First of all, I would love to thank Szymon at the reception for his friendly service and attention! The food was great as always! I have been coming to this restaurant with great pleasure for a long time and will continue to do so! :)

Miałam przyjemność wziąć udział w warsztatach czekoladowych - serdecznie polecam każdemu! W ich trakcie nie tylko skosztujecie wyśmienitych słodkości i przygotujecie własną tabliczkę, ale również dowiecie się, jak przebiega proces produkcji czekolady od owocu kakaowca po półkę sklepową. Prowadzący od samego początku złapał fantastyczny kontakt z uczestnikami - jego pozytywna energia i zaangażowanie uczyniły to doświadczenie wyjątkowym :)
Happiness in a Cup
This cafe makes me happy and it is so good that I planned an entire trip back to Warsaw with only one thing on my list - the hot chocolate.
The atmosphere is cozy and private which makes it both a great place for a first date or somewhere to gossip with your friends.
I love the tasty drinks, the ambiance, and the owner is sunshine.

Bardzo dobrze spędzony czas w ciekawy sposób. Dużo fajnych ciekawostek ze świata czekolady, opowiedzianych przez charyzmatycznego i sympatycznego pana. Jako dorosła osoba poczułam się znowu jak dziecko co było dodatkowo fajnym przeżyciem. Było bardzo dużo różnych rzeczy do spróbowania co na pewno jest kolejnym plusem. Jedynie osoby które były same wydawały się dość zestresowane co może wynikać z ich natury dlatego polecam przyjść z towarzystwem ;)
Miejsce cudowne! Atmosfera bardzo przyjemna. Na warsztatach byłam kilka miesięcy temu i to było coś cudownego! Dzisiaj natomiast razem z rodziną przyszliśmy spróbować czekolady pitnej i była przepyszna. Zrobiona w naprawdę przyjaznej atmosferze. Pracownice były bardzo pomocne i wykonały super robotę. Podziękowania dla Pani Tosi, która nam tą czekoladę przygotowała. Świetne miejsce, polecam każdemu

I agree with some of the comments here that said the service was bad. I feel it now and I'm disappointed. They let me suffer waiting in front of the cashier without even telling me when my food was ready. If it wasn't for wanting to watch at Cinema city, I would have chosen another place to wait. Not here.

Zamówiłam bajgla na wynos, po oczekiwaniu 12 minut przypomniałam się pracownikowi i podał mi zbyt mocno przypieczonego bajgla na miejscu. Był niesmaczny, bo był zbyt spieczony. Pytałam wcześniej o to co znajduje się w kanapce, nie została wymieniona cebula, po czym jedząc okazało się, ze jest ona w środku.
I did the chocolate workshop for adults here. It’s a great date idea and it is totally worth it. We also got some hot chocolate while making our chocolate bars. They also go over some chocolate history and how it is a traditionally made, you also get to try some raw cocoa beans which are bitter, but I personally find tasty. Also the chocolate tempering process is very calming. I recommend!
Miła kawiarnia.. To mój pierwszy raz w tej lokalizacji, ale Costa to faworyt od lat.. Przepyszne late na mleku owsianym i croissant z malinami. Oddzielnie dzięki za obsługę i polecenia, co sobie bardzo cenię, bo zawsze lubię próbować coś innego. Pan podpowiedział co spróbować, pomógł z aplikacją Costa ❤️ Trochę głośno.. ale ze względu na lokalizację ( centrum) to jest przewidywalne..Polecam💕

This charming cafe in a historical building offers a warm atmosphere and friendly service, with a selection of tea, coffee, chocolate, and cocktails. Don't miss their seasonal matcha shake - it's perfectly balanced. The iced latte is smooth and satisfying. A lovely spot for a relaxing break in the center of old town market square.
I would’ve given zero stars because i found a piece of metal wire at the bottom of my pizza, the atmosphere is nice but I ordered BBQ chicken pizza and found that. I was given a 30% off but I shouldn’t have payed. That was very dangerous what if I didn’t notice it?
Probably one of the most delicious places with Italian food.
Place itself doesn’t feel too cozy (it wasn’t bad just nothing special) but considering how actually testy everything were it definitely worth it

Warsztatom dla doroslych ewidentnie czegos brakowalo: atmosfery, mysli przewodniej, budowania napiecia. Wlasciwie bez zadnego wstepu, przedstawienia sie, wytlumaczenia celu - osoba prowadzaca po prostu powiedziala, ze bedziemy temperowac czekolade i pokazala, jak to sie robi. Chwile pozniej pokazala obtaczanie pralin i stwierdzila: do dziela. Cala ta czesc praktyczna trwala bardzo krotko, w dosyc niezrecznej ciszy, sprowadzala sie zasadniczo do bardzo prostych czynnosci i pozostawal duzy niedosyt: "i to wszystko?". Bylo tez malo dodatkow do wyboru. Szczegolnie przygotowanie pralin bylo rozczarowujace, bo de facto polegalo wylacznie na obtoczeniu 10 takich samych kawalkow otrzymanego nadzienia w czekoladzie i pozostawieniu ich do wyschniecia. Potem nastapila prezentacja tlumaczaca proces tworzenia czekolady, ktora akurat byla w porzadku, pokazano nam kilka "eksponatow", dodano drobne degustacje. Produkt koncowy, czyli czekolada i praliny, wyszly ladnie i estetycznie, ale moim zdaniem czesc praktyczna zajec trzeba dopracowac: zeby odbywala sie w lepszej atmosferze, trwala dluzej i byla bardziej urozmaicona. Zamiast dawac kazdej parze duza ilosc kilku takich samych, malo zaskakujacych dodatkow, moznaby pozwolic wybrac kilka z nich samodzienie ze zbioru kilkudziesieciu roznych elementow. Czekolady przeciez robi sie nie tylko z malinami czy pomarancza, ale tez karmelem, pieprzem, chrupkami, sola... daloby to przynajmniej poczucie, ze czlowiek faktycznie mial mozliwosc stworzenia bardzo indywidualnej tabliczki.
We visited this restaurant because we were craving a delicious Italian meal. The sales strategy and concept are top-notch! The decor is so interesting that you could almost feel at home, if it weren’t for… well.

Pracownicy bardzo mili, szybka i sprawna obsługa, niestety kierowniczka bardzo opryskliwa, przez jej chamskosc nieprzyjemnie się siedziało w lokalu, jej odnoszenie się do pracowników też pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Była tam jakby za karę.
Beautiful place, amazing deserts and peacful atmosphere.
First time I went there I didn't know the order procedure, then I went up it was quite busy and they told me that for pizza I need to wait 50mins which is fair enough instead of waiting without knowing, when I got back down I explained that I didn't have that much time to wait and the worker just took fast the card and was upset, he didn't say a word.
I went back the other day same attitude at the entrance, the drinks were warm we had to ask ourselves for some ice and went to the bar.
The food was good though.

Amondo is really a special place - looks like a coffeshop and this oldschool cinema - just awesome 👌 Location is also great!
Po dziesięciu minutach nikt nie podchodzi, Pani blondynka po raz trzeci przedefiladowała przede mną udając, że mnie nie widzi. Do tego wszechpanujący brud na krzesłach, stolikach… zamknijcie tę budę.

Mmmmmmmmm…delicious. Great place to stop and, well, relax. 😜😜🙃🙃 killer pistachio pastry and lemonade (no decaf anything avail). Right across from the big hand…the akademia theatralna. 👍🏽💜🙏🏼✌🏽
Pani blondynka nie wydała nam reszty, gałki puste w środku, wafelek połamany, jedyne co ratuje to miejsce to smak, lody niezmiennie dobre, ale proszę przywrócić lody o smaku cynamonu

A very nice cafe not far from the main walking street in the downtown of Warsaw. Lots of sweets, including ice cream and candy. We liked all the things we tried. I only would say that the chocolate chip cookie was rather hard to chew. It’s a pity that you also don’t have tea with fruit/cinnamon, etc. The interior design is quite cozy. It’s also clean.
Tiny cinema with a heart. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the instruction to the film beforehand by one of the members of the staff. Showing true cinematic gems
Wonderful! Beautiful place to stay. Huge room, lovely bathroom with good shower and bidet. Elegantly decorated. Lovely cafe on the nearby floor run by airbnb owner Martin, who is super friendly and helpful. Right in the middle of The Old Town and Castle Square, near Nnice places to eat.
Żenada. Mały klient zwymiotował a obsługa nie przejęła się tym i od ojca oczekuje że posprząta. Zero empatii dla dziecka i rodzica.

Wybraliśmy się na warsztaty tworzenia własnej tabliczki czekolady, atmosfera była bardzo przyjemna, Panie prowadzące z uśmiechem opowiadały o tym jak wygląda cały proces produkcji czekolady, przy czym angażowały wszystkich uczestników co było dodatkową atrakcją.
Dodatki pyszne, po udekorowaniu swojej czekolady, resztę dodatków można było zabrać do domu.
Można było spróbować różnych odmian czekolady, ziaren kakaowca, czy w trakcie chłodzenia się Naszej tabliczki, skosztować gorącej czekolady.
Wybraliśmy się na warsztaty tworzenia własnej tabliczki czekolady, atmosfera była bardzo przyjemna, Panie prowadzące z uśmiechem opowiadały o tym jak wygląda cały proces produkcji czekolady, przy czym angażowały wszystkich uczestników co było dodatkową atrakcją.

I did not enjoy my experience there at all. I mean, the risotto we had was OKish but there are so many wrong things about this place in general. The staff does not seem to be happy or friendly/helpful. The waiting time was long. Even the fact that you need to order each dish seperately/with a new person seems pointless to me (imagine when people have allergies, they need to repeat themselves 3 times [watch out: there is no table service]) - this also means that your table will get 'served' their dishes at different times (you will get buzzed whenever one of the dishes you ordered is ready for you to go and pick it up). The plants that you can see all over the place (as pictured on the photos below) look as if nobody watered them for days. Dirty plates stay on tables long time too. I will not be going back to this place ever again. Overall score: 2 stars ⭐⭐
It is a very stylish and clean place. A place where you can sit with pleasure. Here you can find tea, coffee and alcoholic products. I had dessert and tried the famous Polish mead (the taste of the mead was not what I am used to, too sweet, so I didn't like it). The products are good. The staff is friendly. I recommend it.
Has one of the friendliest crew I have ever met...I went to this Starbucks branch in Woloska to buy the mug but unfortunately they run out of stock...I ended up having a specially signed tumbler from the crew..you know who you are ladies!

Nice coffee place , but quite small ,more like intimate feeling ( around 5-6 tables).Coffee was good, pistachio cake was delicious. The menu is not very complex, but they have the right things in order to feel good 😃 the music was not matching with the ambiance, something more chill would have been nice.
Miejsce na tuż obok sklepu. W środku kilka stolików. Produkty jak to Grycan, dobre jakościowo, na śmietanie i maśle. Dużo do życzenia pozostawia obsługa. Niby kilka osób, ale nikogo nie ma przy kasie, ważniejsze zmywanie naczyń czy latanie po obiekcie. Pan manager mało sympatyczny, ma się wrażenie że łaskę mu się robi przychodząc do kawiarni, nie ma doświadczenia z obsługi klienta. Generalnie jedynie za dobry towar plus
Bardzo ciepła i przyjemna kawiarnia. To już moja kolejna wizyta tutaj i za każdym razem kawa jest przepyszna. Obsługa miła i pomocna, sam napój wraz z ciastkiem zrobiony dość szybko. Miejsc jest sporo ale warto przyjść wcześniej bo wiele stolików późnymi porami ( od około 19) może być zajętych. Polecam :)

Ładna kawiarnia o przyjemnym wnętrzu z widokiem na Stare Miasto ale zbyt ciasno i spory był bałagan. Czekolada niezbyt gorąca i średnio mi smakowała ale herbatka ładnie się prezentowała podana z czajniczkiem.

Nice atmosphere but male worker working 9 Dec Saturday at 6 pm was unprofessional and rude…first time a Starbucks employee was like this after being a loyal customer for over 20 years…one usually receives good service and a good product at Star Bucks.
Holiday coffee was watered down and I was disappointed (one expects a certain degree of value and consistency coming to SB….staff missed the mark and the manager and owner should please take note)

How it’s possible to prepare 1 coffe and heat up 2 bagels for 25 minutes?! And it’s Saturday morning when the shopping mall almost empty🙈 horrible service

During my last visit to this café, I was impressed by their selection of traditional coffee drinks, hot chocolate, and scrumptious desserts. The team was exceptionally cordial, enhancing the experience for my family. Its location near the market square is quite convenient. Nonetheless, it's advisable to be aware that it might be challenging to find seating at times. If you're thinking of bringing your family for a coffee and dessert outing, this place is highly recommended, but be prepared for it to be potentially crowded.

Круто и шикарно! Интересно как и пара, как и с друзьями, как и с детьми. Супер всё чётко организовано, все показали, рассказали и угостили очень вкусным горячим шоколадом. Были в выходной день, никого не было кроме нас двоих. Девушка которая вела курс приготовления конфет очень приятная и всё очень интересно рассказывала.

Friendly staff, Instagram-worthy desserts, the coffee wasn’t bad. However the atmosfere lacked any kind of charm or coziness. The TV in the room was very off putting and the music (some old Polish songs I assume) together with the marble-esque black tables just didn’t go well with the cute buildings in the neighborhood. Could use some interior update.
Good environment. You can get the similar taste of the Starbucks coffee in Poland
Nie do końca odkryte moim zdaniem miejsce. Jest to dla mnie duża zagadką bo ceny są przystępne a jakość kawy i herbaty absolutnie najwyższa. Polecam na spotkanie biznesowe i na kawę z koleżanką.
