Das Hotel ist in der Sehenswürdigkeit des „Tanzenden Hauses“ integriert. Der Empfang ist freundlich, einchecken ist mehrere Tage vorher möglich! Die Zimmer sind in die geschwungenen Wände des Hauses integriert, diese sind großzügig Kaffee, Wasser und sogar stehen im Zimmer bereit! Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Altstadt ist vom Hotel aus in ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, u-Bahnstation „Karlovo námeští“ in fußläufiger Nähe, Straßenbahn hält unmittelbar direkt vorm Hotel

Nice atmosphere and good coffe. Even if it's located on the busy street, you can always find empty table and chair.

Love this place. Cozy with great coffee, tasty wine and friendly nice staf (two tall guys). Perfect for date, meeting with friends or just chill moment with book and thoughts. Not expensive like a rest of the places around.

Coffee here was very very weak which is weird as Starbucks has a standard of making coffee - 20% aribica for latte.I never had coffee so weak anywhere in the world. When we asked them for more coffee the put in an amount which then made it taste like a standard Starbucks coffee.The server said you need to stir it?? I never had to stir a Starbucks coffee to make it taste like coffee before. All very odd. The reviews on here all seem so positive, as with other under par establishments around, so I wonder whether there is a practice of inflating reviews for businesses in Prague.Whatever is going on the coffee is extremely poor.

The place is nice and the service is good. However, if you are looking for a place to read, it is not recommended. It does not maintain the silence you are looking for for a moment of peace and reading. I was disappointed because being a bookstore, I thought it would be appropriate for reading. I was wrong.

Mein Mann und ich haben Ende Januar von Samstag bis Dienstag im Hotel übernachtet.
Wir hatten ein Deluxdoppelzimmer mit Flussblick im 2 Stock gebucht, welches unseren Erwartungen entsprochen - sauber, groß, schöner Blick nach außen.
Was meinen Mann gestört hatte, war der “Straßenlärm”. Die Autos die über die Gleisen gefahren sind konnte man leicht hören.
Frühstück hatten wir mitgebucht und war vielfältig und die Aussicht vom Restaurant und das Restaurant selbst traumhaft.
Service war auch super freundlich.
Hotelgäste kriegen auch einen einmaligen kostenlosen Eintritt auf den Aufsichtsturm des Gebäudes.
Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt es auch und einen schnelleren Check-In.
Das Hotel würden wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

I had the most incredible caramel cheese cake and a delicious cappuccino.
Service was very good and everyone speaks english.
Also had a chance to read a couple of pages as it was quiet and no-one bothered anyone!
I know where I’ll spend my Sunday’s from now on🩷

Very beautiful and clean place not to mention the kindness and friendliness of the staff (especially Martin). Caramel macchiato with a bagel is unbeatable. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Very nice - hidden, calm, tasty coffee and Sacher cake. Lots of books around, some can be borrowed for reading while in the café. Affordable prices.

29th of December morning between 9-9:30 the two female staff of cafe service was horrible,rude and disrespectful,I ask for an extra shot of coffee and they start to complain in Czech,is really ruined my day from the morning, if u are not happy with ur job, please quit, don’t build ur disaster life on others specially we pay for the food and tip u for the service

This morning I was there with my gf, and she ask for an extra shot for her americano, and the female employees was showing her attitudes and saying something in a aggressive way in Czech,the food is not bad but the service is totally unacceptable, is really ruining our all day’s mood from the morning

Whilst staying in Prague we visited quite a few Starbucks in various locations as the Hot Chocolate drink was one of the best we could get there. Also being of a certain age we knew we could rely on Starbucks to have a toilet. They are generally located in very old converted buildings that have a lot of history and were possibly previously peoples homes.

I like suite and comfortable chairs with good coffee..number one

They shouldn't keep the English breakfast tea in the menu if they have no idea what is it. Wraps were ice cold. They should've mentioned it. How can someone go wrong with the easiest things.

Gleich zu Beginn: das Check-In-Prozedere ist durch die online Möglichkeit ruck zuck und problemlos möglich!
An der Rezption erhält man bei der Ankunft auch einen Gutschein, mit dem man kostenlos (einmalig) die Dachterrasse der Bar besuchen kann.
Das Hotel befindet sich sehr zentral. Straßenbahn und Bus sind vor der Tür, man ist aber auch innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu Fuß in der Stadt.
Man muss dazu sagen, dass sich das Hotel an einer stärker befahrenen Kreuzung befindet. Für Menschen, die in einer Großstadt wohnen, sollte der Straßenlärm jedoch nicht ungewöhnlich sein. Die Fenster (nicht zu öffnen, Lüftung im Zimmer) dichten aber recht gut ab und der Lärm ist absolut erträglich.
Die Suite war für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder optimal. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ausreichend Platz, bequeme Betten, dazu Kaffee- (Nespresso) und Teezubehör sowie Obst.
Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt kaum Wünsche übrig. Neben dem üblichen Buffetangebot gibt es auch fertig belegte Bagel, die sehr gut waren, Die Aussicht auf die Burg beim Essen ist toll!
Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich! Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall gerne weiterempfehlen!

Im Badezimmer hat ein Handtuchhalter beim Waschbecken gefehlt und ein schmutziges Wattestäbchen lag bei unserer Ankunft am Boden. Sollte nicht passieren, kann aber passieren.

Very bad experience. We had ordered a cappuccino and a hot chocolate and the staff made us wait for 15min while handing out cappuccinos and hot chocolate for people behind us in the queue.
Despite us having requested it several times.
Very unprofessional staff and felt like racism at first hand.
2 stars for the view at the top, but not worth getting anything at this bar.

Très bel hôtel avec architecture original avec les chambres spacieuses et moderne uet excellent petit déjeuner ! Accueil est chaleureux,on a passé excellent séjour. Je le conseille vivement pour passer un super séjour.
Отель был идеальным во всем отношении, очень чистый , гениальный панорамный бар с видом на реку и Прагу и отличный завтрак. Мы в восторге.

This Starbucks has a good location, in a nice area. It is well visited, so expect little queues. It is clean, has a pleasant atmosphere and quick service. 5 hearts ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

4 Kaffee haben wir gekauft. Alle war schlecht. Es gibt kein Starbucks Standard hier.

Ein normaler Costa. Leider ist die Karte nicht in Englisch vorhanden.

Eigentlich wie jeder nichts besonderes nur die Preise sind immer unterschiedlich ich empfehle einen frisch gebrühten zu nehmen der kostet dann nur 55 Kronen statt 79 Kronen 😜 da kann man im laufe des Tages eine Menge Geld sparen

Haben offenbar nur Becher aus Papier, was es dafür auf der Toilette nicht gibt. Mal wieder festgestellt dass Starbucks sehr teuer ist, jedoch das Niveau einer Imbissbude hat..

Natürlich was positives

Leider muss man Punkte abziehen.
Das Damen WC im Erdgeschoss war komplett verstopft und verdreckt.
Die Mitarbeiter haben keine Zeit dafür.
Kunden gehen somit auf das Herren WC im ersten Stock, hier gibt es aber nur einen Stuhl, somit staut es sich.

Gut für einen schnellen Kaffee.
Die Preise sind in Ordnung, höher als bei lokalen Anbietern, aber günstiger als bei Starbucks.
Es gibt ein paar Sitzplätze die alle mit Steckdose und USB Anschluss ausgestattet sind. Gut zum Gandy aufladen.
Für 60min. gibt es kostenloses WLAN.
Der Mitarbeiter hat den Kaffee schnell gemacht, sprach englisch und war sehr freundlich.
Das praktische ist das sich dieser Costa Coffee direkt am Eingang zur U-Bahn Narodni Trida befindet.

Gut besuchter Starbucks im Herzen Prags. Alle Mitarbeiter sprechen sehr gut Englisch und sind sehr freundlich.

Starbucks ist wie McDonald's, was soll man da rezensieren! Der hier liegt direkt am Wenzelsplatz und somit ist er dadurch was Besonderes. Der Kaffee ist einfach spitze.
