The food was ok, but the staff was awful and rude, not helpful at all, and not happy to accept the cash payment as they didn't have the change. Tables and floor dirty. I do not recommend this place. 😐

it was mediocre, i like that they have big portion sizes for drinks.
but everytime i go here its filthy, like i’m talking the bins are literally always overflowing onto the floor.
food is not of that good quality either.
girl on drive thru speaker is always rude and talks over you, and could genuinely care less about working there. which is alright, but maybe drive thru is not the job for her.

I just ordered Drive-thru. Personel was not to helpful with our questions, after all we ordered one meal. We get to the window to pay and collect the order, We saw at least 2 workes both of them saw us. No one respond, they didn't even come to the window. We didn't see any other customers inside so they weren't busy. We left after about 10 min of waiting with nothing.
I will never come there again 😒

A Gang of O Block Affiliated Specimans robbed me while i was ordering a Burger Meal.

Absolutely disgusting place with rude staff. Wrong order, filthy tables, over flowing bins, rude staff... The list goes on.
I asked for a table to be wiped down as all tables had ketchup or other stains and I was handed a piece of blue roll with literally 1 squirt of a spray on it to clean the table.

I don't go here as often as last year but when I do, it's the same as always.

Cleanliness of the place is well shown off, staff are kind and considerate and the food is served right. 👌

Yesterday I came here to use a voucher in the Burger King app to get 2× Fries for €3 only, I showed the code for it on my phone to a staff member and they got cracking. She said it would only be two minutes and it was ready just like that.

Temperature of the Fries too was well done, nice and warm. 👌

If you're ever starved in the WhiteWater Shopping Centre and want to eat, I would recommend here as the only time that I recall them getting an order wrong was when they mistaken my Hamburger for Nuggets, I think that was a trainee though and it happened so long ago, I did point that out to them that time and they politely switched them out for my Hamburger.
10/10 Service as of recently. 👌

Don't bother ordering from here, they'll deliver your food to some random address(why do we even have eircodes if you're not going to use them), I'd tell you all what the food was like but it never arrived, you want a recommendation? Run away
