We ordered cold brew, which was really good and matcha which was unfortunately not whisked properly, so that could be the room for improvement. However, the pistachio cheesecake (from the photo) was absolutely amazing and the lemon cheesecake with lemon curd and Swiss meringue on top (that I unfortunately didn't take a photo of) was even better, it was PERFECT. The girls working there were so assertive, polite and quick, we loved the service.

This place was just off the main old town square. They have a really nice menu, it’s nit long but there is something for everyone. They take their coffee very seriously but also have some really nice teas. They have menus in English but I didn’t realise this at first, saw avocado and ordered - it was only when my meal came I realised there were a few other words I should have translated as it came with bacon. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating in fixing what was entirely my mistake. When my eggs Benedict with salmon arrived it was perfect. Two eggs that were just runny enough on pillowy foccaccia spread with delicious avocado. They used pink peppercorn and chives on top which added something special to the dish. They do plant milk on request so I had a caramel iced latter too made from oat milk and because I have a sweet tooth I started with the perfect cinnamon bun! I ate outside as it was so nice out but the inside of the restaurant is lovely and airy! If I was a local I’d come here every day! Big thank you to the lovely staff at Kawiarna!

I agree with some of the comments here that said the service was bad. I feel it now and I'm disappointed. They let me suffer waiting in front of the cashier without even telling me when my food was ready. If it wasn't for wanting to watch at Cinema city, I would have chosen another place to wait. Not here.

Decent breakfast but prices are insane. 2.8€ for a watered down coffee that looks like tea. If you want a regular coffee, it's even more expensive.

Cute cafe with delicious coffee! Food was delicious and presented very aestheticly, we didn't wait too long for food or drinks and the service was pleasant.
You have to order your food at the front of the cafe, but food is delivered to you table.
As with most places in Poland the cafe isn't very big so there is limited seating. My group was able to find a table, but it was small and fitting 4 people was a little hard. There's one bigger table that fits 10 people inside, but i wouldn't reccomend coming in with a group bigger than 4 people.

The food was a culinary masterpiece – hats off to the chef for that (once it finally graced our table). However, the service was a different story. It appeared the waitstaff had collectively decided their job description involved perfecting the art of loitering and gossiping. And let me tell you, they excelled at it. As for the manager, a quick peek at the recent reviews suggests they might be on an extended vacation from caring.

Best cafe in the city! Inviting atmosphere, welcoming to all. Delicious food and coffee all around. Plus the air conditioning is a relief in the summer.

Please write clearly on your cafe description and also on front door that a person cannot come with their own cat to this "Cat" cafe . I came there with my cat and i tried to find any information on the front door if we can bring my own cat inside and i didn't find any and then later when i went inside the staff had gave so bad look to me that i was having my own cat with me, the lady then called another person to ask i can come inside with my cat and she came and watched me and cat said "massacra" loudly as she thought that I don't understand polish. At this moment i left myself to retain my self respect and didn't wanted to spend my money and time at a place at a rude place like this .

We visited this place due to its high review rating but left very disappointed. We don't understand the hype. It seems most people come here for the coffee rather than breakfast.

The employees were not very friendly with explaining how the ordering process works.
Menus were all stained and dirty.
It's a self-service setup where you order at the counter, which was fine, but they were out of three main dishes on the menu when we came up to the counter to order.

One out of two our ordered dishes came wrong. While mistakes happen and they did remake it, it came with regular bread instead of the one advertised. Only then were we informed they were also out of focaccia. The Shakshuka had no flavor and also when asked they said they have no hot sauce or ketchup available. The pictures show you exactly what the Shakshuka looked like: scrambled eggs with some tomato sauce - no soft yolk at all!

The drinks were served lukewarm, and the cocoa had a watery consistency, suggesting it was made with water instead of milk + dirty mugs for water.

Adding to the negative experience, our utensils were not properly cleaned and had hardened food on them. We ended up eating only one dish (not to completely waste the money) and left the cafe hungry, without touching the second dish.

In the course of two weeks, we visited at least four different breakfast spots in Warsaw. To some of them, we went back several times and, unfortunately, this was not the case for this Kawarnia.

The overall restaurant has potential due it it’s nice ambiance, but it needs improvement in service and food quality especially! Given the self-service, small portions and food quality, the prices are higher than those of other nice breakfast spots.

Generic, chain coffee shop with coffee that is bitter and must be served as part of sugar rich drink to be enjoyable. Service is great but that's all

2 people standing around watching 1 person serve the entire queue. They don't even take the order and you have to stand the whole time.
The takeaway area is equipped with a table. It is inconvenient to pour sugar, you have to stand sideways. The lid can neither be removed nor put on normally. Given the position in which it was done, the outcome was expected, my 25 zloty ended up on the floor and on my feet. It's not a good idea to take your coffee to go here.

An excellent breakfast place in the old town of Warsaw. My cappuccino was very good and my croque Monsieur with bacon was perfect! The service was great, even if one day they had an issue making it slow, usually it was fast enough. It was my favorite breakfast place in Warsaw, so I totally recommend it!

Wow talking about one spectacular experience. One of the biggest and oldest building in the Warsaw city landscape.

Was fantastic to be at Kinoteka for Bitcoin Film Fest and the European Halving Party. Historic. Epic. The venue is great and all the staff there really went the extra mile for all of us. Truly above and beyond the call of duty. Just as a for instance, I was trying to help out in any way I could and at one point I was asked to swap in new posters for upcoming film screenings ahead of those showings. So, I've never done that before and didn't know how the metal framing that holds posters in place just snaps open one side at a time. One of the guys who is staff at Kinoteka could tell by the way I was staring at the thing that I was perplexed and he very helpfully and kindly showed me how the mechanism works. Someone else might have taken the opportunity to point out my ignorance but this guy only cared about being helpful.

Also, having been born in Poland in Soviet style communism times, I used to call this building "The Palace of the Uncultured" (because it was a "gift" to the Polish people from our Soviet Big Brother) but the people utilizing the space for contemporary culture are truly ushering in a new age.

Unfortunately Kinoteka is not big people friendly. Seats are very narrow and having a wide hips it's hard to get in and even harder - to get out :) I was pressed against my neighbors touching shoulders and legs, the man on my left kicked me in the ribs with his elbow and the girl on the right stepped on my foot - both accidentally, but because it's very tight. Also there is very little space between rows, no room for legs, my knees hurt to sit through 2 hours movie

My favourite go-to cinema in Warsaw. It’s in the Palace of Culture and Science and the interior design shows that - there’s a beautiful soviet style chandelier on the third floor. You can watch both blockbusters and arthouse films (sometimes earlier than in other cinemas!). There are many film festivals year round so you might be able to watch some Oscar nominees earlier!

the only place in warsaw that plays classics. Played such movies like the matrix, 2001, the shining, etc. Also cheap prices compared to other brands for better quality. I hope many more classic movies are played here: i will attend each one

A very nice cafe not far from the main walking street in the downtown of Warsaw. Lots of sweets, including ice cream and candy. We liked all the things we tried. I only would say that the chocolate chip cookie was rather hard to chew. It’s a pity that you also don’t have tea with fruit/cinnamon, etc. The interior design is quite cozy. It’s also clean.

Just adjacent to Castle square. Delicious pastries in gorgeous setting with good fast service.

Now this place... this place has possibly some of the best coffee and food I've had around the world! I've travelled a lot around Europe over the last 12 months, and nothing beats the quality, flavour, and presentation of Patio. From the way the eggs were cooked to the flavour combination. It's absolutely unreal. Props to the chefs!!

Pozdrawiam miłą Panią z obsługi (z ukraińskim akcentem), która doradziła mi by go kupić - zdecydowanie był wart grzechu 😆 Herbata earl grey dobra, kawy nie piłam więc nie oceniam. Co do stolików - mój był brudny, kiedy przy nim siadałam, podobnie jak fotel (leżały na nim okruchy). Mimo to wrócę tam na kolejnego croissanta 😁

Wspaniałe miejce i aromatyczna kawa. Zamówiłam capuccino z mlekiem bez laktozy i moim zdaniem jest prawie idealne ❤️ Temperatura super, nie przegrzana, dobry balans słodyczy mleka i goryczy kawy. Jak dla mnie o drobinkę zadużo piany, ale to już dla każdego może pasować różnie, więc stawię 5/5 dla Etno cafe.

The dessert was not fresh. I'd say it was sour. Tiramisu shouldn't be like that.

a very cute and quiet place to enjoy a coffee or have brunch with cats. the cats are well behaved, and even though they occasionally jump on tables, the staff disinfects the tables after each customer. the food is delicious too

The pistachio coissant are worthy standing for 5 minutes in queue. They cost 14 zlotych but they are very big!

A very chill place, the music is mellow and gives eastern vibes. As you stroke the cats, you meditate.

The place isn't too small, but given how many people want to see the cats and how relaxing sitting in there is, at times when many people attend (like at weekends) you might need to wait for some time before someone leaves the cat area and you could sit there.

The cats are up for adoption, so you could potentially find a new fluffy friend after bonding with them in the cafe.

Has one of the friendliest crew I have ever met...I went to this Starbucks branch in Woloska to buy the mug but unfortunately they run out of stock...I ended up having a specially signed tumbler from the crew..you know who you are ladies!

Great place to spend an afternoon or evening and just chill, or come and get some work done. Split into two areas, the cafe has a more traditional area as well as a separate larger area with the cats. The cat area has a large variety of comfortable tables and chairs for 1-4 people at each table. The cats roam freely around and seem very happy and comfortable. The atmosphere is very cosy with warm lights, cat themed decor, and calming music playing. The coffee is good as well, though somewhat expensive. That being said, there is no charge to enter the cafe (unlike some cat cafes in the UK) so the higher price for drinks is understandable.

I recently had lunch here that I usually enjoy, but today's experience left me thoroughly disappointed. I initially ordered three eggs with avocado spread, only to be informed that they were out of it. The staff recommended an omelet with spinach as an alternative, and I agreed to the substitution.

However, when the omelet arrived, it was far from what I expected. Instead of a well-prepared omelet, it seemed more like it had been deep-fried, with excessive amount of oil. The dish was so oily that I couldn't bring myself to eat it, prompting me to kindly return it. To my surprise, the staff seemed unresponsive and unwilling to offer an alternative.

Opting for another dish, I ordered and paid for a salad with grilled chicken. Unfortunately, this choice didn't fare any better. The chicken pieces were not only cold but also tasteless, making it impossible for me to finish the meal. Beyond the disappointing taste of the food, the entire place reeked of oil, and the smell clung to my hair, clothes, and jacket.

While I've typically found this place to be a nice and cozy spot, today's experience was a letdown. The lack of understanding from the staff regarding the quality of the food, coupled with the unpleasant smell that lingered on my belongings, has left me with a strong sense of disappointment. Regrettably, I don't plan on returning anytime soon.

The cafe is cosy and instagrammable.
But for the price and the food,can find somewhere else.

The hot chocolate is watery and sweet,not my personal favourite.
Compare to other typical creamy and thick hot chocolate,this one is disappointed.

Nice atmosphere but male worker working 9 Dec Saturday at 6 pm was unprofessional and rude…first time a Starbucks employee was like this after being a loyal customer for over 20 years…one usually receives good service and a good product at Star Bucks.

Holiday coffee was watered down and I was disappointed (one expects a certain degree of value and consistency coming to SB….staff missed the mark and the manager and owner should please take note)

I just wanted a well prepared coffee with good service and to do some shopping…that night the staff fell short 😔

Very friendly service but the empty cups and plates are not very regularly taken away as well as tables are not cleaned often. Sofa seats can use a decent cleaning or replacement too. Coffee has a somewhat bitter aftertaste; carrot cake are pretty tasty.

Kiedyś skusiłam się na espresso i było okropne, więc bardzo długo tam nie zaglądałam. Dzisiaj zamówiłam flat white i kawa była lepsza. Przydałoby się lepiej ogarniać stoliki i przemywać je po poprzednich klientach.

I was so disappointed with my first purchase here. I bought two donuts (one chocolate and one cherry). Before i ate cherry donut i cut the donut and I couldn’t find filling inside.... I don’t want to buy donuts here again..

Friendly staff, Instagram-worthy desserts, the coffee wasn’t bad. However the atmosfere lacked any kind of charm or coziness. The TV in the room was very off putting and the music (some old Polish songs I assume) together with the marble-esque black tables just didn’t go well with the cute buildings in the neighborhood. Could use some interior update.

The pub has a nice and friendly atmosphere. It offers a variety of beers and it's also possible to eat something if you feel like it.

However, considering the place is located in the Praga district, prices are a bit above average.

Nice breakfast/lunch place. Outside tables are nice. Ordering at the counter. They have English menus and the staff speaks decent English. Coffee is good quality. We went twice. Food comes quickly. Can be quite busy on the weekend.

This Costa is too small, claustrophobic and in a strange location. It's only a place to stop for coffee on the way from somewhere interesting to somewhere else interesting.
