Very comfortable hotel and super friendly staff. They treated our service dog like royalty. We are very grateful for our stay here. Thank you. Breakfast and lunch where great. The gym facilities are amazing. Better than most of the gyms you pay for. Rooftop terrace was a nice place to cool off after a long walk.

A parte qualche disguido iniziale sull’upgrade e lo stato della camera, il personale, il servizio e la colazione sono stati ottimi. In particolare, il personale della sala colazione e la varietà della stessa.
Anche il management molto attento alle esigenze individuali.
L’hotel necessita di una rinfrescata, ma essendo un palazzo storico su Via Veneto ci vorrà certamente del tempo.

Great hotel in the heart of Rome, within a 10 minute walk to the Spanish steps. Well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, quiet location. Really pleasant and helpful staff. The breakfast staff is so cheerful - it's a great way to start your day. The breakfast selections are yummy. Really enjoyed our 3 day stay here.

Every aspect of staying at the W Rome was absolutely phenomenal and exceeded our expectations! Each staff member was so nice and pleasant to interact with. The rooms were compact, but had a very thoughtful and effective use of space. The location is quite central, with a 10-15 minute walk to several key monuments including Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain to name a few.

I would also like to specifically thank the concierge staff, who made several delicious and authentic restaurant recommendations. Without hesitation, I would stay here again and so should anyone else debating accommodations for Rome!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel - would absolutely stay here again. We spent so much time exploring the city we didn’t get to spend a lot of time in the room. It was my birthday weekend and my husband requested decorations, flowers, and desserts- the hotel staff did not disappoint! The room was spacious and comfortable. It had a modern vibe and I loved the decor. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful as well. The location is pretty central. The Trevi Fountain was maybe 10 min walk away? The Vatican was ~30 min. Great local restaurants and bars around too!

Fantastic location my husband and I are able to walk to all of the major sites you would want to see in Rome. I'd like to start with the staff everyone was not only kind but so genuine in making sure our experience was nothing short of spectacular! The roof top bar has a wonderful view of the city. They have a great drink selection and they serve little snacks to have with your drink. The restaurant in the hotel itself is an experience the chef takes you on a delightful culinary journey everything from the pace of the meal, to the wines that were served, to the chefs tasting menu blew us away (do not miss dining at this restaurant it started off our visit with a bang) the location of the hotel is phenomenal as I stated before we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The room was spacious, well designed, and comfortable. For me personally the bed was firm. The daily cleaning and turn down was such a lovely touch. We will most definitely be back to visit and would stay at the Pantheon again!

Es liegt sehr zentral das ist eine plus punkt, aber nähe eine Tunnel und so mit sehr laut.
Zimmer ist sehr klein aber fein.

Our family stayed at the W Rome, and it exceeded all expectations! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff goes above and beyond in every aspect of your stay! We received incredible restaurant recommendations, assistance getting to places, and enjoyed the food at breakfast every day. Elena, was our server each morning, and made a tremendous effort to get to know our family and engage with us in such a wonderful way! Our rooms were spectacular And had everything we needed and more. I would not consider staying at any other property when visiting room again – the W Rome is exceptional!

Good location, helpful friendly staff. Not quite a 4* I'd say more a 3* needs lots of updating. Very nice restaurants on the same road, supermarkets close bye. Tram stop at the end of the road which takes you to the Trevi fountain and also the Spanish steps. Ask the hotel to call you a taxi they will be metered and you won't get ripped off by a taxi that overcharges.

Breakfast decent. Could do with a larger space gets quite busy.

Has a smoking terrace on the 3rd floor.

Ideale Lage! Man kann von hier fast Alles zu Fuß erreichen, ansonsten ist in 350m eine Metro-Station. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber ausreichend. Wer mehr will, muss auch deutlich mehr bezahlen. Klimaanlage funktioniert tadellos, lässt sich auch ganz abstellen. Da das Hotel in der Innenstadt liegt, sollte man zum Schlafen die Fenster besser schließen. Sehr gutes Frühstück!

Kamers zijn de grootste in Rome aan een faire prijs en redelijk beteugeld maar wel gedateerd. Waarom maar 2 sterren ? Personeel is vreselijk !!! In het ontbijt is met 4 een babbel voeten belangrijker dan de klant te bedienen. Het kamer personeel roept vanaf 8 uur door de gangen gasten of niet. Als aan de receptie iets vraagt lijkt men geen Engels te verstaan, doet niet de minste moeite en je vraag blijft onbeantwoord.

Wat een heerlijk hotel. Naast de looks die het hotel heeft met het moderne design voel je je er ook direct welkom en thuis. Vriendelijk personeel, super fijne ligging. Kamer was niet heel groot maar van echt alles voorzien. Luxe doucheproducten, koffiesysteem en heerlijk bed! Heeft mijn verblijf aan Rome nu al een extra plus gegeven en zal de volgende keer zo weer dit hotel gaan zonder daar over te moeten nadenken.
