i was really shocked today at the blonde woman working here. Her attitude was shocking all because we wanted to sit outside in the sun & eat our food. & from the looks of a review left from today we wasn’t the only family to receive her negativity. I really did feel sorry for the young lad having to work alongside such a Miserable woman. Again shocking attitude & I will definitely not be bring my family back here.

We came to this pub for a meal outside for my niece’s birthday party and I have never come across such poor customer service.

The lady with blonde hair behind the bar has such a bad attitude and kept huffing and puffing every time she served us. I asked her for a knife to cut a birthday cake and you would think that I asked her to bake a cake for us.

Absolutely horrendous service and I shall not be visiting again.

Wow, I had such a fantastic time at this pub/restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the venue had such a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. But what really made my experience stand out was the amazing customer service provided by Sarah. She was so attentive and friendly, making sure that everything was perfect throughout my visit. It was an absolute pleasure to be served by her. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience. Cheers!

I came to the Legh Arms on Wednesday evening with some friends to try out the new menu. Our waitress was Sarah who was really helpful as I could not decide what to have off the menu so she gave me some recommendations. I went for the chicken and chorizo kebab and it was really nice. I went to go to the bar to order some drinks and we was told to stay seated and enjoy our meal. Sarah took our drinks order from the table and brought them to us even though the restaurant area was quite busy.

Thank you to Sarah who really went out of her way to look after us.

I visited on Friday and the pub looks fab after its refurb, the new menu was brilliant too it good choice and tasted great. There seems to be new staff and they were very welcoming and pleasant. Would highly recommend

Just popped in on a whim whilst going past. The staff were so fantastic and accommodating. I really felt welcomed and valued. I decided to grab a bite to eat and I was impressed with the quality.

It was also nice to see that there was a place for dog owners to take their pets so no one would feel excluded from the experience.

I will definitely be back to visit.

A great traditional pub, with a good range of cask and draught beers, friendly staff and friendly ⁴qcustomers. Entertainment is often put on in the pub and sometimes out in the large beer garden. Well worth the short walk from the town centre.

Warm and cosy old pub. Unexpected, but fantastic outdoor area! Could do with the heaters staying on for longer than 15 seconds on cold evenings, seemed to spend all evening pushing the button to turn it back on. At least one real ale would be great too.

One of the last truly traditional British pubs in Knutsford. Great ales and a warm atmosphere.

I love this pub. It has a great atmosphere, warm and friendly staff and a wide range of drinks and snacks. The beer garden is perfect for sunny days.

Great traditional pub! Warm and friendly atmosphere. Great real ales (£2.70 all day on Tuesdays) Dog friendly. Large beer garden, with heated seating area and play area for the kids. Televised sports and regular entertainment. 🍻🐕😊👍

Lovely cute little traditional pub with friendly staff and very sensible prices for drinks (rare in Knutsford!)
Even had some brilliant live music too last night. Very dog friendly too! 😀

I was staying in the local area and needed somewhere to watch the football, I emailed Emma at the Builders Arms and she very kindly offered to put it on for me. We had a lovely, warm welcome and felt very at home. Nice clean local pub, good beers, good value, very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely go back if in the area again. Thanks Emma!

A 'Tardis' indeed. From the cosy front rooms (Lounge and Tap) the facilities extend outside to a large beer garden and covered patio area. A 'must visit' for a trip to remember and return to.
Lovely landlady, Emma, who has lived in the town for ages and knows exactly what both the locals and welcome visitors are looking for.
This place has had it's ups and downs over the years but while Emma stays the only way is UP!

Excellent night, unfortunately marred by one of our own. Dealt with promptly, and professionally by staff. Really lovely venue and staff. We hope we are allowed back very soon. Thanks guys.
