Cheat staff who misguided passengers at time of boarding .PNR AU71PZ
The boarding staff in the airport changed my seat by misguiding me. Thugs are appointed by this airlines. All passengers to be aware of this thugs. Staff of Indigo.
The person who did this should be terminated by airlines and confirm to me . Advised never to book with Indigo airlines

Even after booking the wheel chair prior. They made a patient wait for more than 30min. And after that asked him to walk all by himself to the counter. What nonsense is this. Pathetic service. Bloody losers

As a customer on the IndiGo flight from Colombo to Hyderabad on Saturday 02 March 2024, I would like to tell you about the exceptional work done by your employee in charge of customer service at Hyderabad airport.
On entering the airport at around 2pm, my rucksack was checked by immigration security for a 6-hour stopover. I had left my work computer, containing precious data, in a plastic bin for several hours before noticing.
The immigration services then applied the usual protocol of handing these items over to the lost and found department on the other side of the transit zone.
When I realised I'd forgotten, I called Mr Rehan Shaikh, head of customer services, who looked after me for over two hours. He had to make several phone calls and speak to the immigration department and his team in order to get us a special authorisation, with a photo of my passport and a letter of honour to get my property back. I am immensely grateful for his service and professionalism.
I hope that his work can be given greater visibility with his hierarchy and the airport's immigration services.
