From the moment we met Phoebe and Bella at Crystal Jade Palace around 5-6 months ago, we knew we were in excellent hands. Even though our wedding lunch wasn’t until September, their patience, dedication, and support were unwavering. They meticulously went through the menu with us, making sure everything was perfect. What touched us even more was when they went the extra mile to help us secure an additional room for our solemnization, ensuring the event flowed smoothly from start to finish.
As the big day approached, Phoebe and Bella didn’t forget us. They offered to help decorate the rooms to make everything look its best, showing their attention to detail and care. But what really touched our hearts was their thoughtful reminder to rest well the night before our wedding. This small gesture meant the world to us, and it was something no other organizer had ever said to us before.
On the day itself, the team’s care and attention to detail were exceptional. With two elderly guests present, they made sure all their needs were met with the utmost care and respect. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented, just as we had envisioned, with unique touches that stood out.
Thanks to Phoebe and Bella’s excellent coordination and warm wishes on the day, everything ran smoothly. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our experience truly special from beginning to end. Nice place to chill in Botanic Gardens especially when there are few air-con dining places in the garden. A food court essentially and free seating. Serves a variety of food that is simple though not exactly gastronomical… prices are slightly higher than a food court though…
For a botanic gardens eatery, or even a normal eatery, this is just terrible...
1) ordering machine is super laggy.
2) menu was really basic & not interesting
3) food was basic. Like 18chefs pasta is way nicer.
4) service is terrible. There's no fork and ended up passing us a plastic fork unapologetically apparently...
Had better hopes. Sad that this spoiled a special day for me too.

Good food nice cozy place to sit! We ordered quite many things only thing is I didn’t like the chicken nuggets! It was really weird textured on the other hand every other thing we ordered was good. There is a play area too so kids stay busy and let you eat in peace! One more thing there was just 1 host in day time so things were processing very slow.
