I ordered seafood soup，When I open it ，I shocked！where is seafood？？？please tell me！ only tofu and murshroom！NO ANY SEAFOOD AT ALL！

We went into Totoya at 7:20pm and sat down. Although the closing hour is at 8pm, they still allow my kids to add a side dish(it was 8pm at that moment). So thankful. Dishes are delicious. Enough space for each table. Will go again

We had lunch here, and it's our first time trying KS Chicken. We got crispy fried chicken and garlic soy chicken. It was really delicious and mouthwatering. The owners are also nice. She gave us a dip, which I forgot what the name is, and it really compliments with the chicken.

I’ve been recommended to try their lamb soup, unfortunately my experience here wasn’t that great… 😕 firstly, the restaurant feels very dirty, the tables and the chairs all feel sticky, felt really uncomfortable dining in, secondly, the food was average and wasn’t great as recommended, the rice is yum but the lamb wasn’t 100% fresh, like it’s got a weird taste, not fresh lamb, soup tasted alright. Lastly, service was mehh… girl serving look like she was having a bad day and parking was very tight in the area

Chicken is good ,but trying to figure out what is it come with the chicken. Please check the photo below , if it’s me being over concern please let me know.

An authentic Korean meal, prepared with quality ingredients.
Usually, just one or two people serving so can be slow, but always happy to wait as the food is so good and so well priced.
Lamb Yongyang Tang is 10/10.
Beautifully spicy kimchi made with absolutely delicious cabbage served as a side dish.
This establishment makes perhaps the best Korean food in Auckland.

Awesome food, great serving size to price ratio. Staff is quick and helpful. The ‘atmosphere’ isn’t really anything to talk about, but it isn’t really that style of food. I’d say it’s great for takeaway pickups, or a nice sit down if you’re shopping nearby.

I had a lunch with my friends there. We ordered 3 beef spicy soups. But one of the soups tastes was so bad. It seems they were heating up 3portions of soups but one was not enough so they just top it with lots of water. The taste was horrible. It was just hot water taste. They should not do that especially with someone who is not Korean. Shame on you guys.

What a great place to eat late at night in Auckland. Kudos to them for opening till late. Nice food, but forgot to take pic. Good vibes

Finding a place that genuinely encapsulates the vibrant spirit and unique flavours of Korean cuisine can be a journey. Visiting Dokdo was truly satisfying, offering an authentic slice of Korea. Their fresh sashimi paired with soju is my favourite combination! The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming, making it a perfect spot to visit with friends or family. I'm definitely planning to go back!

Giving two stars because the food tastes good, but not worth your money.
This food set is $30 ! Only good for one person. Thought it would be good for two.

We arrive at 5:13pm, and it's already fully occupied. I think the reason it's so popular is becuase the generous portion of side dish. But I think main meals is relatively small portion and average taste. Onve you finish, me and my friend can feel the pressure to leave as there are people waiting. One time visit is enough.

We had a pleasant dinner experience here. The portion sizes were just right, and while the soup tasted average compared to other Korean restaurants, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

One thing to note is that if you're seated at the back of the restaurant, the dining area can be a bit dark. It's worth asking the staff if they can help you move your table to the front for better lighting. The menu offers many food choices, although some items may not be available.

From longway drive just to have a pleasant korean lunch at Kumkang so excited. The variety of korean authentic foods spoil me, plenty of side dishes which I can't find at other korean restaurants, kind services, clean place so feel homy, love it so much.

Each combo should have 4 side dishes. We orde 3 combos. But side dish were not gaven to us. Only 2 dishes were gaven when we ask for the side dish. only 2!

The best Korean cuisine in north shore so far I’ve been to, highly recommend to you all.

Great Korean restaurant in Aucklands northern suburbs, awesome how this place is open late. Food was second to none, price per product is you get what you pay for. Recommend

Got the Korean fried chicken and honey butter chicken, both half boneless. Was a bit pricey but the amount of food was worth it. Highly recommend, but honey butter chicken was a bit too sweet for my taste.

everything about this restaurant is incredible! from the food, to the service - this place is a must go! we had a 7 people gathering and got lots of food and got to try out tons of dishes. here’s the breakdown:

the side dishes - really nice and traditional. refills are available!

sashimi fish - a couple assortments of fish, presented beautifully.

raw beef sashimi - soooo good! one of our favs. the egg yolk was the cherry on top!

steamed pork - wasn’t our fav, but a really good sharing meal because everyone could choose their preferences in their wrap. an expensive dish though - $96.

seafood pancake - good good good! sauce goes so well and edge bits are nice and crispy!

overall great dining experience, even the owners gave us complimentary drinks which was so kind! loveliest owners and amazing vibe, will totally recommend to everyone!

가격과 음식이 전혀 혜자스럽지 않은 배달 음식이네요. 김치찌개랑 밥이 21불, 반찬도 없고. 원래 반찬이 21불 가격에 포함된거 아닌가. 절대 누나네에서 배달 음식 주문하지 마세요, 욕나옵니다.!!!

One of the best fried chicken joints on the shore, hands down! Plenty of great choices to choose from, consistent quality, decent portion sizes, and amazing flavours.

If you’re hankering for some chicken give this place a try you won’t regret it. Have always had good customer service too which is a plus.

Snowy cheese chicken nibbles are so good! A good portion for 19 dollars and the chicken were fried to perfection! They also gave us a lot of pickled radish which was nice.

Edit: Came here recently and it seems the seasoning and cleanness of the place has changed. The garlic soy sauce was a bit watery and lacked in flavour and the floor was quite dirty and oily. Rice was a bit mushy, the cheese snowball was nice but gave us a few less than what was in the picture.

The floor was quite oily but most people take away. On the good side the drinks and food were responsibly priced

Doesn't matter the nationality, if you love good, tasty chicken, Do visit this place. Careful of the Hot and Spicy chicken. It is NOT kid friendly, neither is it compatible with people who cry easily. Proceed at your own risk. This stuff will blow the back of your head off! Absolutely Delicious!
