Beli corn sausage 1 dengan 1 korean cheese ramen, dah dapat korean cheese ramen tunggu untuk corn sausage dekat meja. Dah 5-7 minit bangun nak check. Kata dah bagi dekat customer lain. Apa kuno sangat ke dekat pek order tu nak letak atau tulis queue no. tuu. Lepas tu nak keluar, siap kata customer tak reti baca nombor, ehh perempuan kau sebut no aku pun tidakkk.

Poor customer service. Ye tau awak penat, tapi tak perlu la jawab sinis. Saya pun pernah kerja f&b juga, tapi tak pernah la kurang ajar dengan pelanggan. Saya tanya elok2 2 kali, cashier miskin adab ni jawab “yuzu je ada” 2 kali juga. Takde minta maaf ke apa ke, pastu jawab macam bapak dia punya kedai.

beli air boba dan lain lain, bila dah bayar baru dia notice boba dah habis, without asking me, dia terus refund dengan cash without saying sorry and thanks. Also staf perempuan kulit gelap and berisi tu rude nak mampos. My sis beli aiskrim tapi the staff did not called the number properly so my sister amik jela, tetiba kitorang kena marah suruh amik order ikut nombor macam la dekat aiskrim tu ada nombor, cust amik order salah tu sebabkan staf punya salah la, if staff tu tak kedekut suara nak panggil nombor. takkan jadi la orang salah amik order. sigh

Went there a few times. Lack of staff at counter. Only oden counter open, the other 2 counter closed. 2 staffs only, one busy with taking oden orders, the other prepping orders, completely ignores customer's questions and customers waiting. When asked, cashier will reply with frustration

Food wise is great. Just their service problem. Saw they have a rating system in their ordering system, rated themselves 5 stars. I will rate 5 stars for food but definitely not their service.

Hopefully they get enough staffs soon, so that their service will improve

Saya beli satu salted egg crispy chiki saja,nak tunggu 30 minit lepastu saya cakap nak cancel kerani tak bagi saya cancel,kengapa nak letakkan dua ketuhar gelombang mikro dan ketuhar satu demi satu?tidak boleh letakkan beberapa lagi dalam satu?Cuma ada dua orang pekerja, seorang kena jaga goreng, satu lagi kena jaga oden yang nak bayar baru boleh berdiri dan tunggu saya ingat ada lebih dua orang pekerja.

Service sangat lah out!! Service lambat staff pula rude especially staff perempuan. Saya order dulu tapi orang belakang dapat dulu even menu sama. Silapnya staff tak panggil number so orang claim je dorang punya even tu orang depan punya. Staff tolonglah tukar attitude kurang ajar sangat. Customer tanya elok elok , staff kena la jawab elok elok nanti customer maki, kau marah pula. Kalau rasa taknak kerja takpayah kerja duduk je rumah!! Tolong improve dah banyak kali macam ni!!!!!

The staff are unprofessional, idk why they got job at family mart. I waited for half an hour she just wandering and doesn't told me to go to the other counter, she just ignore me completely. After i change my queue to my brother suddenly not long after my brother queuing he come back and say the order was done. I was shock cause i waited for so long and there's no staff taken care of me. I just hope they got replace or fired. I usually go to family mart kulai cause it's more friendly and never get me waited in line for so long. If i get the video of it maybe that staff would never go to work again, it's a simple thing to say to customer if they gonna be a delay for servicing. They can just say that this gonna take a while or to say go to other counter. Nope she just straight out ignore me like i never been there and guess what the line are so long. Take note of this matter, just because this location are pack doesn't mean it can't make this business go disappear

Pekerja terutamanya yang pakai cermin mata kurang mesra ,suara seperti mencari gaduh dengan customer, bila tidak banyak customer dilayan katanya busy tapi kerja pun tiada, bila sudah dilayan main hempas2 barang depan customer, sangat kurang sopan dan boleh menjejaskan reputasi family mart. Murah sgt.. beli susu kurma ni rm2.00 je dy jual.. kedai lain biasa rm3.50... paling murah pernah jumpa pun rm2.80..

Goods are super expensieve there. Plus theres not much to choose from either
