Great zoo/museum. A big diversity of animals, education corners and small exhibitions. However extremely crowded on Weekends and hard to enjoy due to loudness/kids/crowd. Recommend going under the week if you want a leisurely call stroll through it. Got in seamlessly with the Düsseldorf Citycard but you have to queue nonetheless. If you dont want to queue for a ticket, buy it in advance online.
2月日曜日訪問。現代美術を扱った美術館。K20との共通券を買うと少しお得です。K20と別の日でも使えます。ヒト・シュタイエル、カールステン・ニコライなどあり。ラインハルト・ムハのインスタレーションは意味不明だが最高。

Auch gut mit kleinen Kindern zu besuchen.
Sofern es nicht zu voll ist, kann man auch mit dem Kinderwagen kommen. Am Eingang bekommt man gegen Pfand einen Schlüssel für die Hebebühne, mit der man sowohl Kinderwagen als auch Rollstuhl neben jeder Treppe bedienen kann.
Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter ist stets mit angemessenem Abstand hinter uns her gelaufen und hat die Hebebühnen im Anschluss wieder runter gefahren.

Un grand musée, bien restauré qui propose un parcours important et agréable.
Wirklich schöne Atmosphäre, kinderfreundlich und vom Angebot (Preis/Leistung) völlig angemessen.

Kann man mit den Kids mal hin. Viele Interessante Tiere und Themen. Es gibt auch nicht nur im Wasser lebende Tiere sondern auch Insekten, Schlangen, Spinnen!
Am Wochenende ist viel los. Evtl., sofern möglich, nicht zu den Stoßzeiten besuchen.

Also wir waren an einem Sonntag da und so gegen elf Uhr und kamen an der Tageskasse so rein. Es war sehr voll und man musste halt warten um jedes Aquarium zu sehen. Gefallen hat es uns sehr gut aber zu voll . Sehr informativ dort für Kinder auch vieles zum ausprobieren teilweise kann man sich auch setzen. Man braucht so 1 1/2 bis 2 Stunden. Mit 10€ für Erwachsene auch nicht überteuert, plus Parkgebühren 50 Cent pro halbe Stunde. Kinder weiß ich nicht. Garderobe und Toilette vorhanden. Für Kinderwagen und Rollstuhl gibt es Aufzüge.
Wonderful museum! Even better on Sundays as its absolutely free of cost :) very interesting and informative. If you are in the city its a must visit.
Today I randomly decided to visit Kunstsammlung as a tourist from San Francisco, but my order is wrong, I recommend you reverse my order.
First of all I have to say, 4th floor already blow my mind, I imagine buy a drink, and take my wine glasses walk all over the museum. But as a tourist from San Francisco I indeed don't know the law regulations more than you do. Just a suggestions, I think you can bring more hip people here, starting from one day only every week.
I visited the museum with a bit serious mood, because there are so many staff watching us, and it's modern art, I was here because of the buildings and the architecture, I don't consider myself understanding art that much.
So here is my suggestion, go to 1st floor cafe Lemonpie first, get a glass of Riesling and an apple pie ( this is really great combination) and make yourself a bit tipsy later you starting the museum tour with even better mood.
I guarantee you will have a 5 stars review if you do this order.

Musée totalement repensé! Collections présentées avec intelligence, goût. Dépaysement assuré dans les contrées de l'art de la Renaissance jusqu'aux temps modernes et contemporains!!!

Από την πρώτη στιγμή φαινόταν ότι κάτι δεν πήγαινε καλά. Ο Κυριος στα εισιτήρια μας είπε ότι το pos ήταν χαλασμένο ζήτησε μόνο μετρητά και δεν μας έδωσε απόδειξη. Μας είπε ότι θα πληρώσουμε λιγότερα και στο ερώτημα μας αν αυτό είναι νόμιμο απάντησε να μείνει μεταξύ μας !
Εκθέματα δεν υπήρχαν ! Ούτε πίνακες, ούτε γλυπτά, μόνο φωτογραφίες και ο τελευταίος όροφος που είναι και το πιο ενδιαφέρον μας είπαν ότι έχει χαλάσει η οροφή και θέλει πολλά λεφτά να φτιαχτεί !
Εντωμεταξύ κανένας δεν μιλούσε Αγγλικα, μόνο Γερμανικα

This place has different sort of old filming techniques and gears such as cameras, projectors, and filming devices.
It’s a must visit if you are into media. Or any sort of filmmaking. This is how the past was and it’s a great learning experience. The front desk is very friendly and they speak German as well as English. There is English shows during weekdays and weekends, and it’s more sort of streaming of old Classics.

The student entry for the museum is €2.50 and the regular pricing is five euros.

Wir haben uns spontan entschieden, endlich mal das K21 zu besuchen. Die Architektur ist wirklich sehr erhaben und Altes wird mit Neuem kombiniert.
Leider ist die Drahtinstallation Orbit geschlossen und nicht mehr begehbar, sehr schade, das wäre auch nach 10 Jahren ein Highlight gewesen. Hoffentlich kommt was entsprechendes wieder ins Museum.

Wir waren an einem Samstag Morgen dort! Es war sehr voll und teilweise staute sich alles vor den Becken! Birke tolle Fische und andere Meerestiere! Mit Kinderwagen ist es etwas kritisch! Ein Ausflug lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, allerdings würde ich dann morgens und in der Woche hingehen!
Dieses Gebäude (Ständehaus) ist von außen und innen sehr beeindruckend. Steht man in mitten der Halle, führt der Blick sofort nach oben. Das Dach lässt viel Licht hindurch. Darunter befindet sich ein bemerkenswerter Kletterpark in schwindelnder Höhe. Man sollte also schwindelfrei sein um hier herumzusteigen oder zu liegen. Die einzelnen Etagen sind als Galerie angelegt, die über Treppen oder Aufzug zu erreichen sind. Hier befinden sich die interessanten Kunstsammlungen. Im Dezember und unter der Woche waren sehr wenig Besucher hier. Für uns war es ein perfektes Erlebnis. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam.

The Filmmuseum Düsseldorf, located in the Old Town of North Rhine Westphalia’s state capital, was opened in 1993. This interactive museum gives an exciting access to the world of movies, spanning from its earliest beginnings to present day. Film hiatory at its best is on display here.

If you're interested in Goethe, or simply life in the 1700s, pay this museum a visit! (Best visited with a German speaker if you are English-speaking!)
The museum is housed in the Jägerhof Palace (Schloß Jägerhof - reached via tram line 707) and contains mementos, letters, object d'art, trinkets, busts, paintings and casts of statues, among others, all somehow related to Goethe and his life. His interests as an anatomist, artist and natural scientist feature as prominently as possible in addition to his work as an author, poet and statesman.
There are also paintings of and letters from his contemporaries, including Schiller and Beethoven, but the collection also includes coins struck during his lifetime and a model of his house in Weimar. The upper floor of the palace also has an amazing porcelain collection, as well as period furniture and interior decor.
Definitely worth visiting if you are interested in Goethe's life and the period in which he lived!
