Burger was OK, a bit dry, they were stingy with the relish. Fries were abysmal - I've had 5 guys fries at other stores in the Midlands and South that have been amazing. Always found the ones in Greater Manchester stores to be the same, insipid offerings- maybe a area manager problem with QC, but my nearby stores need to get the fries right!!!!
Lovely Awesome HQ burger and mac n cheese balls - the cocktails were a little sweet for me but still enjoyed. Visited as a large group of about 16 so a couple of drinks took a while to come but totally understand given the amount of us! Servers were very friendly and wait time for food was good - would definitely go again.

Ordered £40 worth of food on a night shift at the hospital. Food took 1.5hrs to come after ringing them 3 times and chasing it. All our food came cold and there was a can of coke missing. Called them and was not given any apology and was told to ring back and speak to their boss. Called back and was told to ring tmro.

Staff are always great, food used to feel expensive but with today's prices they're pretty on par
Shakes are huge and delicious, having access to all toppings for free is fantastic. A large fries bag feeds a group of 4. It goes without saying if you have a PEANUT ALLERGY you can't go but besides that it's fantastic. The grilled cheese is super underrated, can get 2 for the price of a cheese burger and its loaded with cheese, can have all the same toppings, and they use a different bun. Is my go to now.
And the staff are always great.

First and last time in a Five Guys. I’d heard such good things about their burgers over many years but never tried one before. We were in Manchester for Peter Kay’s latest show (even more disappointing than my burger! But that’s another story) I found the place dull and depressing with zero atmosphere but still, I was looking forward to my burger. The service was fast and efficient, if cheerless, but I wouldn’t expect a smile from the poor devils having to work in this place. I had the ‘Everything On’ version but curiously, it tasted of nothing? The bun was cheap and airy and literally tasteless. The actual ‘meat’ part of the burger was more like cardboard than any actual meat I’ve eaten. And the rest of the ‘everything’ was unmemorable too. To be fair, the fries were good, and there was enough to feed a family of 4 in my portion, but they were the only reason I’ve given this place a star at all.
I loved everything about this place! I was in Manchester for two days for a gig, I struck absolute GOLD grabbing a cheeseburger (solo) from here on day one so on day two I was back! I got a double cheeseburger (twins) (I get them plain on purpose but they usually come with all the trimmings) and my friend got the pulled pork loaded fries, and they were delicious!!
They're all so friendly and helpful with local places to try if you're not from the area. Fantastic food, I actually went back when we saw they sold the seasoning separately on their Instagram, absolutely love it! Wishing them all the best!

My 4 year old got what appears to be Salmonella posing from here. Didn’t eat anything after eating the pizza here. Vomitted on plane coming home several times and can’t hold anything down. Didn’t eat anything after eating here and hadn’t eaten for many hours prior to here.
Food is alright and not too bad, but the customer and delivery service are awful, the worst customer and delivery services I’ve ever experienced. So many time I do order online via the website and been waiting for more than an hour when I call they go soooo rude and telling me my order is not ready if you want to cancel it you can cancel it after all this time of waiting. Not recommended to order via website or phone.
Picadilly Street Food market is not the best place for these guys. Friendly staff, good burgers with affordable prices!

This place was recommended by my mate who worked in Manchester, so we tried it out. Honestly, one of the best burgers I've tasted. Street food wise, the best. I had the burger with pork belly and BBQ sauce. The pork belly was so tender, cooked perfectly. Everyone should try this place
So came in. From an event in Manchester, ordered very late, have to say it’s the best pizza and garlic bread I have eaten in a long time,!!! All very fresh, stuffed crust was Devine!!! Will most definitely be ordering again!!! Better than dominos
Absolutely lovely blokes. Gave us help ordering, explaining what dishes are how big, telling us to be wary on ordering too much as they have very large portions. Also making sure we knew the specifics about allergens. The portions are great especially in comparison to the prices ,very good value for money, just a £6 pulled pork loaded fries with all the extras was enough to fill me up for the day. I would 100% recommend.

I LOVE the food and have been a big advocate for this food place... only issue is the delivery, never have the phone on and impossible to contact... today I ordered and I have a missing item... not sure how I can get this resolved as I love the place and don't want to put a low review due to this
Ordered the Sarlacc loaded fries, would have shown a picture but definitely devoured it too quickly. Lovely chaps, helpful and friendly. Food was delicious, and I can confirm these are indeed loaded. Would definitely come here again and support an independent business 👍

I told him no mayonnaise and he still put it. I wanted spicy burger but he gave me non spicy. The chips and burger is also cold and dry as if it was made 2days ago. This people are stealing money. Avoid them at all cost. Go somewhere else better like crave, New York but avoids this money leeches. I would not pay 50P for that horrible food. So I wasted my money. Avoid them guys and if you don't and experience bad then remember I have WARNED YOU!!!!!
Lovey food. Best place I've ordered from in msnchester big portions come from 22 mins away and was still roasting paid 3 pound for the poppadoms and about 15 sauces. Not tight with there portions definitely order again

The staff were so lovely and had a lot of time for us explaining what we could put in our milkshakes. Everyone was smiling and happy. Service with a smile is rare but they do it here. Lovely. 👍😃
The food and staff taking the order were great, but i asked for a cheeseburger with grilled onions, lettuce, mayo, Ketchup and Mustard, which I got, and with a few extra mushrooms that I never ordered. My partner and her sister ordered fries, as to which when receiving the bag, one of the fries had been placed into the bag, UP SIDE DOWN, which felt intentional and a slight but not major inconvenience, just clear lack of due diligence....

Visited whilst enjoying the cube experience. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. I was also suprised by the round of drinks I bought as I expected it to be more expensive
The periperi grilled chicken was amazing, owners sorted me out after I made an ordering mistake too using the Didsbury and Withington Eats app, worth going back again!

The burger I had here was one of the best I had recently in any restaurant. The staff was helpful and quick. The place was clean the food was delicious. Will definitely visit again during my next trip to Arndale. This is always better place to eat than McDonald's or KFCs.
Terrible service . The driver got lost 15 times after giving him very clear, precise instructions . He then had the cheek to say he was not coming and he was staying put! He then put the phone down on me and miraculously he arrived 10 minutes later , even though he was 2 minutes down the road. The food was pretty bad and the chicken donner had gristle and something similar to bone in it . If you want a late , cold , poor takeaway , then this is the place for you .

For me the decoration and service was excellent. A real American style feel and warm environment. Dessert wise we ordered some churros, dognuts, peppermint tea and lattes. Everything was nice apart from the lattes. They were very bitter and not in the league of Costa etc. I had to keep in adding sugars to make it edible. Saying that churros and dognuts were nice and fresh and the peppermint tea was nice. Also it was a nice clean place.
