Came for a birthday celebration, the food is unreal, so tasty.
Staff were fantastic, helpful and really accommodating.
Nothing was too much trouble, big thank you to Estera who was so lovely.
We will definitely be coming back.

The foods were good. Tasty and yummy. I think it is better than I tried in Turkey 🤭. We will come again.

Starter of prawns sensational. Chateaubriand sharing fillet steak cooked to perfection. Service fab, staff very attentive and professional.

I didn’t regret going to Elif restaurant. It is good to take your family and eat Halal food there. Anyone wants to enjoy a tasty, soft and delicious grill, just eat there. It is little bit more expensive than the other Halal food in Liverpool I know but it is really worth it because they add extra grill meat and chicken on the dish.

I highly recommend this restaurant. Murat, who served me, was very friendly and welcoming. I was also very happy to have the gluten-free bread option alongside the sucuk. The food was very tasty and affordable. Teşekkür ederim!

Staff are amazing. Lee the blonde women on front of house always try’s her best to get me a table even when I never booked she is so welcoming and friendly and has good humour with good banter just makes you feel welcomed. Even though she thought my brother was my dad. Tony and all the staff including the chefs are all so friendly. Food is amazing and I would recommend Elif for 5 star service and 5 star food

I visited Elif today for an early meal. I was astounded by the level of customer service from the Blonde lady who welcomed us and sat us down. The food was amazing and the team working here were second to none. I would highly recommend anyone to visit here for a lovely meal.

One of the best med restaurants we've been to. Had the mixed grill all good really well. The liver was good to start as well. Efes on tap which is a bonus

We came with high expectations (it was recommended by a local) but left disappointed. There were five of us. All the steaks were dry and fibrous (just lacking that silky mouth feel of a good steak). The steaks were over done with requested medium-rare being delivered medium or worse (sent one back and the replacement was slightly better). The side of potatoes was drenched in an undescribable yellow sauce that was tasteless. And apparently two people cannot share a steak - you have to order your own portion (so we ended up with an expensive 800g steak of which we took home half and it ended up in eggs for breakfast the next day). The wines available by the glass were passable.

This was a spot on!! Brilliant service, delicious food and warm atmosphere.. And the price of the food compare to portions was amazing.. I've enjoyed it and definitely will come again.

The food was exceptional, easily the tastiest Turkish BBQ food I have ever eaten, served with rice, salad and home made breads.

Tried Elif after hearing about how it was tastes amazing and I have to thoroughly agree

The flavours and seasoning were on point.

Tried the salmon casserole and it was full of chunky salmon and lovely sauce and vegtables .

The double mixed grill kebab was full of the finest meats that was cooked perfectly. The rice fluffy.

The only downside is the issue flat breads were just simple tortillas. The actually proper baked bread that came with the abounshine and garlic dip was fluffy and light and crispy on the out side mmm

Was expensive but isn't everything this day and age and it was well worth it.

Will be back definitely.

2명이서 Karisik (2인) 시켰습니다. 양이 진짜 엄청 많아요. 고기 밑에 밥이 한가득 깔려 있습니다. 고기는 뭐 당연히 맛있고, 밥도 약간 버터 느낌이라 부드럽고 고기랑 잘 어울려요.

사장님이 입구에서 계속 사람들 안내하시는데 조큼 무서웠어요. 그래도 직원 분들 다 친절하십니다.

We had the early bird menu, starter and main £14.95. The food was simple but executed perfectly. The portions are generous; I have a healthy appetite and could not quite finish. The place was packed by 6pm which is an indication of it's popularity. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Staff were really friendly and found us a table without a booking. We had a lovely waitress named Venus who was very welcoming, polite and fun! She really made our night and we can’t wait to visit again. Food was delicious. Thank you

Booked this restaurant for Mother's Day and I'm so glad I did. The whole family really enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and the authenticity of the venue.

Located towards the to of Bold Street, near the church, the venue is in an excellent location and is competing with several other excellent restaurants that make Bold Street a real treat for foodies. There really is something for everyone and in my opinion it's one of the best streets in Liverpool.

On entering the restaurant we were greeted and seated and I immediately got the impression that the staff are professional restauranteurs with a passion for good hospitality.

The menu is vast but nothing complicated and the staff seemed very knowledgeable about the dishes and the cooking methods. Bring a meat house, steak is of course a big feature of the menu, however, there were plenty of alternatives to choose from too.

The beer on tap was great and the wine list catered for all tastes and budgets.

My youngest dined from the kids menu which was exceptionally reasonable and almost as large as an adult portion. Totally suited to older children as well as little ones. My meal was super and I really enjoyed the chicken and lamb kebab. It was perfectly cooked and really tasty. My wife and son both had steaks and loved them - had my kebab not been so tasty I would have been pretty envious.

In summary, I will definitely return and hope this is not in the distant future. One tip - we booked and I think this is essential. The restaurant was very quickly at full capacity and I can understand why.

Omg, best mixed kebab ever had in this country. Warm welcoming and cosy place. The size of the portions are really good. Everything tasted perfect. Tried to finish our sharing platter but it was too much. Helpful and friendly staff. Thank you for an amazing lunch. We'll visit u again when I'm in Liverpool

This was a random stop for lunch whilst we were on a trip to Liverpool. The service was excellent from walking in the door to leaving. Absolutely loved the food. The beef rib tacos were some of the best tacos I've ever had. My partner loved her dish as well which was a creamy chicken breast. I would 100% go back and recommend this place.

We were enticed by the lunchtime offer so went in and tried the soup and Adana and my friend had the white bait and barbequed boneless chicken. Both very nice meals.

Best Turkish meal ever in Liverpool, meat grilled so well and piping hot, most meal comes with a side rice and grilled vegies. The bar staff are also so good different varieties of drinks, cocktails, and cocktails.

Be ready to wait up to half outside on the queue, it's like a hunt games to get in there.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cosy however the chairs were a little dirty. The prices were pretty good however a certain waiter was a little snarky but otherwise everything was great.

Great authentic Turkish food. Really good. Portion might be a little bit too big. If they reduced them a bit, you could enjoy more of a variety.

Went for dinner and it was kinda positive. I’m the food took kinda long as we were in the restaurant for 3 hours for some kids meal and the big platter. But they compensated for the wait with their EXTRA SPECIAL bread and I do not like bread but if it’s garlic or like this or it’s a sandwich with fillings then I’m down. I can say it was great. The meat was not as rough and hard as some bad steakhouses and the meats were mostly lamb so take caution. The atmosphere was so loud even at nighttime as they randomly jumpscare with the birthday song. They should reduce the volume by 20% as I have a slight headache. Overall, I probably would visit again as it is a great restaurant with great food and service IF there wasn’t the extra loud birthday music.

I had soup of the day (lentil soup), falafel that came with a bit of hummus and baclava with ice cream as dessert. I am not a vegetarian, but I enjoyed the dishes apart from the ice cream.I got so bloated 😩 that I thought I will explode. But the rest of the dishes were great. The baclava was nutty and sweet, very nice.

Booked on the day walking past on Saturday 27th January. Lovely attentive staff. Food amazing. Packed restaurant full of happy people. I had Kilis Tava for starter. mains were Beyti and Akasya special for the vegetarian.

The best restaurant I've experienced for a long time. Food was absolutely brilliant. Staff are very attentive and friendly. They are very organised and checking you are ok. And the place is just a really pleasant place to spend time with comfortable seating and great music. If you go you will not regret it.

the most gorgeous steak , me and my boyfriend came here for his birthday and we had a wonderful time. Lovely staff and relaxing atmosphere. Amazing service too! We ordered and our meals came in about 10 minutes ! Class service :)

It was our 5th wedding anniversary and we were excited to find a place without the reservations hazard and a place serving halal food. The food, staff and everything was on point. We ordered king platter and it was amazing, so tender and juicy. They treated us cake with candles to make it more memorable on the house. Wll defo. Visit again.

We came here between Christmas and New Year and really enjoyed the food we had.
We didn't have a booking and they were busy but luckily they managed to find us a table. Service was a little slow, but given we were walk-ins and how busy they were, it was understandable. The staff were extremely friendly when they were dealing with us.
We both went for the chicken shish, and both really enjoyed it. The chicken was well cooked, with great flavour, and still moist. The rice was so moreish. It did feel a little on the small size. It would have been nice if it had come with some pitta on the side. The tzatziki was also delicious and a very generous portion.
It's a nice restaurant with friendly staff and great food, so recommend coming here.

Nice Turkish grill restaurant. Prices and variety of options on menu was good. Popped in and no booking needed, restaurant was really busy, clearly a very popular place.
The Service is fast, customer service was so-so. But overall the food was good and portion sizes was generous. Would recommend and would come back again.

Wonderful staff, good food, and a nice warm place even during the colder months! Pricing is pretty reasonable and toilets were clean. I got the chicken wings and rice and missus got the Sarma which is ideal if you like cheese.

Best of all, they have their own parking right outside the restaurant and there were still spaces left when it was really busy inside. Would really recommend and would visit again.

First experience at a true Turkish restaurant and was absolutely blown away!!! Server was fun, inquisitive, and insightful as well as the gentleman running the floor. I wasn’t able to get a booking in the Bond Street branch but thought we would give this a try. It was nowhere near as crammed or busy as Bond Street and was more brightly lit, I appreciated this. I also noticed the menu prices were cheaper than Bond Street and there’s no mandatory service charge. Service was fine also.

Unfortunately the food didn’t meet my expectations. The mixed grill portion here is very small. We ordered a mixed grill for 4 people and this seemed the same size as a mixed grill for even 2 people in Bond Street. It came with ONE skewer of kebab to be shared amongst 4 people, this seems excessively miserly and not okay. The taste was also a bit bland and not seasoned as much as I expected.

The food quality was fine and better than Turkish restaurants in Manchester but is not comparable to the Bond Street branch and I was still hungry after we had finished! Can’t recommend this place at all unfortunately considering what else is in Liverpool

First time trying this place, the food was ABSOLUTELY amazing, words don’t do it justice.

An other excellent dinner for me! This restaurant does have my full recommendation. I have personally visited the place several times and had anytimes an excellent kitchen and a very personal and mindful service.

I recently visited Anar for breakfast and was thrilled by the experience. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff were incredibly hospitable. My boyfriend and I came here for our tea tonight, what can I say? This place is a little gem! Michael and Georgiana were amazing, very attentive without being intrusive, the atmosphere is very relaxing, it is spotlessly clean and the food was out of this world, delicious very fresh and extremely tasty. Michael even gave us each a Turkish eye pin... we reccomend Defne 1000%. This is now going to be our Turkish place to go to in the future!!!
