Dealing with Jordan is very good and generally the product fitted in 2020 has at home has been good. The installtion was not the best. trucking used in the kitchen was poor which didnt keep cable in place. the smart connetion on the rolec charger has had intermittent connection over the last 3.5 years. The failure of modular contactor, which is availbe as a stand alone item, apprently cant be replaced and the whole unit needs replacing. I opted to upgrade to a newer charger to get warrenty and hopefully better smart connetion. Again Jordan has been very good. But logistics of SRG has not been a strong point, or maybe once paid they have no urgency. Today I can get a part within a hour but SRG takes 2 days.

The survey I booked in February still hasn't yielded any conclusions or reports. Despite multiple reminders, the matter remains unresolved, leaving me dissatisfied as a customer. It's particularly frustrating considering this service provider was recommended by a producer, which I am unlikely to trust either.

Commercial EV installation. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. The back end software has been unreliable from the get go and customer support, poor at best. Today in an attempt to improve the back end software, our business has been left with a non-working charger despite being assured it would be seamless, no response from the company whatsoever despite calling and emailing.

Just to clarify, my email was neither aggressive or abusive, being"p***ed off" and "fuming" is simply expressing my personal frustration at being let down yet again.

Finally, the three pictures of the cable within the burnt out connector block, are of the live incoming mains cable installed by yourselves, not part of the charger. Failure to properly tighten the terminal screw resulted in it arcing and burning out the block.

Did a fantastic job installing my Hydra Cubus EV home charger. Stuart and Jordan did a great job providing a quality service and having the engineer James booked in a timely fashion. It was a neat and tidy installation from James and would recommend SRG Electrical for future EV charging installations.

Decent job of installing a Qubev Smart. Salesperson and electrician attending install were friendly and courteous.
Cleaned up after installation and talked me through the app settings. 2 days post install - early days - but all working good.

SRG took all the hassle out of this, supplying the required kit, organising the government subsidy paperwork, quickly and efficiently installing our new charger. Very neat work, done at short notice after they had another job cancel. I'd highly recommend.
