service is not good , we're waiting for almost an hour burger steak lang and spag order namen . kung hndi pako nag follow up walang mag aasikaso ng order ko . maiintindihan ko sana kung fullhouse pero halos wala namang tao . last time na nag take out kame ng super meal jan kulang ng rice .

Malinis ang store at pala kaibigan ang mga crew at manager

Sa sobrang tagal po ng deliver thru FOODPANDA.

Frustrating service…. Laging kulang ang mga order na dinideliver nila… ilang beses na nmin pinalagpas ang kanilang style na ganyan … sobra na nakadami na!!!!!

Poor service, napakabagal aabot ng 30mins waiting bago nakapag bayad sa counter. Hindi dahil mahaba ang pila, sadyang mabagal lang sila, classic...

Hindi na po ba magkakaroon ng improvement sa mobilization ng staff? Food is good but poor service.

May dugo ung chicken and under cook.. under cook ung pasta.. rush hour siguro kasi and mabilis nabigay sakin ung food..

First, I just want to say this branch has been flawless until our order tonight.

Let's start off with the food. The chicken tasted and felt different compared to our previous orders. Not to mention one of the chickens was raw! The flesh and meat were hard unlike previous ones.

I again emphasize how this branch WAS flawless but the lapse in service and quality tonight is something they should be ashamed of.

Second, the gravy for six chickens is only 1 cup. Before it was either 1 or 1 ½ which didn't bother me with the inconsistency. This time though we asked for an extra but was refused. We were told that extra would mean adding another few pesos to our bill. The inconsistency is a tad bit confusing so make up your mind with what "standard" you guys are following.

Third and final problem is that we were not given rice for our take-out. We trusted this branch. I admit it was also an error on our part that we did not check our order completely before leaving. As I said earlier, we had faith that this branch wouldn't make such an inconveniencing mistake. Thankfully we had rice at home.

I hope this chicken won't my upset my stomach tonight.

As a food critics i am satisfied and thankful kasi napakalinis ng store , very beautiful ng ambiance and napaka asikaso ng mga crew nila, i love the chicken hindi ininit lang bagong luto at even the cokefloat super dami .. i love this store🥰

More blessing and successful this store

Food were hastily prepared. We were served/given the wrong meal🤪. The air conditioning was poor. Am not going back to this branch.

Another banger Jollibee experience. Tried the tuna pie for the first time with slight skepticism, but it turned out to be the perfect blend of savory and fishy umami. 🎣🐡🥧

Nonsense yung Kiosk. Pipila pa din.
Pang 4th kami sa pila pero inabot kami ng 30minutes bago makuha order. One counter lang open and yung cashier din yung nagpprepare ng food after kumuha ng order kaya sobrang tagal. Been like this for years. Wala improvement.

Careful on this branch. 8pc chicken became 7pc because thats what fits the bucket.

I've been trying to reach the store and the phone provided in site. IT'S RINGING BUT NO ONE IS ANSWERING. I WANT TO TALK TO THE MANAGER DIRECTLY

Kulang order ko, hindi ko na chineck yung paper bag kasi sabi order’s complete eh dalawa lang naman yun and tinignan pa ng server yung receipt ko bago ilagay sa paper bag so akala ko naman nadouble check na rin niya. Pag uwi ko, kulang pala. Hassle na bumalik at nakauwi na.

Fast food branch pa ba to? SOBRANG BAGAL NG COUNTER. umalis nako ng Gutom nlng ok na yon kesa makita dami dami nyo wala nag aassist dun sa nag iisang counter/cashier na inaabot ng 10mins bago makuha ung order ng customer nya.

First of all di sulit bumili dito super liit ng chicken hindi worth it , puro buto saka harina mga dalawang subo lang makakain mo na laman.

Isa pa yung baso, ang lansa damang dama yung mantika, yung tray ang dumi. Ewan ko bakit operational padin to dapat i assess yung branch nato from the quality ng sineserve at sanitation.

Mag surprise visit and pretend as regular customer, then you will know.

Make sure to bring your own water if you will not buy any of their drinks. Parang napilitan lang yata na magbigay ng water. So sad.

Had our food delivered. Chickenjoy taste like the usual chickenjoy na juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. However, they gave us mostly legs on our bucket parang isang chicken lang different wings pa. We also ordered peach mango pie, pero halos walang laman. Pero superb naman yung aloha champ.

Sobrang bulok ng service dito , sobrang haba na ng pila wala man lang mag assist, bago ka maka order pipila ka ng pagkatagal tagal.. BULOK

Super spacious and so far my first time here. The service is good and everyone is accommodating.

ang bagal ng service, imagine fastfood na nga pero inabot padin order namin ng 1hour mahigit! 11:12am palang ng order na kami sabi sa app ne foodpanda 50-60min, pero dyosko sobrang lumagpas sa binigay na oras yung order namin, pati yung rider ng rereklamo nadin, ayaw pa makiusap ng manager nila!
