Llandudno is a lovely place, so clean and tidy.
Can get quite busy, so arrive early if you don't like crowds. Plenty of parking, again, get there early. The pier is lovely, plenty of seating areas and places to eat. 10 out of 10.
A bit deserted on a Wednesday in May, with the pier getting a lick of paint on the metalwork from a gang that looked like community service "volunteers", and dubious 80's music blasting out along the pier. But it brought back a lot of memories of visiting these places as a kid in the 80's. I especially enjoyed feeding the simple slot machines 2p pieces. For £2, we had a lot of fun getting tickets for silly prizes. Nice views of the Llandudno promenade as well.
Arguably one of the best piers in Europe. With beautiful scenery, lots of fun activities and cool things to buy, Llandudno Pier is one of my favourite places to visit. You can take the kids along, there are so many games, rides and food to keep them occupied. You’ve got to visit.

Copied from the website.... Uncovered in 1987 during a scheme to landscape an area of the Great Orme, the copper mines discovered represent one of the most astounding archaeological discoveries of recent times. Dating back 4,000 years to the Bronze Age they change our views about the ancient people of Britain and their civilized and structured society 2,000 years before the Roman invasion.

Over the past 28 years mining engineers, cavers and archaeologists have been slowly uncovering more tunnels and large areas of the surface landscape to reveal what is now thought to be the largest prehistoric mine, so far discovered in the world.

.I'd deffo recommend this attraction it's something to learn about in Welsh history.. in Llandudno
Meh. Quite disappointing. It's been a long time since I last came to the pier and it's not as great as I remembered it. The big play area is no more. I'm fairly certain it burnt down many years ago and has never been replaced. The arcades are sub- standard (think an even cheaper version of Blackpool (if that's even possible)). The pier has seen better days. It doesn't look like any maintenance has been performed in the last 20+ years. You can get plenty of overpriced drinks/ice cream/sugary snacks from the various shops/stall there. There is plenty of overpriced cheap tat and even a shop dedicated to selling counterfeit LEGO.
The only good things really are the views. The views are stunning, it's just a shame the rest doesn't match. The whole place just needs to be cleaned up and updated.

A lovely place to visit! Full of qwerky little shops, arcades and plenty of places to grab some food. The views are spectacular as well! Great place to visit.
Wouldn’t let me book 1 seat away from others, there were loads of empty spaces. Removed a star for that as I’d have like to sit on my own especially when there was space
A nice stroll along the prom on a nice day is brilliant! Wonderful people you meet then along the pier! Views either side and back in land are worth the stroll. Plenty places for replenishment!
What a gem this museum is, crammed with really interesting items, sounds plus information. Spotted a book I was given as a child (and still have!). Friendly person on pay desk and a few souvenirs to buy. Pay parking nearby. Excellent and highly recommended.
Been here twice now and loved it; Bruce Springsteen, then Bootleg Beatles, both tribute bands. Modern, all seats seem to get an excellent view of the stage, plus extra amenities and parking available. Highly recommended.

Great couple of hours spent here at Llandudno pier. Plenty of little shops selling anything from bobble hats and clothing to rock, donuts, special cheeses and souvenirs. Also a lovely shop selling ornaments and shells we picked up gorgeous sea horse for our seaside theme at home. We also went in Oceans cafe for a cuppa after the walk down to the end of the pier. Lovely staff with great reasonably priced food and drinks.
A brilliant afternoon out. Not expensive and very interesting. Fascinating look into mining during the Bronze Age. The tunnels were narrow and low in parts but easy to navigate. Well worth the visit and would go back again. Great shop there too!
An incredible walk through history, exploring an origin point for the Bronze Age on the continent. There was no wait time for the self-guided tour, and the tunnels are quite safe but can get slippery.

Be mindful of your phone if you're taking pictures, as there are many places to drop it where you can't retrieve it.

You may struggle if you have issues with tight spaces or heights. The tunnels can be quite narrow, as the original Bronze Age miners would have only cleared as much space as they needed. There are also deep pits that you walk over, covered by metal grates so you can't fall in, but you can still see down through the grates and some people may find that unsettling.

First time back in Llandudno for 2 years.

I was impressed with the investment, there were several positive changes to the town, the peer and the general area.

It was clean and we found lots to do.

The peer was bustling with life, 95% of the shops were trading and the arcades had been renovated with new machines and a modern card system.

Will definitely be back soon
Uno spazio favoloso con giardini magnifici, bellissime piante e fiori. Poi la sala da the x riposarsi. Ottima vista su Llandudno
Our go-to local Theatre, which offers many different shows. The only negative is that the seats are a little uncomfortable if watching a long show. But don't let that hold you back. It's a great way to see West end shows on your doorstep. We have to use such places or we will lose them.
Beautiful place, parking is just infront of main entrance.
At almost 2 miles long it's impressively maintained and a lovely place to walk taking in the Ormes Bay / Llandudno Bay, especially at sunset in the summer. Annoyingly popular with cyclists, runners and dog walkers. Can be difficult to park.
The Pier at the west-end is a cool place to visit, as is 'The Great Orme' beyond that.
The grand, Victorian-style buildings remind you of days gone by where Llandudno was flourishing as a great tourist attraction. Today these buildings have been split into flats and mostly low-end hotels.
Lovely stroll along the promenade. It's clean and well maintained. Plenty of small shops to buy souvenirs or snacks. Few fairground rides for kids too
Lovely place to visit. It's very clean and tidy, either a bit of a buzz about the town. We will definitely be back in the summer.

Nice short little walk through Haulfre Gardens after walking along the front of the Great Orme. Nice looking tea rooms at the start of the walk. Never been in but must give it a go. Lovely views of Llandudno from here.

What a wonderful afternoon we had, Painting colouring making love hearts. A few of us from Ormeside Grange social group had great fun and will definitely be back. 😁😁😁
Beautiful place, stayed not far from the main town. Clean tidy, dog friendly (although came out of season). Definitely coming back to explore some more
We've been to Skara Brae on Orkney and Stonehenge in Wiltshire. This is on a par with them. Awesome bronze age mines that have changed our understanding of prehistory. Fantastic!
We were headed from Manchester to Conway castle and decided to stop to see the Llandudno Promenade. It was absolutely worth it. Stunning views all along the waterfront. I would love to see it again in warmer months.
Had a fantastic night at Venue Cymru we went to watch the Wizard of Oz. The actors and actresses were out of this world very powerful voices, it is quite louder and has flashing lights so if you are quite sensitive to lights and noise you might find it difficult. All and all the production is well worth watching ,the theatre is lovely it has a bar area where you can purchase soft drinks and hot drinks and alcohol, upstairs is a restaurant so you can have a meal before seeing the show.Disabled access and lifts are available so if you are not too steady on your feet this is ideal . The staff are so lovely and helpful and are so happy to help you if you need it. You can be friends with the theatre this has its advantages as you get a discount on some shows . I would recommend buying tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
Lovely views of the town, and unfortunately the Llandudno Gimp. He is known to stalk the Orme cliffsides in search of goats, hedgehogs, other various vermin. The plethora of hunts I've undertaken have all resulted in disaster - keep me informed if you spot anything.
My wife and I strolled along the very wide and long promenade on a dry but windy and chilly day. Everything looks clean, litter free and graffiti free. Seating all along the rear of the promenade and new sheltered seating area being installed. We couldn't believe the number of wind turbines out in the sea. All the hotel fronts look well maintained. We walked out to the end of the pier and had hot refreshments in the ocean cafe.
In our hometown, great that it's still free! Always a great atmosphere and Adam and his team are doing a fabulous job of building up it's customer base. Great pub at the end with reasonable prices.
Came to watch the Welsh Open snooker tournament. The organisation was great with everything very easy and orderly. The theatre itself was fantastic, and the experience as a whole was second to none. Thanks Venue Cymru.
I went to see Peppa Pig's Big Day Out with my toddler. Had allocated seats in row H by the door, and there was a cold draught throughout the performance.
Lots of people came in late, were using phones, and were generally noisy. The performance wasn't loud enough, and I struggled to hear some of the characters.
As the theatre was half empty it would have been nice to be able to move seats, as even with a booster seat my daughter was struggling to see when kids stood up on the seats in front of her. She ended up getting bored and wanting to leave.
Went to Take part annual free children's event, fantastic weekend, lots to do in the way of arts, crafts, drama, dance, music, writing etc
Lovely place it tells the story of Llandudno during the wars and its a one man's personal collection only small but packed with information and artifacts, well worth an hour of your time.
A little museum in Llandudno, only costs a couple of quid to get in and you can spend an hour or so walking round and looking at everything. A good one for bigger kids (my niece and nephew are 6 and 12).
How was North Western Gardens? To stop this coming up, everytime I pick my wife up from work, I don't know, I was picking my wife up from work, and was in the car! There are benches, a few plants dotted about, and shops.
