has taken great care of me. Dr Ahmed Al-Sabbagh was outstanding and professional during my procedure. I was put to ease the moment I met him and his staff. He fixed me right up and continued to check on me as if we were family. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Today is my first time to the health center. I read negative reviews about the reception staff. I think it might be true. But they are quite helpful. One served me with smiled. Just don't expect to have hospitality. Maybe for them this is normal way of communication. That's how they talk and serve patients. Some of them are indeed relaxing and using their cellphones but I think it's okay because they are not serving at that time. Please do not judging.

However, I have little suggestion from the reviews of the reception staff sort of bad and rude reputations. Maybe you should make improvements feels more clinical emphaty. From my end, honestly I feel quite helped today because I have no expectations, as we know this is for the public and free / cheap if there is any fees. If you need excellent expectation just come to private clinic / hospital. Especially emergency (call ambulance) simple.

Therefore, for the sake of the patients who come for treatment / consultation in the future, hopefully Old Airport Medical Center will improve itself in terms of service. Anyway, Thank you for helping me, with all the limitations. I am sure it will be much much better in the future. InsyaAllah.

Almost forgot. The doctor I visited earlier was also very good, not much explanation but because there were many inital investigations such as blood tests first and others. Thank you doctor!

Your ability to explain complex medical information in a way that was easy for me to understand was greatly appreciated. I felt listened to and respected, which is not always the case in the medical field. Your bedside manner put me at ease, and I left the appointment feeling confident in the treatment plan we discussed.

Heba, I also want to commend you for your exceptional support during my visit. From the moment I walked in, you greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable and valued. Your efficiency in assisting the doctor during the appointment did not go unnoticed. I wanted to share with you my experience today at the health center when I went to apply for the family health card. The process was quite straightforward, but they do require a few specific documents to proceed:

Family QID: This is essential to identify the family unit.
Photos: They asked for passport-sized photos, probably for identification purposes.
House Contract of 12 Months: This serves as proof of residence and stability. Also, house Blue-Plate Photo required.
Municipality Attestation: It's needed to confirm the validity of our residence.
Electricity Bill: This is another proof of residence and utility payment history.
Bank Card for 100 rial fee: There's a fee for processing the health card application, and they asked for a bank card for this purpose.
Family Sponsor (Husband) QID: They also required the QID of the head of the family, which in our case is [Husband's Name].
The staff there were really cooperative and guided me through the whole process. One thing to note is that the health center only provides services for families and isn't open to bachelors.
Noted Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday from morning 7am start. Friday Saturday not working day for health card.

One of the worst place you can visit if you are sick, went there for the first time (and it will the last time) waited there for the doctor for more than 2 hours. The doctor was just sitting inside the room alone and telling that I have an emergency, then again coming and going, doing nothing! And at the last when I went to counter to tell them that doctor is not available. That same doctor having gossips with other staff, this is what his emergency was? Treating patients like an animal, you have to wait for hours for nothing.

I had an exceptional experience in Dental clinic @ DOHA CLINIC . From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The facility was clean and well-maintained. My kids treatment were handled with great care and precision by the medical team, who took the time to explain every step of the process. The Dr. Marwa was attentive and compassionate, making sure my kids were comfortable throughout my kids stay. I highly recommend Dental @Doha clinic to anyone in need of medical care!

I was admitted to the hospital for 5 days solely for the purpose of obtaining an MRCP report. The nursing staff exhibited unprofessional behavior and demonstrated a lack of care and attention to detail. Specifically, they failed to take precautions to avoid introducing air bubbles during injections and blood draws, resulting in potential complications.

Subsequent to my discharge from the hospital, I have experienced occasional discomfort in my heart and a general feeling of unease. These symptoms were not present prior to my hospitalization. It is concerning that the medical intervention I received may have caused additional health issues.

أخبرتني موظفة الإستقبال بوجود متاخرات على من سنة 2018 مبلغ وقدرة 30 ريال للدكتور أشرف واليوم بتاريخ 28/06/2024 يطالبوني بدفع المبلغ السابق عن سنة 2018 ( فساد اداري).
دفعت 30 ريال عن 2018 وعن زيارة اليوم الجمعة 28/06/2024
المجموع 60 ريال.
اتمنى من الجميع الحذر من هذا المستشفى.
تجربة اليوم السلبية كانت سبب لفقدان الثقة في المستشفى والتغيير لمستشفى اخر.
نتمنى من ادارة المستشفى التطوير وليس التبرير.

Am sorry to say that, with due respect Qatar Amir and MOPH I need to raise this concern, hope this will reach till MOPH and Authorities, this hospital admin or reception staff are very bad and they don't care about patients they are very busy on their gir gir and phone than the patients.

The worst hospital ever, they literally let you wait for 1 h to tell you that they can’t do anything and send you to the other Hamad Hospital. Im truly amazed how people in this hospital don’t care.

The Hamad, is one of the best. Needed medical treatment during Transfer at Doha, This hospital's treatment for my husband was incredible, my mant thanks. The food is good, also looks after meals for your patener, non stop medical attention.

Even one star I can not give it, I wait till my turn , then the Doctor did not even check on me , he said you need to go to an other centre , when i went to another , they refuse saying that i 'm not an Qatari . I went back home with difficulty of breathing and fever.

Very bad service received from Old airport Health center even my mother is a Hamad Staff . Today 10/05/2024 As our health center is close . My mother was sick with body pain & sore throat(history of CA ) .

1st : The front nurses was very irresponsible they don’t care about what the patient need . All 4 indian nurses sitting together and very busy with talking about there hair dye /henna extra personal things..
Let me clear this is not the time to discuss about henna color and how to prepare /compare studies there is time to disccus about all these while there free time .

2nd : To check vitals the Tunasian nurse ask everything detailed and appreciating that. But she put R behalf of E in paper and the receptionist said come another day .
(R means we need to come later) E means emergency and can consult the dr today itslef)
we try to ask the indian nurses who are sitting in front reception area as she is sick . They dont mind they are saying u talk to receptionist . They dont take any insicate to help the patient . Then we went again vitals tunaisn nurse and she recorrected and given for dr’s consultation.

Let me ask she is sick today and will get conusltaion & medication only after 3 days ???? Excuse me ..what kind of policy is that .

Front reception ladies very busy with there phone .

3rd dr was good but waited too much time for doctor the receptionist went inside and was talking with her and wasted our time .
They really makes disappointed this time .

Survey time all r very good to get certificates.
Its not all that .. patients care is more important .

Before this clinic was very good with good respectfull staffs .

Staff behavoiur is not good.

I received a message to come 7:30 , I am got accepted at 11:00
On reception they said your doctor on leave, someone else will come , and he is not yet in the hospital.
When I met doctor, he was nice, he said you will do lab test and come to me again, they gave me appointment at 16 October today is 17 April.
What’s the point to have treatment after 6 months.

I go to doctor Ahmad (best dentist in Doha) regularly. I always feel safe, informed and happy, even though going to the dentist can be scary. He takes great care of my teeth and is fast, efficient and kind. He has been my dentist now for nearly 3 years and I will never change. His dental team (his lovely nurse) is also extremely qualified and capable in taking care of my teeth. The patient care is in my opinion the best I have had in Doha since I have lived here. Highly recommended 😀

What a rubbish hospital. They don’t care about patients at all. Whenever I come there and ask for help they just send me others to health centres which are even worse in Qatar. The doctors are bad too. Better to stay away from such facilities.

Qatar Airways Clinic is a hospital in Doha.it’s only for Qatar Airways staff.

Qatar Airways Clinic is situated nearby to Back Up And Training Center (BUATC), and close to Midfield Fuel Farm.Next to MOI building.

No 1 Medical center.

I had a very bad experience on Friday when I visited hospital firstly they denied to take for treatment saying this is family hospital so what do you mean I have to carry my wife and children to hospital when I am not well,it is my health center for my family. Reception ladies did not allow me saying come on Sunday today and tomorrow we accept on emergency so what do you mean by emergency do you guy want me to cut my hand and show you my blood then you will allow us for treatment, lastly the phillipine staff in the reception need to learn some manners how to talk with people... Pathetic staff with lots of non sense in their mind.
Instead of treatment they show you the gate to go outside.

As a Hamad bin Khalifa madical centre worker. i disappoint and totally disagree. with some point which Hamad cleam.just because they give contact to some manpower supplier they know how to take advantage of people who lives there country to support their family like.hamad gives around mimum 4500qatari riyal for assistant cook.where they provide 12day laundry in month . with limited clothes from Asia city 1 hours distance from madical city and food quality you only know whan you randomly check without informing any compass staff then you know what kind of food we getting.. in our contact they mention only 8 hours duty but by forcefully we have to work around 11 hours just for free .because our (Rabia) exclusive chef get plus point form the corporate chef( makrum). After doing this for the company.. I get only 1200 riyal it means they deduct just for this kind of facilities. . is this fair according to you Hamad pay compass for good accomodation but they give us Asian city where cleaner and cook share everything.. people want's to leave the compass but they don't have other options because in Qatar have limited jobs for use. Qatar is lovely. but this kind of company make toxic to live in Qatar and forcing to people like me to leave job
As emigrated i request to Hamad bin Khalifa madical centre .. please run by your own organisation rather than..... campass

انشالله هيچوقت كارتون به بيمارستان و كلينيك نكشه، اما ي بار تشريف ببريد ببينيد پذيرش تا كادر درمان يعني چي، عالي ترين بيمارستاناي تهرون به گرد پاي نحوه برخورد تشخيص درمان و پذيرش و كليت اين مراكز نخواهند رسيد، برخلاف ايران كه پزشكان صرفا به فكر اندوخته ي مالي هستند اين كلينيك رويكردتون به پزشكي و پزشكان رو زيرو رو ميكنه

A massive building with barley any proactive employee.
Qatar did a great job organizing the World Cup yet such doctors and employees will effect the country reputation.
We can for a rabies shot as my wife was bitten by one of those stray cats filling the streets …. BOOM it’s a 2hrs wait just for a doctor to prescribe a 12 day antibiotic course !? Even me with no medical background knows that this is not correct !
Ps: Female only area yet females are treated by male doctors!? What’s the point here !?

Beeindruckende Kulisse. Sehr großer Markt thematisch unterteilt in Kleitier, Falken, Gewürze, Stoffe usw. Nebenan sind die Pferdeställe der Katar-Garde untergebracht. Die Garde streift durch die Hauptstraße in voller Landespracht. Echt beeindruckend. Auf dem Falkenmarkt gibt es natürlich neben Falken auch sämtliche Zubehör für die Falkerei.

Der Besitz eines Falken und die Falkenjagd sind Bestandteil der Qatari-Arabischen Kultur. Hier kann man nicht nur Falken erwerben, sie werden auch ausgebildet und gepflegt. Ein Besuch lohnt sich.
