One of the best water parks I have visited, buying the tickets was very smooth and easy we didn’t wait in a queue. The park was amazing with multiple types of slides, water surf pool, children playground, waterfall and you can access all the water places with one pass which costs 225 RM. They have different type of passes you can chose the one that suits you.
Once we arrived we rented a locker to put our stuff and it is very safe and easy to use, you will be getting a barcode sticker you scan it to the machine near your locker and it will be opened directly.
No food will be allowed to bring from outside, but restaurants, stores and ice cream shops are available in the park.
We specifically visited the water Park but they also have Amusement Park, Wildlife Park, XPark, Sunway Lost Lagoon & Scream Park.
I advise to take a hair dryer with you and waterproof slippers.

With various zones that have so much to offer,one day is not enough to cover them all. Managed to enjoy the water park, wildlife park and some amusement rides during my time there. The water slides were thrilling and animal feeding can be enjoyed by the whole family.Strict bag checks are conducted prior to entering the attraction,FYI. There is simply so much to do here so plan ahead. Endless fun awaits at Sunway Lagoon! If conditions permit,I would definitely want to return again in the future.
Try their camp out which is quite an experience...love the fact that we have our own private mini waterfall pool thingy... Foods not bad if not enough can top up... Theme parks is awesome as always. Real highlights is their fire show,100% amazing!!! Best day ever indeed... Tq Sunway...
Loved the theme park, having multiple activities, even only 6 to 10 rides, but all are worth. Beautiful birds and animals, water park and rides are all worth, lots of food options, even fir pure vegetarians too.
Came on public holiday. Only have time for the wet park. The shower and changing room only have 1 area. Please extend more! Variety choice of food to choose for. They accept card and qr code. Easily can spend 5-8 hours here. Locker is charge rm30 for small, rm80 for big. Small is good for a family of 4-5 baggage. When it rain there is no covered passage or don't provide free umbrella service. You can only hide yourself under the roof somewhere. Wet Park easily wait 20-30 minutes per attraction.
Excellent place for families!!! Have enjoyed every single minute at Sunway Lagoon!! On week days there are not that much waiting time on rides. The vuvuzela is one of the best water ride I've been. Food is affordable and most of the fast food are there.
Vous devriez virer le personnel de hot meal lagoon a l’entrée du Parc, ils sont méprisant envers les étrangers, ça ne ressemble pas au reste du parc.

This place is Good, but the problem is most if the rides are not working.
If you are travelling abroad for Theme parks you can find multiple better options.
Most of the rides are not working and Malaysian people generally are non Courteous.
Animal park was also average, the good part was multiple food option in the park including Indian food

This is one of the best theme parks I have seen. It has different themes and activities in one place. You can enjoy the water parks and the water activities they have there. Also you can enjoy your time walking in the zoo and have fun with your kids feeding the animals and taking photos there. Also if you like adventures and actions there are many activities like Carting and Riding motor bikes inside the Jungle over there. Also there many amazing rides for adults and also the little ones there alot of activities.
Also there is a night park that suits the whole family.
You can stay at one of the hotels that has a special access and enjoy multiple entries to the park in the same day.

Très mauvaise expérience pour la 3ème visites. Tout d'abord l'entrée que je trouve pour ma part cher. Ensuite ne prenez surtout pas la réservation d'un cabana à l'entrée car ils priorisent les demandes par internet. Nous avons fait la malheureuse expérience d'en prendre 2 et arrivée au comptoir on nous informe que des commandes internet ont supprimé notre réservation!!! Nous avons ensuite demandé à parler au manager, mais sans suite... pour compenser on nous a proposé un cabana devant la grande piscine mais problème elle était fermée comme les 2 fois où nous sommes venus précédemment...la blague...Ensuite on nous a proposé une cabana plus de 2 fois plus cher que le cabana initial qui était de 200 myr la elle était à 450 myr et sans geste commercial, ah si...2 pop corn que j'ai gentillement refusé.
Attention à bien vérifier si les piscines sont ouvertes avant d'acheter vos billets pour éviter les déceptions sachant que le prix lui reste le même...
Cette expérience sera la dernière chez sunway lagoon mais bon il se fiche complètement de l'expérience client...on tentera donc ailleurs la prochaine fois.

On a payé le tarif plein pot pour un parc aquatique à moitié fermé du moins la plus grosse piscine sans être averti nous avons réservé 2 bungalows qui ont été donné à d'autres personnes du coup on se retrouve dans un endroit isolé sans rien autour même pas de geste commercial vraiment très mauvaise expérience je recommande absolument pas
Super parc aquatique. Peu de monde en semaine le matin. La Vuvuzela est vraiment une dinguerie !

یکی از بهترین مکانهای افریحی در مالزی. این مکان از ۶ بهش تشکیل شده که حداقل دو روز باید براش وقت گذاشت. ما در یک روز بیش از ۱۵۰۰۰ قدم برداشتم و تنها پارک آبی و چند تا از بازی های هیجان انگیز شهربازی و چند تا قفس از پاغ پرندگان و باغ وحش رو تونستیم بریم . حتما دمپایی با خودتون ببرین، هر چی وسایلتون کمتر باشه بهتره. بلیط برای هر نفر ۱۸۰ رینگته. بهترین راه برای برای رسیدن به سان وی استفاده از گرب هستش. اونجا یک پاساژ بزرگ هم خست که اکثر برندها هستن من یک کتانی نایک خریدم ۱۹۰ رینگت. صرافی هم داره.

J'ai adoré d'autant plus que la jungle urbaine de KL m'oppresse ! Pour moi plus un parc aquatique où l'on vient se rafraîchir qu'un véritable parc d'attraction. Piscine géante à vague, simulateur de vague aussi mais pour surfer, toboggans de toutes sortes. Il y a de quoi faire. Et pour se restaurer, il y a surenchère d'enseigne.
Mon préféré qui est celui qui donne le plus de sensation est l'espèce de rafting dans l'entonnoir rouge et jaune. Entre amis fous rires garantis 🤣
Seul hic est qu'il n'y a pas de code vestimentaire pour se baigner. T-shirt, short tout y passe, côté hygiène je suis sceptique mais c'est sûrement mes vieux réflexes d'occidentaux 😌.
D'ailleurs ça n'a gâché en rien ma joie de faire trempette, j'évitai de boire la tasse ! 😉
