Group of men smoking crack and drinking tinnies on the stairwell level 1. This was 10am on a Tuesday morning. I was a female on my own and frightened for my safety. Can’t believe NCP turn a blind eye to this. Will never park there again.

Arrived at the Car park this morning 15/01/20 to find the car park in pitch black with no power and no staff, this is not the first time they have had no power but to not have staff there to redirect people is ridiculous, I ended up standing outside to stop and inform people or it would have backed up Richmond Hill again. I am a season ticket holder so would have liked to be given an alternative site to use. Also this site always has numerous Homeless people sleeping in the bays and the stairwells are a health hazard.
