1 yıldızı bile hak etmiyor. Burger King bu şekilde bu şubenin açılmasına nasıl müsade vermiş, bence kandırılmışlar haberleri yok. Gastronomie sektöründe böyle bir sistem yok, Yani yemek sektörü ile asla uzaktan yakından alakası yok bu şubenin kesinlikle ve kesinlikle acilen kapatılması gerekiyor. Gelin görün böyle bir hizmet sistemi yok,
Öncelikle siparişi verdiğim kasiyerin aklı bir karış havadaydı, sorduğum sorulara düzgün bir cevap alamadım, mega patatesin boyutunu sorduğumda ise işte şu kadar diyip eliyle gösterdi ki daha profesyonel birisi “elimde örnek verebileceğim kutu yok, üst kata sorabilirsiniz” derdi. Siparişimi almaya gittiğim zaman ise üniforma giymeyen bir amca ve müdür olduğunu tahmin ettiğim başka bir çalışan vardı. Siparişimi paket istememe rağmen tepsiye koymuşlardı, bunu söylediğimde müdür fırlatırcasına siparişimi bir poşete doldurmaya başladı, içeceğimi koymayı unuttuklarını fark edip dile getirdiğimde yanlış içeceği verdi. Daha sonra hamburgerime eklediğim acı sos ve hardalında olmadığını da fark ettim. Bütün bunlar olurken müdür/menajer olduğunu tahmin ettiğim kişinin yüzü çok asık ve resmen azarlarcasınaydı. Bir müşteri olarak böyle bir tavrı görmek hoşuma gitmedi orada yapılan hata benim sorumluluğumda değildi. Siparişi düzgünce okuyup düzgünce hazırlamalıydılar.
Paket siparişimi önce tepside verdiler. Bunu söyleyince hemen paket yapıldı gitmeden paketi kontrol ettim soslarım ve bir içeceğim eksikti. Eksik içeceğimi verdiler ama yanlış verilmiş onu da içip kontrol etmem mi gerekiyordu. Siparişimi teslim eden çalışan asla benimle ilgilenmedi ve düzgün dinlemedi.
The worst food experience I have ever had. I waited half an hour to receive the order and the staff was seated. When I received the food it was already cold. Half the items were missing from the order I received. The place was dirty and marginally dingy. I really do not recommend anyone to visit this store.
Berbat bir yer, hijyen deseniz 0, personel davranışı güleryüzü imkanı yok zaten göremezsiniz tamam fast food restaurantında belki beklenmez ama herkes memnuniyetsiz. Sistemleri arızalı siparişi otomattan veriyorsunuz fiş vermiyor. Fast food un amacı hızlı olmasıdır 1 saat sonra 3 hamburgeri teslim edemedi hala yiyemedim bu yorumu yazıyorum. Rezil bir yer gelmenizi önermem.
The signature steak burger melts in your mouth, the fresh bun, with smoky flavour from the meat and the sweetness from the caramelised onions makes it a perfect bite. Definitely recommend!
The worst experience with Burger King. Everybody speaks just Turkish to you and they are unpleasant when you don’t understand. Overall, the restaurant is very dirty, not very well equipped. I'm surprised that since it's a franchise, it doesn't have to meet some standards. I felt very uncomfortable here. Luckily the food was ok.
Came across this burger place during an evening walk around Istanbul. The burger and fries were very tasty, and it was really pleasant sitting outside watching the world go by. Also very reasonably priced. Would recommend.
It’s the taste beyond human comprehension. I ate chickens like i was biting into ice.

The woman at the cashier completely ignored my order and just put all the meals the same. I was ordering for my family, and I specified to her each meals dring and size as she nodded and kept tapping the screen as if she was adding the order. But then it was all the same drink and size. I also chose some sauces with the meal, and she ignored that and just put ketchup and mayo. I tried to order via the self-service screen, but when adding a chicken meal, it broke.

I am used to eating from Popeyes internationally, this location is the worst . Even the food has no taste! Cooked without passion !

Horrible place, I wish i looked up the reviews first. Starting with the staff, that is super slow, i decided to order by the self-service machine. The fries are stale, the burgers look like they are 100 years old;( lettuce probably died a week ago. The only thing that was probably fresh was tomato, that i put extra onto the burger. Really don’t waste your time and momey.

Too bad ,it has nice food bit the place was dirty do to lack of staff,the food was delayed, the place is huge but and had plenty of tables but they had lots of leftovers.
As fans of Popeyes, we were happy to discover this restaurant today during our visit to Istanbul, so we decided to place an order for takeout. Placing the order went well, the staff was friendly, but the preparation for takeout was terrible. Firstly, the screen that displays order numbers and status was not working. We waited about 15 minutes before finding out that our order hadn't been registered and wasn't even in the process of being prepared. The staff informed us that our order would be ready in 6 minutes. After about 8 minutes, we noticed that the employees were chatting instead of working. When we inquired about our order, everyone (very childish) commented and giggled, which we did not appreciate. This experience was deeply disappointing.
We tried it in turkey and Dubai they have best prices and food. In turkey there wasn’t any other option for us as an asian so we relied on burger king, they were everywhere and same prices for all.

Nice atmosphere and building but shame the food and service were beyond poor..
1st they didn't have half of the items on the menu available. Secondly, the burgers I ordered were missing lettuce and pickles..
Worst of all.. when I got the burgers the chicken in them was inedible and hard like brick.. it was extremely overcooked..

A very delicious burger restaurant with reasonable prices that only reduces the burning of the bread
The ice cream was packet together with the burgers and fries! Everything was wet damaged and disgusting to eat, fries ware cold from the ice cream nothing was good to be eaten!

My family and I very disappointing! First time seeing Burger King in a dirty situation, sticky dining table, dirty floor and smelly toilet. There is no staff to clean the toilet, wipe the table, chairs and mop the floor. As a well known and popular eatery with branches all over the world, every outlet has a SOP..
The price is too expensive while the small sized burgers and french fries are like food for children. Not worth what we paid. Hopefully the management always monitors each outlet, thanks!

Food was ok. Orders weren't exact but we couldn't be bothered arguing it.
1st floor table were all dirty, needing a wipe down and they weren't busy, with staff just standing around.
Toilets were disgusting. 3 female toilets, two were covered in poo. No lock on those two doors either. No toilet paper or soap.

Best service and fries. I loved the location. We sat outside, nice scenery and crowd. Very clean food and best service staff, fast service and attentive. Burger can be better, it’s slightly salty for me but for others maybe not and whats important how clean the meat and food is. The burger is not big but its size is good.
Every time You have to wait for a long time in line until it is your turn at the cashier to tell you that your order is not available today, in addition to the size of the meals that are not enough even for a child. Not as in the picture
بهتر است که مدیر این رستوران زنجیره ای در بعضی مواقع یه بازرس بفرستد ما ۱۸ نفر رفیتم غذا سفارش دادیم ولی برخود بد پرسنل به دلیل اینکه سرویس بهداشتی را قفل کرده و حتی اجازه دست شستن نمی دادن آخه مگه میشه برای غذا خوردن بری ولی حتی نذارن دستت را بشوری ما چون بچه کوچک هم داشتیم خیلی سخت گذشت هرچی اصرار کردیم اجازه نمی دادن در صورتی سرویس بهداشتی درست بود و میگفتن برای پرسنل هست شما باید برید بیرون روبروی مسجد اونجا بری واقعا از این موضوع خیلی ناراحت شدم و برای این مجموعه ابراز تاسف میکنم مورخ ۱۴۰۲/۰۵/۰۳ حیف که عکس از این موضوع نگرفتم ولی اگه چک کنن فیش غذای ۱۸ نفر که همه یک مدل برگر بود مشخص هست
Ich hatte auch mal Lust auf einen Burger.Aber nicht auf die bekannten Fast Food Ketten,die es natürlich auch hier gibt.

Sehr unfreundlich sehr mit dem handy beschäftigt pommes kalt man muß unten bestellen hoch gehen für das essen und für das Eis wieder runter laufen weil sie es nicht gegeben haben nach bezahlen sofort handy in die hand genommen
Das Burgerbrot war kalt, nicht erwärmt am Grill und es viel auseinander ( wahrscheinlich gekauftes Brot das ein paar Tage alt war) die Plätze hygienisch Ok. Das Beste war die gewürzten Pommes und Cola im Glas.
Ganz ok nichts besonderes aber für den Burger zu teuer

Ganz passabel, würzige Knusperpommes und Halal Burger, ich fand den Chicken Deal am leckersten und interessantesten um die Mittagszeit als kurzer Mittag im Shopping Trubel auf der Istiklal Caddesi. Auf dem Bild ist der Meat'n'Cheese, ganz gut aber am Besten sind die verschiedenen original Heinz Saucen. Service ganz nett und flott, Sitzplätze auch im 1.Stock. Sehr sauber.
Burger war lecker,pommes kam aber 10min eher als der burger,entweder du hast es eher gegessen oder kalte pommes zu dem burger gehabt. Service war extrem langsam.
Fleisch schmeckt nach nichts und Fritten triefen vor Fett. Bedienung ist auch nicht so toll. Zum ausnüchtern vielleicht ganz ok
