Ein guter moderner Flughafen. Die Schlange an der Sicherheitskontrolle funktionieren sehr gut, schnell. Man hat hier viele praktische Geschäfte. Auch wenn man vergessen hat , ein Geschenk zu kaufen , kann man es hier vor dem Abflug erlangen. Hier gibt es einen großen spezialisierten Souvenirladen.
Wenn man essen oder trinken möchte, ist auch kein Problem, man hat hier einen großen Foodcourt im 1.OG und Cafés im Erdgeschoss.
Was auch sehr praktisch ist, kostenloses WiFi.
Wenn jemand einen außergewöhnlichen und leckeren Kaffee trinken möchte, man soll Richtung Ausgang A 12-25 gehen, da gibt es einen Super-Café Cafe Frei mit mehr als 20 Sorten Kaffee. Siehe Fotos dazu.

Schöner neuer Flughafen. Preislich ist die Gastronomie noch in Ordnung. Kurze wegstrecken zu den einzelnen Gates.
Wow dieser Flughafen ist absolute Spitzenklasse.Da könnten sich einige West Europäische Flughäfen sich ne Scheibe Abschneiden.z.b.Manchester Basel Zürich Frankfurt um nur einige zu nennen.👌👌👌
Have flown from this airport a few times - never had any kind of problem. There is a lot of retail shops, food court is great. Toilets are clean. You also have a big terrace for plane spotting where smoking is alowed. You have a well organised transfer to the city centre - private transfer, taxi or few bus lines.
Es war zu wenige Sitzplätze in Wartraum bevor Sicherheitskontrolle. Daher nicht zu früh zum Flughafen, eventuell ist Check In noch nicht breit. Der airport Shuttlebus Bus 100E war auch sehr voll und wir müssen 30 Minuten im Bus stehen, selbst Stehplätze sind sehr voll.
Es gibt handvoll Plätze draußen, da gibt's aber keine Trennung zwischen Raucherbereich und Nichtraucher Bereich.

Sehr schöner moderner ✈ Flughafen
Budapest Flughafen liegt etwas ausserhalb ist aber ein guter Hub nach Asien aus dem Westlichen Europa.
Alles in allem vollkommen in Ordnung. NUR die Bar vor der Raucherterrasse....in meinem ganzen Leben wurde ich noch nie so unfreundlich bedient. Noch nicht mal angeschaut wird man beim reden.... schade dass die Rezensionen nichts bewirken, aber ich bin bald öfter dort und dann lasse ich den Chef kommen. NICHT MIT MIR!!!!
Angenehmer Flughafen. Alles über kurze Wege zu erreichen. Jetzt auch mit einem Ibis-Hotel in direkter Nähe.

Our only qualm was there was no one at tax refund desk. We had to call at a given no. But once he came it was quick.

We did a short break . Amazing city with lots of beautiful buildings. We had okay weather, which was a plus. We dont mind walking, so we did a whole trip on foot, so if you're a walker, it's great ( make sure you wear comfy shoes). Food was a bit hit and miss, so we struggled a bit ( vegetarian). We got cheated at the hot water swimming pools 😒,which was a bummer by a local . Who insisted that we needed swimming hats, but we didn't need them ( so be aware) . Apart from this , it's an absolutely amazing city . We hope to be back with family or friends. 💕
Great airport ~ the whole place is super clean, really well run with plenty of charging points and even free strollers for kids. There are a few large kids play areas as well. In terms of food there's plenty of options including Hungarian fare, fast food and salads. Going through passport check was quick, smooth and painless. I've been here twice now and each time it's been great.
Thumps up to this modern and clean airport. Many shops to shop and dine in departure section. Security was relatively fast moving as many counters opened. Passport control is after the main shopping and eating section. So make time for it!
On arrival u can use the bus 100E to city centre which costs 2200 Hungarian forint (about €6). Tickets can be obtained from bus ticket counter for 100E after exit customs within the airport building.

One of the best airports in Europe. Easy to find your way, it was always obvious where to go and didn't lose any time to ask or search where to check the bags, or to find the gate, a very stressful situation in almost every other airport.
Loved the spacious food court with view of the airfield, another nice thing missing from many other airports. I enjoyed every minute!

Landed here from Dubai in emirates. Amenities are good. Took time for immigration as the number of counters is less. Looks like airport is of medium size
Gemütlicher Flughafen. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt mit der Buslinie 100 funktioniert sehr gut. Sicherheitskontrollle geht recht zügig, große Auswahl an Essen dort. Nur die Wege an die Gates sollte man nicht unterschätzen.

If you travel with kids, it’s absolutely amazing. They have playgrounds not one but we found 2! The one on the top lever near the food court is absolutely stunning. Little Dutch wooden toys. It’s super cute and time flies. They have multiple silent boxes for people who needs a quiet room for business meetings or phone calls. (I haven’t seen it before)

Insgesamt ein sehr gut organisierter Flughafen. Die Sicherheitskontrolle läuft sehr schnell, nie habe ich mehr als 5 Minuten gewartet. Drinnen gibt es viele Geschäfte und Bars, die Preise sind vergleichsweise niedrig. Besonders empfehlenswert ist der Café Frei. Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist gut. Es gibt ein direkte Busverbindung in die Innenstadt. Es fährt auch Früh und Spät in 10-minuten Takt. Der Preis ist relativ niedrig. Das Selbstbedienungs-Check-in ist nicht für allen Fluggesellschaften verfügbar. Zum Beispiel nicht für Ryanair. Beim letzterem, beim GepäckAufgabe muss man mit langen Wartezeiten rechnen.
Wirklich sauberer und schöner Flughafen. Alle Plätze sind vernünftig ausgeschildert und es gibt überall genügend Orte zur Verpflegung. Bin sehr begeistert das selbst die Toiletten hier am Flughafen sauber sind. Wirklich super Erfahrung!
