Very accommodating, as we wanted to switch rooms because we wanted a terrace. They upgraded us to a gorgeous suite. The restaurant, Florio, is beautiful. We had a fantastic dinner there. Nice pool. And very pretty bars, indoor and outdoor. The staff were incredibly helpful.
La posizione è perfetta, in pieno centro di fronte al Teatro Massimo. Le camere sono grandi e confortevoli. L'ospitalità è stata veramente eccezionale. Ci hanno lasciato la camera un giorno in più per permetterci di riposarci dopo la giornata in giro per Palermo e prima di riprendere l'aereo in serata. Lo consiglio fortemente.
