I can honestly say I have never been to a better yoga studio! As an Indian woman, it can be a little uncomfortable going into a yoga class feeling like you are appropriating your own culture, but Modo has created such a neutral and open space and it has made me feel so welcome. Their modo and yin classes are my favourite and the teachers have a genuine relationship with the practice without over accentuating South Asian aesthetic. It’s a warm (literally 😉), welcoming and beautiful space. I cannot recommend enough. Also, their class packages have amazing benefits. Worth every penny.
