Great place to walk about. I must say The park has gone smaller from what I remember. Still a great place with different activities.

We bought our son here to ride on a beam scooter. There's lots of space for this. We also saw lots of people out with children riding bikes, scooters and playing basketball. A nice place to play and relax on the outdoor seating.

Good playground. Has swings, slides, flying fox, sandpit. a workout area. Beautiful surroundings. Good walking path around the reserve for exercise. Would highly recommend.

What a gem. So many interesting parts of the playground to “unlock” (as my 7yo would describe it). Could easily keep little ones entertained for a few hours. Probably not so much for bigger kids other than the outdoor gym set up, though. Close to Costco, bonus for mums 😅

What a lovely place! I had a great time here with animals. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. This is a one of a places you have to visit in Auckland.

Lovely park with lots for the kids to explore and enjoy. Very close to the zoo and a handkerchief sized Japanese garden. Lots of beautiful birds including black swans. There are also many eels in the lake. The playground is extensive but has limited scope for smaller children. It includes a huge Mad Max-esq slide ensconced in a metal cage. Not sure who is designing Auckland’s playgrounds these days, but many of them are huge and have a very dystopian vibe. Still, the children appear oblivious, so perhaps it doesn’t matter much. Food is also available from the back window of the Watering Hole cafe at the zoo.

Very raw authentic place for kids to be close to nature and animals. My son absolutely loved it. We went with group for birthday party celebration. Must visit place. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I’ve been here on multiple occasions and have always had such a great time! It’s easily one of, if not, the best animal park in Auckland, hands down.

There are so many different animals that you can pet and feed. It’s quite therapeutic having a rabbit, rat, or guinea pig on your lap! The farm animals are very friendly and seem well taken care of. My favourite animals were the baby goats they have by the main entrance area. They also offer a short tractor ride around the land which shows more animals that you can see.

You get one feed container per person upon entry, and can buy additional containers for $1 each.

The entry fee is very affordable for what you get and I would highly recommend checking it out. If you enjoy being around animals, you will want to visit multiple times!

Best family activity! Loads and loads of cute farm animals. They all are really well looked after. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. Overall, our family had a very fun and enjoyable time here. Highly recommended!

Bird droppings are abundant, and the constant presence of birds can be bothersome. While there are some enjoyable amenities available, there is a limited array of activities for young children. Additionally, they could benefit from additional options catering to the needs of toddlers.

Great Farm for a family day out, lots of activities and friendly animals. Shout out to Amy at the pony rides who was so kind and lovely with my kids.

Great little pace

With 55NZD family entrance fee, you get to feed farm animals, ride horses, and enjoy the park. It was a rainy day but my children enjoyed it. There is a cafe for drinks and snack. I love the that the volunteers are young ones who are learning to maintain the farm and develop a deeper love for the environment and the animals. 🥰

Kids can enjoy playing in the new fun playground in Western Springs which is close to the Zoo entrance and the Fukuoka Gardens. The new ecology theme playground has two giant slides, a beginners bike track, shade sails. The large children's playground has activities to suit busy kids of all ages. It's located next to Auckland Zoo, so you might even spot an elephant through the fence.

10/10 park. Spacious, creative, Variety of things for kids to play and even some excercise equipment

What a spectacular day out with my little rugrats! My boy was over the moon when he got his hands on a fluffy bunny, it was definitely the highlight of his day. We were welcomed with open arms by the super friendly staff and given containers to feed the animals, and boy did we feed them well! It was worth every cent spent on this top-notch experience. My son even got to saddle up and ride a horse, talk about a dream come true! We had so much to explore that we spent a good chunk of time there. Although the playground was packed with kids, it didn't rain on our parade since we were too busy feeding and petting our animal pals. I highly recommend taking your little ones here for a day packed with adventure!

Very good place to stroll. The playground is padded and safe for kids. Heaps of sitting benches and tables for outings. There’s an exercising spots as well that adults can enjoy while the kids are playing around. The toilet is well maintained. There’s drinking fountain as well. Plenty of street parking. Highly recommended for everyone :)

This playground is very popular for young and old. And the surrounding area has a beautiful park. The only thing that spoils the park area is the litter from shoppers, def spoiling the look of the place.

We love this park. It has everything! Playground, flying fox, water, sands, toilets, BBQ area, and even outdoor gym for adults. You can enjoy your afternoon here. I believe it will be crowded once Costco open.

Such an awesome playground! My kids (aged 1 to 8) all loved it. Something for everyone!
We went today in just about winter but I can imagine it'd get pretty hot in summer and there was only shade sails over the sand area.
Huge flying fox zip line too
Water play area will be amazing in summer
Overall though a wonderful, fun and exciting new playground with so much fun equipment.

Really nice new playground. Has covered bbq area. New toilets. Playground suits smaller children around ages 2yr - 9yr.

Only reason not give 5 stars is lack of covered shaded area. You are pretty exposed to NZ sun. If it could have covered top then perhaps it can be used for winter as well.

Netter Park und Spielplatz mit kleinem Wasserlauf, einem Basketballkorb und einem Klettergerüst sowie Schaukeln. Umrahmt wird das ganze von diversen Fußwegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Definitiv nicht der schlechteste Ort für einen sonnigen Tag :-)

toll, wir haben hier an den Straßenbuden gegessen und dann der Musik gelauscht. Abends wurde auch noch ein Freiluftfilm gezeigt.
