This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. It’s 03/05/24 around 8:15 pm Alyssa was extremely rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional. She gave me the wrong order and was so mad when she had to make it again. Then she forgot my other drink and was staring at me for about a minute like “why are you still here” this lasted until I told her where is my other drink. She then spend a few minutes making that but by then my hot drink which she remade earlier was now cold. No apology or anything from her just weird staring and making faces. I never write reviews but that experience was disgusting.
Decent enough drive through near Nottingham City centre.

I don't often have coffee out but I really wanted one so I gave this place a try and was very pleasantly surprised. Excellent location, lovely staff and good coffee. What more could I ask.. Recommended.

Went in for some help, very kind, and helpful staff, bought a cake slice and double mocca based on my particular request, staff did exactly as asked, I'm super happy as drink and cake were perfect. Thank you both for your help. I recommend coming here.
Great little cafe. Food is excellent staff are welcoming and friendly. Only downside is the size not much seating area. Luckily we can before the rush.
An excellent cook and assistant work there. Their services and products are of very high quality.

What an amazing place. It's been a while since I was so happy eating and having a coffee like this. The food is tasty and comes fast. The coffee is good quality. The people working are friendly and helpful. Just amazing.
Very welcoming small cafe which I prefer to the big multi-nationals. Breakfast sandwich was superb. Coffee hot and rich. Great service, great value for money. I would definitely return. Thank you.

I visited the Starbucks just off Queens Drive in Nottingham with my family, went inside to eat. We sat down, everything OK so far. I then went to the counter to ask if I could have some tap water. The staff were very rude and kept me waiting, up on asking if it was OK to still have the tap water, one member of staff though it was a good idea to tell me he didn't work there, when he quite clearly did. Extremely rude. I'd avoid the place at all costs in future and would recommend anyone else to do the same. The restaurant itself was also very dirty with mess everywhere.
This place is like more like my peace place, I would say. Always go with girls for brunch. Strawberry Milkshake and lemon & poppyseed cake is my favorite.

I advised I was drinking in and was given a takeout beaker. Expected a cup and saucer, call me old fashioned. Youth hadn't ordered anything and was just using the place to have a nap! Poor experience
Great staff and service. Drinks was made quick and tasted great. Was very busy but still managed to keep on top of cleanliness and professionalism. Will be back.
I was thrilled to find a local bar that serves a proper Guinness. It was 95% of the way to the taste of a real Irish pint. The best Guinness I've had in the UK by far. Service was friendly and prompt, with the food reasonable for such a city center location. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
Lovely cafe, next to bridge overlooking river. Lovely decor, polite and friendly staff, dogs welcome, good range of drinks. Pain au chocolat, best ive ever had! Mocha ... very good! Only downside it was slightly on exoensive side ... but you pay for quality and that is what we got!

Great food, good quality, love a good bacons for my full English breakfast. Only slightly smaller than I expected, better off getting big breakfast for £2 extra. Great room and plenty of spaces at 11am. Happy couple!
Lost 2 stars as the tables had not been wiped or cleaned. I was there for an hour and the area around me was not cleared, it was not that busy so no excuse.
Just had a lovely oat latte and scone lovely little coffee shop with some amazing looking cakes , clean and polite staff will definitely pop in again in between patients 5* ☕️ 🍰

Went for brunch with our student son - really fresh food, maybe bread slices a bit too thick?!....but we all enjoyed our food and drinks.. Scrambled eggs especially good. Also a mango dream smoothie was excellent. Had a takeout choc slice for later, v nice but slightly air-dried from sitting in window uncovered? Prices reasonable, service excellent. Would return for sure.

the most unreal breakfast everrrrr - and its served late i ordered this at almost 1pm. loved the cute beans pot!! I requested bacon+sausages to be crisp and mmmmm did they deliver. 10/10 i will be back. thankyou so much ♡︎ ♡︎ ♡︎
We hired the private room for a hen do and we were extremely impressed. Lizzie was absolutely fantastic behind the bar. The team were really helpful and attentive. The food they provided was delicious and reasonably priced. They catered for all of our needs - they had a TV that we could connect to as well as a sound sytem. I would 100% recommend. Thank you!

This Starbucks is a real missed opportunity. The location is really handy, the drinks are good - and I feel comfortable getting on with some work here. Nicely air conditioned too.

Lovely little independent coffee shop on route to Nottingham Train Station. Great choice of hot drinks, food to grab on the go and delicious cakes.
We were served quickly and directly to our table and my only slight gripe was the whole tables were taken up by people on laptops so it feels like a working style cafe than relaxing coffee shop.
I'd still visit again, but maybe just have a takeaway this time accompanying a walk by the canal!

When I asked if I could refill my water bottle here I was told that this cafe doesn't have drinking water. This confused me because legally licensed premises MUST provide free tap water to patrons. Also, how are you running a cafe without drinkable water? The tea was fine but overpriced and selection for pastries and snacks was limited and overpriced.

It's really annoying to spend so much on very average coffee only to see you don't actually have to buy anything; the place was full of people using power sockets, wifi, comfy seats while eating their own packed lunches or consuming nothing at all. One woman even had her own flask of coffee and was sat in the window watching the world go by! Staff clearly afraid to challenge these freeloaders.
Very nice dog friendly cozy cafe! The service was top notched and lots of seatings inside and great atmosphere! A variety of nibbles including vegan options! They even have a QR code scan ordering (with online payment) at the seating so you don’t even need to go and order at the counter if you don’t wanna! Will definitely go back again!
The lady who served me on the 30th Jan around 15:30 was so lovely. She gave me a delivery lid as I was getting a train and it was unexpectedly so helpful! Just really really nice effortlessly. :))
The only redeeming feature for this branch is that it's spotlessly clean. Early Saturday morning I'm second at the counter wanting a simple black coffee to take out. Four people are served before me. No apologies just robotic and non caring staff.
This is a relatively regular spot for coffee. I usually order the blonde roast which I find to be ideal for my taste.

Really quaint little cafe with lovely service and really good food, all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Hockley Kitchen!
The place is well maintained, The toilets are not so maintained. There are no tissues inside the toilets. I was served with a lot of hot chocolate and cream with little coffee. I had ordered a mocha with no cream.
Amazing food, very friendly service by the person in the shop. Quick and good way to grab food on the go. Would suggest having a look if you are there.
Ordered a oat coffee as I have dairy intolerance, and the people I was with ordered regular coffees. Our waitress told us the wrong one was oat, and then brought the oat one 5 minutes later. I had to pay extra for my milk substitution.

Coffee very very good. Shame there was no soup on but I enjoyed the vegan festive sandwich, it was nice soft baguette. Service extremely quick even though it was very busy (surprisingly busy for early lunchtime on a Tuesday). A bit dark inside and could be cosier/more nicely decorated. Only one loo.
Stayed in Nottingham for a night for a friends party and went out for breakfast in the morning. The food was great (brilliant for vegetarians and meat eaters), the staff were great and I love the fact it's a charity based cafe. The price fits the portion sizes and the drinks.

Nice place, friendly smiley staff. Good selection of brunch, lunch and cake selections. Plenty of drinks to choose from too at good prices. Definitely worth a visit, lots of vegetarian/ vegan options too.
Lovely panini and good coffee. The milkshake (oreo) was great, but no vegan option available.
The only let down was the oreo 'brownie' which was really dry. Otherwise a great little find in the heart of the city

Very good and strong coffee. When you drink coffee you really feel its taste. A cafe in a good location, close to the railway station. Perfect to buy your favorite coffee for the train. Coffee prices are moderate.

I'm writing this as a cautionary tale. During my visit, my phone got stolen by two men who distracted my partner and I by asking where a football stadium on a magazine they were holding was. By the time they had bolted out of the store, I realised too late that my phone was gone. While the staff were really lovely, kind and tried to reassure me that there was a chance my phone would be found, I knew it was gone. After speaking to the police, I realised there is a reason why these petty thefts keep happening: because they know they can get away with it.
If you find yourself in a similar situation, make sure you hold onto your phone when you respond to these sorts of people, OR get some form of warranty for your phone like Apple Care.

Oh this is such a gem of Nottingham! Myself and my husband visited Nottingham on Saturday just fir a look around as I had never been. We were only staying for a few hours but wanted to grab some coffee and something to eat. We what a treat!! This place is fabulous! Such a gem of Nottingham. The staff were super friendly and really helpful! The food!! It was to die for. The soup that I had with my toastie was out of this world and I could have just had the soup on its own! The cake selection is brilliant and I found it so difficult to make a choice but I ended up with the cake of the day. A beautiful lemon cake. The serving size was more than enough and I wasn't able to finish the whole thing so my lucky husband had the left overs. We will absolutely visit here again the next time we are in Nottingham.

Toller Park. Hier laufen die Hirsche frei herum. Klasse mit den Hunden zu laufen. Alles total entspannt. Geöffnet 8-22 Uhr. 5 Pfund Parkgebühr. Sehr zu empfehlen 👍

Die Parkgebühren App eignet sich leider nicht für nicht britische Telefonnummern, aber auch das Nachmelden an der angegebenen Telefonnummer scheitert daran dass das Automaten System auch keine nichtbritischen Kennzeichen verarbeiten kann

Ein tolles Schloss und eine riesige Grünanlage drumherum. Rehe und Hirsche laufen auf den Wiesen frei herum. Wir hatten das Glück, dass während unserem Urlaub dort ein Familienfest stattfand.
Wunderschöner Park, sehr gepflegt!! Auch die Wollathon Hall ist mit ihrem kleinen Museum eine echte Perle!

Das Haus an sich beherbergt eine Naturkundeausstellung. Der Eintritt war frei, es musste nur die Parkplatzgebühr entrichtet werden.
Dadurch hatte man zusätzlich die Möglichkeit sich auch das Haus von innen anzusehen.
Die Gartenanlage ist traumhaft schön mit ihren großen Bäumen und dem Wintergarten, obwohl es leider keine Bepflanzung in den Beeten gab aufgrund der Temperaturen.
Die Parkanlage um Wollaton Hall und seiner Gartenanlage ist sehr weitläufig. Man kann auch tatsächlich die Herden des Dammwildes sehen, wenn man hindurch spaziert.
Absolut einen Besuch wert. 👍

Really cozy place with nice atmosphere. The food is really good, all handmade and the staff very nice. The place is not really big so try to go early in the morning to get a table and be sure that the food doesnt run out. The quiche and soup were really good. You can also find quite vegetarian options
