Fantastic food and it was nice to be able to walk through the door and sit down. Though a very hopping place and understandable to be side-tracked, but the table did wait 25 minutes for tea, a shake, and a water (we were not briefed on what was available for alcohol). Once finished and needing a take-out box, someone needed waved down after another 15 minutes waiting on the bill. Could improve here, but no complaints in general and will be back.

I'm puzzled by the negative reviews here. We ordered the satay beef sub and satay vermicelli noodles, and I have to say, they delivered some of the most delightful flavors I've experienced in a while. I can be quite discerning when it comes to subs, but this place truly impressed us. The service was great too. I will recommend them any day

I've been getting takeout on my lunch breaks for about a month. The subs are very delicious, good size and not dry. The staff is fast and friendly

The food was pretty awful. The sate sub was just beef and carrots (and weirdly cut into rounds). Oh and a single STEM of a cilantro. Not any leaves on it, just the stem. Just gross. There was no onions, cilantro, or cucumbers. The pork vermicelli meat was very dry and tasted old. We also found a completely blackened peanut in the dish too, it took us awhile to figure out what it was. I used to like this place (their pho anyways) but it seems to have completely gone downhill and you can assume by the quality, they just don’t care anymore!

I had a disgusting experience, finding flies (Yes, multiple!!!) in my Pho! The waiter did not seem terribly concerned, swiftly took it away and then still had the cheek to charge me! Sure, at 50% off… but that does not compensate for the fact that there were flies in my meal (not to mention, I hadn’t even eaten half of my meal yet!)

Absolutely disgusting!

Gran restaurante y muy buena relación calidad precio, uno de los mejores pho que hemos probado nunca, nos ha recordado el pho que probamos en hanoi (Vietnam) , la carne muy tierna, el servicio era bueno fueron muy atentos y simpáticos

My favourite Pho Spot in the city! Maricar is always so happy and helpful, she makes the whole experience worthwhile and pleasant. I have been in many times since my first time trying this spot and have been recommending everyone I know to visit. Be sure to try the two different, made in house broths before you choose, it will be tough because their all so excellent. Great selections of different Pho and you can fully customize every bowl!

Asked for charbroiled ground beef, pork and shrimp and literally was just given hotdogs instead.
Called them and they say that's what's normally served.
Literally never gotten this type of meat when ordering elsewhere
