Very accommodating, as we wanted to switch rooms because we wanted a terrace. They upgraded us to a gorgeous suite. The restaurant, Florio, is beautiful. We had a fantastic dinner there. Nice pool. And very pretty bars, indoor and outdoor. The staff were incredibly helpful.
