This uses to be such a good surgery. It saved my life on one point. But the last few years it's gotten so bad. Can't get appointments for anything. I know the NHS is on its knees but there's got to be sme way you can at least get on the phone to someone.. been trying for days every morning and can't even get through. Calls don't connect, get dropped as you get to the front of the line.. it's soul destroying.

Amazing practice. Called at 8am phoned by 8:45 am. Face to face at 3 pm. Urgent scan requested and booked for 2 weeks.

Had 2 appointments in the last few months with my baby. Spoken to the same day by GPs and both times needed referrals which were done very quickly. Excellent care from the 2 doctors we have seen. Debbie the practice nurse has also been excellent!

If I could give a minus star rating on the surgery I would !! This practice refused to come and see my Mum in Killelea home Bury after a statement of intent was put in place saying it was out of the area !!! Dr. Schryer complained to the Management of Killelea that I had contacted him at my Mums hours of need. My Mum passed away 15/12/23 because this doctor did not come to see her it has complicated the death certificate to no end !! And they had the cheek to send a sympathy card to my Mums address. You failed my Mum on several occasions in 2023. I hope to god this does not happen to anyone of your other patients you are an absolute disgrace !!!! You are more interested in seeing to ‘people’ in Forest Bank Young Offenders Centre I’m guessing it’s all to do with the ‘money’ isn’t it Dr. Schryer ??

Myself and my family have been several times over the past 3 months. Each time I have not had any issues getting through to the practice and had a call back the same day or offered an appointment the same day. The service has been great.

Alwasy great here, reception staff are always helpful, called with an issue and a few hours later I was talking on the phone getting it resolved. Thank you. Brilliant practice.
