What a pleasure i had. My family loved it but I wanted to highlight the incredible service from Sabrine, the reception and service agent from the lazer game. What a sunshine, always willing to help. Spontaneous smile and warm welcoming from the minute we arrived. Brilliant!!

We celebrated our child’s birthday and it was not such a great place. Very disorganized and felt rushed. The place is crowded, hot and poorly ventilated. We did 2 rounds of laser games. After the first part we had to ask the people that work there for water as the kids were out of breath and all sweaty as there is no air conditioning. They were not super friendly at this request. After their second round of laser games we went down the cave basement to set up the birthday as fast as we could. The space was dirty and the lady was trying to clean up the tables. The kids were done and we were still trying to set up. No cups, no bottles of soda were there. We had to go up and get them ourselves. It was very stressful. The place smells like a locker room. The bathroom facilities are dirty. Would not recommend to anyone. Simply not worth it. Go elsewhere if you can. The place is too small.
