the place was magnificent. it is the first time i am to church. i was stunned by its architecture. ended up sitting for about an hour.

Awful experience. Two of the front speakers were broken, which meant there was no bass, and the sound was very quiet. Went out to tell a staff member who turned it up, but it still wasn't great. Subtitles on during the adverts. No advert telling people to be quiet. This was screen 7. Two people came in halfway through the film and continually talked loudly to each other. So, I went back out to tell a staff member, and security went into the screen straight away and told them to leave. They refused to leave at first, then walked out. There are too many people on their phones and feet on the seats. Very disrespectful. People don't care. Staff are great, but the customers let this place down. I'm very disappointed and won't be coming back.

WORST CINEMA EXPERIENCE EVER. The customer service is ALWAYS shockingly poor and incredibly slow. Despite arriving at 6:05, we weren't served until 6:45, thankfully only missing the trailers. Despite the abundance of workers, the service was abysmally slow and amateurish, they seem like kids who have no idea what they are doing, and wouldn’t know what good customer service is if it hit them in their faces! One worker was about to serve us, told us to “wait one minute” and then disappeared into thin air? I then saw him pretending to rearrange the doritos for absolutely no reason?? Then eventually an equally inexperienced and slow worker finally served us, the service ended with him telling us there are no napkins and offered us kitchen roll!? The place was also disgustingly dirty, with sweets and popcorn strewn all over the floor, it looked like the whole cinema has never been cleaned before or even faced a vacuum cleaner and mop. Also during the movie, there was a lot of talking, adults nattering away, and children screaming and crying, and not a single worker removed those loud people from the room. The screen was also very small and dark, could barely even see the film. A truly dreadful experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

Friendly staff, good range of rooms, good catering. Welcoming and accommodating.

My partner and I fell in love with the venue upon our viewing as the high ceiling, natural light, location was everything we had been looking for. Rebecca and Laura were so helpful throughout the entire planning process and went above and beyond, with meetings prior to the event to assisting with all the fine details, cake servings on the day and more. Highly recommend, they ensured our day ran smoothly and on time, really took care of us and our guests. Can't thank them enough :)

A hidden gem for any event! Nothing was too much for Laura or Rebecca. They exceeded our expectations, whether it was communication, service or presentation on the day. Could not thank them enough!

Came here to watch I should be so lucky. Its a nice clean venue, seating on the top rows should be more staggered as your looking at the back of peoples head. Instead of looking between people shoulders. It was absoultly roasting hot in here Saturday night, they could do with air conditioning.

A lovely theatre with good sized seating making the experience more enjoyable. Shrek tye musical was wonderful. The one thing that let it down was the temperature in the auditorium. It was stifling. So hot it made you uncomfortable. We did wonder if this was done to increase drink and ice cream sales!?! As there seemed to be warm air being pumped in.
Such a shame as the rest of the experience was great.

Just came here to the ‘the night sky show’ was very good tbh. Been here to watch shows.
Staff was great from entrance , bar to being seated. Its always good to support performing arts/ shows and local business’. Will certainly be back.
All your usual refreshments, alcoholic beverages and snacks are available at the bar
The building has character can still see original parts and features in there

Belo at Vue is amazing. He is on the Ben & Jerry stand and he has the best customer service I have experienced in years! Wonderful young man - well done to you 100%

A lovely small cathedral with really nice folk in attendance. The stained glass windows are incredible. The detail has to be seen to be believed.

Been walking past it for 44 years and finally decided to go in. I was lucky enough to hear the organ being played which is impressive on its own. A welcoming, warm place with open views well worth popping in if you are in Brum

A nice visit to the Birmingham Cathedral. You are allowed to take pictures inside. Good place to visit if you are interested in religious architecture.

We went to watch Officer and a Gentleman which was very good except the seating. At least we know now if we wanna sit in the stalls it needs to be only in the first 6 rows otherwise you can only see the bottom half of the stage to to a very big circle hangovee, and when looking up I knoticed the circke could be the same.

A small Baroque Cathedral, but quite beautiful.

Not too impressed with the interior. To me it seems like if you want to go baroque then it’s got to be ornate, I mean extravagant, like full on baroque; this one felt a bit underwhelming inside.

However the stained glass windows are stunning, perhaps the best I’ve seen.

Nice place to visit when in Birmingham.

horrible place bar staff was seen doing dr*gs in the toilet, bar staff walked out in the middle of the night and out party was left with no staff, they ran out of glasses so no one could have any drinks, rang the place the next day spoke with the manger and he couldn’t handle it so ended the phone call

We went to see the Divine Beauty experience at the Cathedral tonight and had a very pleasant experience.
There was a technical problem that delayed our entrance, resulting in a 40 minute wait but it seemed to go quickly. I could have done without the drop in temperature though.
The 'show' comprises of projected Christian images onto the walls and ceiling, with a specially composed soundtrack. I actually enjoyed the music as much, or possibly more than the images. It lasted around 15 mins and the room was not over crowded so all had a good view.
The imagery felt a bit random despite the theme, and some of it was abstract. I think it would have been more powerful if it had told a story.
Strangely I thought the setting was a distraction but that's probably just me.
The show was enjoyable and very competitively pricef but I am not sure if it's something that you would see more than once.

Nicky made hosting our party a dream. The first time using City Banqueting but definitely won’t be the last. The hall easily accommodated our 120 guests and the service was excellent with guests complimenting the decor and attentive staff for whom no request was too much to ask.
From the first meeting it was clear that Nicky wanted to help us deliver the best party we could.

Trångt rum för två vuxna och två barn och en dusch med väldigt lågt vattentryck. Frukosten ingick förvisso, men det var ganska skralt utbud jämfört med normal standard på svenska hotell. Fanns inte ens kokta ägg! Är väl ett klassiskt fall av att man får det man betalar för...
