Excellent evening at the savoy grill chefs table experience. We had a private room overlooking the kitchen. Every course was delicious, the staff went above and beyond, and the sommeliers were great. Would highly recommend getting a group of 6 and booking this for a special occasion it was incredible!

The chicken is not cooked inside it has been over grilled from outside. The quality of the chicken is poor even the wings are tiny with blood inside. Overpriced cheap quality wholesale meat and chicken used at these establishments. Appalling for a place of that should be of this standard.

This place used to be the pride of Kensal Rise, Now unfortunately, the management has started employing Unexperienced careless unconcerned Staff. I had a takeaway delivered today by Uber The photograph of The platter had not resembled the delivery when I taken it back to the shop. The only thing that concerned the Asian member of staff was that I had perhaps came for a discount.. No matter what I said this gentleman was self assured he knows everything. The management (owner) needs to get professional customer caring concerning staff otherwise unfortunately this place will get zero rating.

been here a few times now and can’t fault anything! attentive and polite staff. good service, great tasting food. a little on the pricey side but I guess that’s standard nowadays, total for 6 people came up to £145. decent portion size and love the complimentary bread/dips/tea

I visit at least once a year. This time, I decided to branch out from my usual (but a bit pricey) steak option and try the Sahara Chicken Steak with extra peppercorn sauce.

Wow! Absolutely delicious - it's the best chicken steak I've ever had. The peppercorn sauce added a fantastic kick, and I'll definitely be ordering this again next time. Highly recommend!

This restaurant offers a distinctive blend of Indian/Pakistani cuisine that I absolutely adore. I have fond memories of ordering their chicken wings with rice; the flavors were smooth and succulent, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. So impressed with everything. Wings sauce was so unique and delicious, perfect spice. 🤤 The lamb tikka was so flavorful and tender, didn't need to use any sauce at all!
They gave me extra salad for free when I asked. Tap water also.
The biryani was beautiful and gave free daal which was so thick and lovely.
Wide variety of drinks.
They gave lots of sauces on the table which I had to try and was really yummy.
Will definitely bring the whole family and friends next time!

An incredible dining experience awaits you at the Savoy Grill. The five star food and perfect attention to service takes this restaurant to another level. The Beef Wellington was cooked to perfection. The pastry was crisp and the meat was oh so tender. The jus complimented it perfectly. The chicken was moist and had a beautiful season on its crust. The baby vegetable consume and rice pilaf paired well with it. Dare I say my favorite was the BBQ cabbage. It was charred expertly and the preserved lemon took it up a notch. The sticky toffee pudding and ice cream was a nice way to end the meal. It was warm and delectable perfect for the cold night. The wine selection is huge just about a wine from every country can be found. Savoy Grill made our special night that much more special, the perfect place for a special occasion. I definite destination for any foodie. Dos wine glasses up 🍷🍷

My sister and I decided to try out Sahara Grill randomly as we were told good things about it; we had no booking however the staff, especially the doorman were very welcoming, finding us a table as soon as. One of the waiters, Suleman, took care of us throughout the evening, providing impeccable service and making our dining experience enjoyable. We were so impressed were already planning our next visit😊

I went to Sahara grill whitechapel We went to sahara grill with no booking at 9pm and we was greeted by the doorman and he gave us a table without a second thought, SULEMAAN then took our order he was a well mannered young man with a very welcoming attitude and gave us a great service throughout the day 10/10 will defo be coming back soon.

Really disappointed with my recent visit. The quality of food has gone down unfortunately compared to the last time I visited. The burgers were awful, with a basic sesame seed bun, one piece of old lettuce and no sauce. For the price they charge, it doesn't even come with chips or salad. I decided to try their new loaded chips which I regret. It was dry (despite there being a choice for sauce), the cheese tasted like plastic and the chicken mince that was used tasted old.
We also ordered beef saute and chicken fajita which tasted the best out of everything but still nothing special. For these prices, you can definitely go somewhere better, where they actually care about providing good food. Ambience was dead. Never coming back here again!

We had a private dinner downstairs last night and the service was fabulous. Thank you to the staff for being so accommodating with our seating arrangements. Toni was our server and she was fantastic. Lovely personality and so helpful. She made our dinner very fun! The steak was fantastic and the waygu dumpling and duck salad were amazing. Highly recommend.

Came here with some work friends, and I must say as a Lebanese who grew up in Beirut, this place was authentic in every way!! From the warm greeting to the friendly waiters, and most notably the incredible food. Everything we had tasted perfect, including the rahib, kilaj, fattoush, kibbeh, hommos, kafta, roast chicken. Was a perfect meal in cozy digs. HIGHLY recommend

I was just visiting a flat in Kensal Rise, at lunch time, and decided to stop to eat. Stumbled at this lovely little turkish restaurant and omg, the best mix kebab I've eaten recently (and I am a kebab addict). Absolutely delicious, perfect flavours, spices and the staff is simply the kindest. I have food allergies and they made sure to assure me I was getting my dish 100% safely. I hope the house deal goes ahead, since I will become a regular. PERFECT! I wish I could give 10 stars!

Food was excellent, no complains, the steak we both ordered were perfectly grilled and everything was on point. Maybe it is the fine dining concept, but I feel the atmosphere is a bit subdue and the staff didn't give me an overall "friendly" vibe. That could be just me. Despite so, I must say I am pleasantly surprised when asked for a cup of warm water, they freshly boiled a pot of it and had it served to our table. It is a nice gesture.

Me and my friend came in, we were fasting and they took so long to serve us and the place only had one more family, so it wasn’t even busy. We called so many times telling them we’re ready to order but they took forever to come so we broke our fast late. Also I found hair on my food, which made it worse however they did give a replacement. The food was average and also we asked for a takeaway box and the waiter didn’t understand so someone else had to give us a takeaway box. Overall not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I went to Chamisse for my boyfriend’s birthday and I have to say that we had one of the best dinners in London. The food was simply delicious 🤤 💯 and the service was excellent, beyond expectations 🤩. They were also very accommodating to our requests and offered a baklava with a candle 🎂 those little details make the different. We will be definitely back!

The establishment has consistently provided exceptional pizza delivery service for many years, despite our considerable distance from their location. Their prompt deliveries and unwavering commitment to maintaining the original, delectable flavour of their pizzas have earned our unwavering loyalty.

Mixed review which was rescued by Elizabeth, waitress and the Operations manager, Matt.

Service started off quite poorly when we met the front of house reception team, whom were disgruntled in particular the young woman with black hair, receptionist 1 whom was not happy carrying the bags back to the cloakroom.

When Sat at the round table - it was very rocky and unstable, any pressure on the side of the table had a risk of causing damage and unsettling comfort for others eating food. We raised that to the other receptionist whom seated us whom she mentioned she will get it addressed and she did not return to support.

We escalated this again with another lead whom was wearing a blue suit and he just said “we can’t do anything” and was quite rude, therefore us to deal with it as he didn’t care, was quite surprised on such service.

As he walked off and didn’t address the corners, the other guests were getting quite unhappy about lack of attention on the table, whereby we raised escalation again and fortunately operations manager, Matt intervened professionally and offered a few options, eventually offering a suitable table allocated for us.

Service continued whereby we met an exceptional world class service by Elizabeth, whom was articulate, passionate and knowledgeable of the steak. Her excellent customer service reminded me of the world class experience I would receive in top restaurants in Dubai and Los Angeles.

The starters and steak were superb, however the dessert was underwhelming. Nevertheless we admired the effort by Elizabeth to maintain a top quality service.

Unfortunately the night ended poorly when a few guests raised questions on a few ingredients out of interest on the dessert, whereby the original receptionist 1 rolled her eyes and raised an eyebrow when overhearing.

The team felt a bit intimidated by some of the staff such as the receptionists, for example one guest went to the male bathroom but was asked to leave by a blonde pregnant receptionist because she had to clean the sink. Many of our guests didn’t feel comfortable by a lot of the staff members excluding Matt and Elizabeth.

This was personified at the end when the receptionists were reluctant to bring our bags in particularly waiting to leave at the lobby, with a sarcastic grin. I am shocked and disappointed by the customer service, some guests felt disgusted as one had a previous incident of a receptionist called Elina telling to call the restaurant after lunch service because she’s busy.

Despite the food best mostly great and supported by the likes of Matt, Elizabeth and Daniel (reception manager), the front office staff were very unprofessional and didn’t care about customer service, therefore I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

It’s my first time and Definitely my last, I ordered one plate to share for two and one mix grill.
The food was very very very BAD the meat was old and cooked from before and they just reheated it.

The salad was off, am very very disappointed and I definitely not recommend it to anyone to eat from this place

This is my favourite place to eat! Took my partner for her birthday.. staff were great food was amazing the whole night was perfect! Low set lights and calming music.. great wine and champagne! We will be back again soon enough.. steak is really good lobster also! Get down here and try it! You will not be disappointed !!

was too busy at a Saturday night so felt very packed and loud.
Even though it was busy, the service was still good and quick. We did not wait long.

Came here again few days ago. Got a mixed grill platter, was delicious! Shared with a friend a much needed feast after a good cycling session. Full of flavour, enjoyed the meal masha’Allah. Thank you. 🙏🏽

Came here with a few friends, we got a variety of different things. I got the doner - was ok. The special wings was really nice, the sauce it was coated with was packed with flavour. We got a few to share amongst us.

Service was great and food came out fairly quick. Good seating available downstairs.

Stumbled upon this place after getting on the wrong bus during a recent trip to London. So get we did. Visted a lunchtime, had the most delicious lamb kebab on the spit I've ever had. Rice was fluffy and tasted lovely. Great size portions too. Staff were lovely. Wish we lived closer as this would definitely be a regular.

Big portions of delicious healthy food - salad is fresh and hummus amazing - enough for lunch the next day.
Service is helpful and friendly.

Amazing service, food was great. The music was a bit too loud for my personal preference but otherwise the atmosphere was very nice. I ordered the shio koji-marinated chicken, Hispi cabbage and the miso mushrooms and they were all delicious.

Truly amazing. We had the pleasure to celebrate my birthday at the Savoy Grill. Beautifully nested in the Savoy. Very nice atmosphere and attentive professional service. We choose the Taste of Savoy menu which I believe is a fantastic value.

It is an exceptionally good place. Location isn't fancy. If you order through delivery service, you shouldn't be worried. Food prepared in a clean environment by people who care about their customers . It is hard to find another takeaway with similar quality and taste

Great atmosphere, fantastic staff, we went with our 2 month old in a pram and they were very accommodating. Definitely arrive early (before 6pm) if you haven't booked as there were people queueing as we left. Very popular place with good reason! Especially impressed with the calamari.

I've had to log on to my second Google account just so I can leave this review. Jake Humphrey runs a podcast called high performance, and to be honest if he doesn't get Mr Madina on the show, it's a complete waste of time.

I've been to this gaffe more times than I can count now, and it just never fails to amaze. I won't lie, I had to enter negotiations to get a mixed lamb and chicken wrap, and as I have previously reviewed under different guises, any uncertainty that one encounters in order to get this delectable mix is worth it. I wouldn't call myself a kebab oracle by any stretch of the imagination, but I would be willing to bet that you could sample kebabs over the majority of the United Kingdom and you would be hard pressed to find one that gives you quite as much satisfaction as this.

I didn't even mention the steak chips. Just try them....

This was good! I bought the chicken expecting something a little above average based on the reviews here, but the chicken was grilled to perfection and tasted so nice. The wings were absolutely delicious and I prefer the thick cut chips.

Will definitely be buying more from them!

As a regular at Lezziz Turkish Restaurant in Willesden Green, I can confidently say that the food here is outstanding. The venue itself is pleasant, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable. The staff deserves a special mention for their attentive and friendly service, always making sure guests feel valued. However, there's one aspect that needs attention - the cleanliness of the restrooms. It's a bit disappointing compared to the high standards of the rest of the restaurant. Once this is addressed, I'll be more than happy to give Lezziz a well-deserved 5-star review!

Nice guys work there. The service was OK ish. Their food was average compared to what I tasted before. The grill was not as tasty as we thought it would be. I ordered 1 and Half grill Chicken, and apparently, they do not come with salad. You have to pay extra for salad. The price is good but quality is average.

This is my favourite pizza place ever. I prefer to get take away rather than eat in cause there is not a suitable eating area but the pizza is super good also they charge way too much for delivery but a must have!!

The best kebab I've ever had and I've had thousands. The spice level is absolutely spot on and the tender lamb meat has been cooked to perfection on the charcoal grills.

I would suggest getting the doner kebab with chips for dinner. Ask for the spicy variety as this is better than the standard.

Really traditional london food fused with Asian cooking styles.

Is really close to the Mile End station so you can get there really easily from anywhere in London. Plus it's open on Sundays which is a bonus.

Food was 10/10, had a waygu burger and the sauce and presentation was outstanding, would definitely suggest that!
