The worst possible experience. The seats are not working. The air conditioner is also not effective. Above this the auditorium smells like puke. The whole movie experience is ruined. I booked the last row of the auditorium and was forced to sit on the first row. The staff blamed the smell of some other guest in the hall. The other staff said we sprayed a room freshener and we don’t know where the smell is coming from, what else can we do.
Watched Lapata Ladies at Cinepolis,NSP. This theatre has 9 Audi’s in total which offers comfortable atmosphere, enhancing the overall movie-watching experience. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic movie night with tasty snacks. You can opt for recliners as well for extra comfort, otherwise there normal seats are also very Cozy .

The screens are huge, and the sound is top-notch. Just be prepared for a bit of a challenge finding it in the mall, like a fun adventure. And parking can be tricky, so give yourself some extra time. The food is okay, nothing too fancy, but it's perfect for a movie snack. Overall, it's totally worth it for the amazing movie experience you'll have!"

This Cinepolis really amplifies your movie watching experience with great food and service. The sound and picture quality is also good and the normal category seats are also comfortable.
Fabulous experience, premium class, no ad movie time. The snack & drink cafe is also very good. Must go, experience & enjoy the lawishness. Very comfortable recliners, excellent hospitality, very good service. Everything too good
Worst worst experience at Cinepolis Pacific mall pitampura, 5 boys entered screen 6 from emergency exit and tried to kill 2 couples sitting and watching movie.
2 male got injured and shifted to hospital.
Mall security and Cinepolis team involved in this crime.
Nor they were showing CCTV footage.
My humble request to everyone not to visit this place.

Great experience of watching a movie here, good seats but the cost of the food is little bit on higher side.
One of the best movie experience I've had. The seats were vey comfortable and the screen quality and sound system were amazing. The washroom was very neat and clean. There are a total of 9 screens.
Was here on Sunday morning too watch Oppenheimer. Was not crowded. Beautifully decorated cinema hall which reflects royal, regal feel. Paid ₹600 for lounge seats. Spacious and comfortable. Well maintained and good experience
