We had assured short time let. Agency didn’t mention about prolonged infestation of bed bugs in the whole street over 5 years. They claim that they have fixed and monitoring the problem but they failed. Moreover blame tenants that they bring from outside. Their recent email claims that London is fully of bedbugs and even public transport is infested. Please don’t fall for their worst customer service fully biased to the landlord without helping the tenants. Tenants are suffering since the day 1 they moved in. Tenants are getting advise from citizen advice bureau regarding early contract termination, which they don't allow. Bedbugs crawl from one house to the other and the whole street is infested more than 5 years. They moreover blame on tenants. While moving in just for their commission they hide things about this previous infestation and the treatments they did before. Please don't fall for their lack of knowledge of AST. It takes hell lot of time to talk to them. Employees keep changing and they can't advise exactly whom to contact. They don't care about the tenants precious time, all they care is just their own commissions. Selfish agents...... Please read the AST document from these crooked agents before you sign and also have an early termination clauses if they breach.

Scam company do not use sent me my renewal price and i was not able to access it i phoned them before the cut of point and they kept disconnecting me then suddenly after the quote ran out i could get through but they want £250 more do not use this company and there was no option to pay in the email before the end date of my policy which is strange compared to other companies
