The department store has a refreshing facelift since my last visit in Sep 2023… Glad to see it’s more arty, lively and young..
Central Chidlom is one of the Original Central stores in Thailand.
The department store just been renovated as of Q2 2024.
With still keeping its heritage floorplan, the newly renovates space becomes more modern and vibrant for each floor.
The fasion zone for both men and ladies are slight more premium and more focused on imported fabrics (luxury zone).
Muji is still located on the higher floor (floor 6th).
The basement level are tops supermarket zone as well as the foodcourt or known as FoodHall.

Central Chidlom has truly outdone itself with the recent renovation. As one of Bangkok's OG department stores, it now boasts a compact and easy-to-navigate layout. The new design is fantastic, offering a quiet and pleasant shopping experience. There are numerous offers on products ranging from cosmetics and luxury brands to kids' appliances and kitchenware. Even if you're not shopping, it's worth a visit just to admire the place itself!
Wow the Chidlom location has gone through a massive renovation and it has a lot more luxury brands than before. VM has definitely improved and there are more new brands that I have not seen elsewhere in Asia like Sporty & Rich. Worth a visit and it connects to Central Embassy and there are tons of food options on the way there.
Great selection of FitFlop products for both men and women. Women’s is located on the 2nd floor where men’s is located on the 3rd floor. It’s nice to also see that they have recently renovated the department store making it one of the most luxurious shopping destination in Bangkok.

Ich kann nur über den Foodcourt sprechen im EatThai im Untergeschoss den ich zweimal besucht habe. Aber der hat mich begeistert. Alles hygienisch sehr sauber und eine super Auswahl, so dass wirklich für jeden etwas dabei ist. Der Service war super und alle sind sehr freundlich. Ich wurde bei meiner Auswahl der leckeren Speisen von allen super beraten und alles war sehr lecker.
New renovation! It looks more creative and colorful! There’re a lot of cute products from a variety of brands.
This is a large department store under the central group which I think is probably the largest department store / mall chain in Bangkok. They offer fashionable clothes here as well as shoes, accessories, personal hygiene, cosmetics, skin care and so much more. This place is connected to Central embassy

A noble shopping temple in a prime location. Many good and very expensive restaurants. Almost all the world's luxury brands are represented here in the form of boutiques. Ultimately, I have to say that these luxury shopping temples in Bangkok are not very different in principle.
Ein edler Einkaufstempel in bester Lage. Viele gute und sehr teure Restaurants. Fast alle Luxusmarken der Welt sind hier in Form von Boutiquen vertreten. Letztendlich muss ich sagen, dass sich diese Luxuseinkaufstempel in Bangkok im Prinzip nicht sehr unterscheiden.

Großartiger Konzeptstore: in diesem Fall die Kombination aus hochwertiger Buchhandlung und verschiedenen Restaurants. Könnte dort Stunden verbringen.
Fantastic if you're looking for luxury goods, they sell pretty much everything you would ever need and the selection of food downstairs is truly international. Otherwise just cross over the road to Sian Square where it's a bit more normal!
Always fun to come here and look around. Looks like the renovations are done now and everything looks clean and well done. Lots of high end stores and mid range too. Beautiful mall but really crowded, even mid-week. Amazing grocery store, high end of course but high quality.
Das Central Emabassy ist ein modernes, neues Einkaufzentrum. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich das Eathai und in den obersten zwei Etagen noch weitere Restaurants (unter anderem ein Din Tai Fung), dazwischen diverse Shops. Westliche Nobelmarken wie Prada oder Versage. Sehr sauber und Klimatisiert.
Sehr grosses weiträumiges Einkaufszentrum war für hochwertige teure Produkte. Deswegen ist es nicht sehr stark besucht.
Das Beste vom Besten, das schönste vom schönsten, das modiste von modischen alles in allem ein gigantisch schönes Einkaufszentrum. Speziell zu erwähnen ist der exklusive Thai Food Court im Untergeschoss und die Kombination von Bibliothek und Food Court mit internationaler Küche im obersten Stock. Selbstverständlich ist auch ein Stockwerk reserviert mit den üblichen Systemgastronomie Restaurants. Die Anzahl der Besucher hält sich in Grenzen, so dass das ein vergnügliches und wunderbares Einkaufserlebnis wird, so man denn etwas kaufen will.
Ein Paradies zum Schoppen, Entdecken, Staunen, Probieren und Fett einkaufen. Die Preise sind hoch, DIE Qualität meist aber auch und die Staff hilfsbereit wenn auch nicht immer mit Wissen bestückt, so aber freundlich und besorgen dann einen Mitarbeiter/in die Bescheid weiß. Das Food Center ist genial, da bekommst einfach alles und wenn Lust hast auf Käse von der Schweiz, hier bekommst es. Die Preise sind für ausländische Produkte höher, aber liegen im Rahmen. Die Restaurant rund um das Food Center sind gut und günstig. Ein Besuch wenn es mal regnet oder einem draussen zu heiss ist, lässt die Stunden verfliegen und Frauen die gerne Schoppen sind im Paradies, also Männer haltet Eure Kreditkarten fest im Blick, Grins
