The instructors at ISB are knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate about yoga. In addition to regular classes, ISB also offers workshops, retreats, and special events that deepen your practice and foster connections within the community.

It is one of the worst manage yoga studios. In my 8 months experience with them, I can say with confidence that they don't value time of people. 6 am class, always started at 6 30 am or sometimes later. The reason was to give us life lectures. Many people come and went, some paid for 3 months too, but didn't come for more than 3 days.

The class will start with so how was your day, and if you open your mouth, that day, no class will happen. Sometimes we will get lecture on how to run our businesses too
