The lady making the drink pulled a big jug from underneath the cups and started to pour.

Awful, I did ask another lady who said the drinks should be made fresh. She then proceeded to make me the right drink!!

Messy store, one of the staff that regularly makes the coffee’s is really sloppy and messy, and hygiene is below standards. Their work efficiency is less than satisfactory. They also overfill the coffee cups so you end up spilling your takeaway cup. The sweetener stand is always unhygienic. The lid in the image attached shows how overfilled it is.

Visited today good coffee and delicious food. The service and attention to detail was superb with friendly staff.

Initially, the service was good when the guy took my order and prepared my cappuccino.

When I had forgotten to ask for a stirrer, I came back and the guy ignored me completely and didn't even look in my direction when I was right in his direction. I had to hold back and felt annoyed. The other guy couldn't have been bothered to help me. I then repeatedly again asked nicely, he eventually helped me but it shouldn't have been that hard and spoke to me coldly and was not very warm. This was such a let down!
