The washing machines don't work, whenever something is broken, takes forever to fix it. Bad service overall

This would probably be the best apartment to live in, pet friendly, all utilities included (except WiFi) washer dryer in unit, up to date appliances, maintenance staff is great. Everything besides the point of living in a downtown area.
Please expect the bars and restaurants to be loud until about midnight (by loud I mean yes you can hear them through the floors and windows) and then have the patrons outside lingering until 2am or whenever they decide to go home. Also parking, if you don’t decide to get a parking permit in one of the few lots/garage the city of Troy has, good luck remembering to move your car at 11pm at night for street cleaning because you had to do laps around the block to find an empty spot.
