It was worth the visit/read.
Quiet and serene... beautiful walkways and scenery. Cozy restaurants and coffee shops. Perfect during winter.
This was on my todo list for a longtime and finally did it, was a great experience, enjoyed the 360 degree view of Kuwait City with a beautiful view of the sea, entry fee is 3 KS per person and they have a cafeteria so you can order coffee/tea and snacks, if you are in Kuwait I recommend this!
Nice place as a tourist icon. The ticket is 4KD. The view is really breathtaking in all area of the Tower. There is also one Cafe and two restaurants Suchi & buffet. REALLY I advice you to visit the place, it is really nice for adults and kids.
One of the nicest places to visit in Kuwait. Food was good and not expensive, the view was the best! You can see Kuwait city from above. They offer tables to eat food on but no chairs. Entrance fee is 3KD per person. Definitely worth the visit!

Ülkedeki arkeolojik çalışmalar Danimarkalı misyonun öncülüğünde 50li yılların başlarında başladığından tarihi açıdan değerli pek bir parça yok. Genelde Yunan kültürü ticari yollar sayesinde burayı etkilemiş. Bu parçalar ilk katta.

The Kuwait Towers are such an iconic part the of Kuwait City skyline. And also they are one of the most recognized buildings in Kuwait. I definitely recommend visiting the Kuwait Towers it’s a must see! You also get an amazing view of the Kuwait City skyline and Persian Gulf from inside the spheres. I will definitely be back if I’m in area again.

The Maritime museum is a good place for the purpose of the history of old ships. Especially children. Here old ship models fishing equipment which is used in the past.
Very lovely park, with cafes, restaurants inside - more in the 2nd/newer part. (Check opening hours of food places as when I was there on saturday, it was very quiet, closed)
There is a running track. Music fountain.
In general great area to relax, walk around. There Re water fountains to drink from as well.
Also a miniature version of sightsin Kuwait.

The best time to go is evening with sunset, the view is beautiful.
The towers are standing beside the sea, nice place to take a slow walk after dinner.
Quite a lot of families picnic at the beach.

Sadly the windows of the tower are dirty so the quality of the pictures are not great.

Really loved the way this project turned out to be. Amazing space for a good walk and vibes. Lots of area this park with restaurants, coffee cafes and musical fountains. Evening vibes are great do wanna visit during the day light time too
Beautiful and clean place. Ticket fee for a viewing booth is 3KD per person. We went at night so we could see Kuwait City with the lights..but the morning would be more beautiful..hope to visit in the morning next time.

Well maintained park, great for walks or runs. And amazing views of the Kuwaiti skyline. There’s the Habitat museum, and also the Table Otto restaurant that does amazing brunch. Plenty of parking in the basement.

There is multiple rooms and halls in this national museum with artifacts starting from 12000 years ago till the recent history of Kuwait. Many of the artifacts were from the Failaka island.
The museum is very well maintained, very clean and well organized.
Special shout out to Maha Al Ajami, the super lady who gave us so many information about the museum and many other historical and cultural places around Kuwait city 👏

It was a wonderful visit to Al Shahid Park it is nicely located in center of the downtown. good for walking with several rest places and habitat museums with safe walking tracks. wonderful time to spend with the family I never visited this place in several years of my stay in Kuwait But I had visited today and enjoyed my walk. 👏👏👏👏
Precioso lugar, se le rinde un sentido homenaje a los caídos en la guerra.
As of January 2024 large parts of the museum is closed for renovations with only a small display on Kuwaiti heritage remaining open. Entry is free, however I would recommend visiting the Bait Al Othman museum instead if you wish to get a better understanding of Kuwaiti history and culture.

I am very disappointed in the exterior (poor grounds maintenance) and the interior of this national museum. Once you entered into a dimly lite entrance... you were greeted with kind and friendly receptionists.
However, once we began our walk, many display cases were not lighted, which made it hard to see the artifacts. The artifacts that we could see and read about were not well described. Once you exited the 1st display area (again disappointed in the maintenance of the exterior), we entered another building with few, very dusty, broken displays that barely explained the history of the Kuwaiti people. Again, the lighting made it hard to read the few displays that had a bit of information. Once you exited this area, that was the end of the tour... nothing was displayed from about the 1970s to the present date, no modern history of Kuwait.
I gave it a 2 rating for the friendly staff and a few artifacts that I could learn a little about that were on display.

Hervorragender Park!
Such a beautiful establishment that is in dire need of refurbishment and maintenance, both outside and inside including the greenery and pavements. If you get past the many closed halls and overlook the maintenance needing areas, you will enjoy a wonderful and storytelling museum that perhaps was stellar once upon a time. I hope we visit again and find more exhibits on display.
Be aware of parking areas as Google and other apps get lost with updates. Also mind the timing as it closes midday.

It's a beautiful park for walking, jogging, and biking. Beautiful sceneries all around, with benches available everywhere to sit and watch. Some cool museums are also available, namely the memorial and habitat museums. A nice dancing fountain in addition to a range of restaurants and cafés is available as well, but nothing so special to visit specifically to dine in there. The place is worth the visit in winter. Go check it and have a nice walk.

متحف يتكلم عن تاريخ المعارك و الحروب التي مرت بها دولة الكويت . للاسف معلومات مختصرة و جهد ضائع نوعا ما . الامكانيات موجودة لكن لم تترجم جيدا على أرض الواقع . لم استفد الكثير لا صور نادرة او غيره عن المعارك و لا مجسمات و لا تنظيم . اتمنى الاهتمام اكثر في المتاحف . الدخول مجاني . العاملين محترمين .
مُتحف الذكرى في حديقة الشهيد بمدينة الكويت ، متحف يعرض تاريخ الكويت الحربي و سرد للمعارك التي خاضها المواطنين دفاعاً عن وطنهم ، كما يحوي صور للشهداء، دخول المتحف مجاناً، تصميم المتحف جميل و مطور، كما يوجد بالقرب منه جدار يحوي جميع صور الشهداء.

Die Parkanlagen an sich sind schon ein Besuch wert. Die beiden kostenlosen Museen sind sehr informativ und geben einerseits einen guten Überblick über die Geschichte und andererseits über die Natur Kuwaits. Für jeden der nicht nur Urlaub in Kuwait machen möchte sondern sich auch über das Land informieren möchte ein absolutes Muss.
