They had been digging up the road something fierce so walking on the paths was treacherous. I fell in the mud.
I have been coming up to leigh woods since i was a young man... we used to come up on our bikes and fly down the tracks... fall off and have a right laugh....
Growing up and having a family.... For years now, I have bought the girls up here, and we have always found something fun to do. Weather we are climbing trees... building dens... playing hide and seek.... having a picnic or just going for a walk and getting some much need fresh air.... it is always a blessing to get out of the city and lose yourself in nature. I can 100% recommend
Ps. We do miss the swing though... please bring it back 😎

Beautiful green area in central part of the city, not far from everything else, still unexplored by me and will come here more. Perfect for walk, hike, run, very pretty to see this peace of nature around concrete city. Parking, cafe, facilities around
Decent place to walk. No charge but need to pay for parking. Large woodland with views to Clifton suspension bridge.
Leigh Woods is okay, gets 3 stars from me. 🌳 It's a nice place for a walk in nature, and the trees are pretty. Some paths are a bit tricky, though. Not many benches to rest on. Good for a quick nature fix, but not super exciting. 🚶♂️🌿

Un lloc bonic per fer una passejada. Bosc frondós amb un arbre enorme i un mirador ideal per parar a menjar. Bon lloc per anar amb família.
