The cookies were very good, expensive but they’re quite large. I like that they’re kept warm. Good for a special splurge treat.

I would highly recommend this little gem of a company for a special gift or occasion. I recently ordered from them for a birthday. The cookies were delicious and massive! The customer service was top notch. I discovered I had made an error with my order and the management helped me find a solution to my issue very quickly. Will order again from them.

I've searched around London for the best sourdough bread -- Artisan Bakery has my vote! I appreciate the "vintage loaf" option to purchase loaves from the day before for a cheaper price. It helps make sourdough bread (that we feel better about eating) more financially accessible for my family. In addition to the bread, the almond croissants and morning buns are delicious! Staff are always friendly and go above and beyond. There has been two times that I've gone in and noticed them serving someone who appeared to be experiencing homelessness. Artisan Bakery provided them with food and safe space while treating them in a way that upheld the person's dignity. Great job Artisan Bakery!

March 9 2024 3:00pm. Went to this place as I have seen it on my instagram page.
The girl working had no idea what she was talking about when we were asking about the cookies and the iced latte. For example (what’s in the latte? She replied “Coffee and milk?”) like it was a question. there was definitely other things in it like Carmel and crumbles of some sort that I could tell. She also had not come out to sever us for a good 5 minutes. The place is very cute and welcoming. The cookie was delicious but I feel it would have been better warmed up.

My friend had ordered a pick up order of $30 worth of cookies.
On our way to pick up we were struck by a hit and run driver. I called the next morning to explain what happened and we had police report, left her phone number as well as mine, asking if she could come pick up her cookies still.
They had JUST opened from the night before and we were a later evening pickup just before 8pm.

They did NOT call myself or her back.
Took the $30 worth of cookies she paid for. I offered proof with police report as she didn’t want to drive all the way over there again after a traumatic night if this was to be the outcome.

Cookies are delicious yes! But pricey and sad they wouldn’t let my friend pick up her order due to the car accident. They would have been old from the night before anyways you would think. Pretty disappointed they did not reach out that she could come grab them still or offer a refund, maybe a little discount if she reordered. I know they are a small business but our business is what keeps them in business! Sad experience.
