Kaci NYC met or exceeded our expectations in nearly all categories. Kaci and his team were exceptional. We did a complete remodel of our apartment in east side. Professional and fair proposal with appropriate detail, followed by predictable and high-quality results. When issues arose, they were quickly addressed, and the final project results are gorgeous. There were several instances where they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We're happy, and friends and family that visit are wow'd by our new space.
