Leider kann ich das überwiegend positive Feedback nicht teilen. Das in der Lobby ein Friseur Kunden das Haupthaar onduliert, das die musikalische Lautstärke die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption echt nervig gestaltet und das der Mitarbeiter der Rezeption mich gnadenlos duzt, mag dem Zeitgeist geschuldet sein.
Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich ok, eine gedimmte Lampe quer über den Spiegel mit gedämpften Licht ist sicherlich recht gemütlich, für eine Rasur am Ende ausgesprochen suboptimal.
Warum in einem Zimmer für 147,- Euro eine Mikrowelle ihr Dasein fristet, erschloss sich mir nicht.
Das allerdings nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer stand, war sehr ärgerlich. Wacht man mitten in der Nacht auf, latscht man sicherlich nicht runter in die Lobby.
Das Frühstück war sicherlich ok und das nicht abgeräumte Geschirr auf den Nachbartischen dem Lokalkolorit geschuldet.
Vielleicht habe ich aber auch einfach zu viel erwartet.

Hotel moderno, camere silenziosissime e molto nuove; piuttosto insolito (e non ideale) il modo in cui la stanza è strutturata: il lavandino del bagno è praticamente nell'ingresso; il WC è in un micro stanzino senza ventola e senza bidet; la doccia a parte, con porta trasparente. OK per occupazione singola, ma in 2 eviterei, onestamente (forse ci sono stanze diverse). Ristorante carino, se non si ha voglia di uscire. Colazione OK. Prezzo buono, considerate le date.

Was here for a quick weekend visit to see a concert. I absolutely loved this hotel and was very happy with my stay. I will gladly stay here again if I visit the city in the future!

The location is very nice, nearby are differents restaurants and it’s near the Rhein River.
You feel warm welcomed by the employees.
The lobby is a bit our of time and needs to be renovated.
We had a good time and will come back for our next trip to Düsseldorf.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel.

The deluxe room with harbor view is very nice. Taking a bath at night while watching the skyline. Wonderful!

Staff are kind and hospitable. The club lounge offers ‘free’ snacks and drinks. Alcoholic drinks are served here between 18:00 and 20:00.

The room is nice but relatively small, though it gives off a feeling of being spacious.

There is a spa, but I did not find the time to go. The fitness room is nice and provides all necessary equipment. 24/7 open and has a nice view, especially at night.

Breakfast in-room is great and super delicious. You fill in the form before 3AM and your food will be delivered at the desired time.

Room service is good, prices are on the higher end. The food can arrive a little bit colder than directly from the restaurant.

Hotel can call a taxi for you as well.

Comfortable hotel, large rooms, friendly service and good accommodations. The hotel is located in Mediahafen, a very typical neighbourhood. About 30 minutes walk from city center (quite nice in summer along the Rhein).
There's an underground parking at the hotel but during the weekend, you can park for free in some streets around the hotel.

Ich war gestern zum ersten Mal für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Nachdem ich bereits mehrere Hotels für meine regelmäßigen Besuche in Düsseldorf ausprobiert habe, wurde ich in diesem hier zum ersten Mal SEHR positiv überrascht. Vom Eingangsbereich, über die Flure bis hin zum Zimmer. Dieses Hotel ist, für mein persönliches Empfinden, wirklich traumhaft! Die Mitarbeiter:innen am Empfang waren unfassbar freundlich, charmant und gut drauf. Ich habe mich von Beginn an sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gerne werde ich dieses Hotel für meine zukünftigen Aufenthalte wieder buchen!

Schönes Zimmer, gute Betten. Unkompliziert, zentral, freundlich.

The room was spotless. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It's in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and shops.
The only thing was the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking.
But overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The service, the room, the restaurant, the bar~ everything was as good as it’s expected. Very limited parking spots, but luckily it was weekend and apparently we could part at other company’s spot. Across the bridge we could rent a bike or scooter to get into the city center. The breakfast was more than a breakfast, you can order A la carts, almost as extensive as lunch. We also enjoyed the dinner, and the paring wines.

The hotel and the room was nice. I was situated at the first floor so obviously, i could hear all the street noise around. Cant complain, I visutej few days before carnival.
Though the thing I must mentioned is that visit from Little friend - silverfish on my towels first morning was really unexpected. With the dates of this hotel and prices, it find this a no-go.
Restaurant in the hotel Lounge and coffee were great.

It was a great hotel with all the good things I would expect from a hotel when traveling for business reasons. Comfy bed, good shower, a fridge with some welcome drinks!

Gym is perfect it has lots of things to do different types of trainings, even a boxing bag!

The location and the Service are extremely good, I wasn't that happy about the room tho. It's okay but I expected more, it was a very average room with old furniture.
Also most amenities are excluded and you have to pay extra.
The breakfast was great tho. 👍🏻

An exceptional hotel, one of the best I have ever had the pleasure to stay with. Friendly and professional staff, beautiful tools with views to the park, and a great location. Will absolutely stay here on our next trip.

Possibly the best hotel stay I have ever had. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was just amazing.
The food and the offering was out of this world and breakfast had the best selection I have ever seen.
The bar was upbeat and very welcoming, the rooms were spotless.
Overall out of this world stay.

The Clayton Hotel Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf is in an excellent location and is a beautiful hotel. The staff, are all so friendly and service was AMAZING. The Conference facilities are top notch. I had the most comfortable bed and the pillows........ i could have stayed there forever. The Hotel is spotless and so inviting. It is the only place i will stay when in Düsseldorf

Hotel centrally located. Rooms are equipped with all the necessary items. Front desk support was quick. Dinner, food quality was good service was adequate. Breakfast spread is ok but decent service is lacking and bit chaotic for this type of hotel. When visiting Düsseldorf, definitely a great option for a stay.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The room was of a very good size and very comfortable. Area surrounding the hotel - fantastic. Plenty of places to eat, plenty of places to walk around. Easy to use public transport as well. Definitely recommend and I would be staying here again!

Wir waren drei Nächte in diesem Hotel und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Tolles ansprechendes Ambiente, stylische Einrichtung und ebenso professioneller wie sympathischer Service ob am Empfang, beim Frühstück oder in der Bar. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist übrigens ein Highlight für sich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Hotel ligt prachtig in de binnenstad dus als je de uitdaging hebt genomen om er met je auto heen te gaan dan kun je die voor het bezoeken van de binnenstad mooi in de parkeergarage laten staan.
Binnen in het hotel is het heerlijk vertoeven en ook rustig. De standaard kamer is van alle gemakken voorzien en heerlijk ruim. Heb je geboekt met ontbijt dan vind ik dat je de jackpot hebt. Een heerlijk ontbijtbuffet staat klaar en met veel verse producten.
Chapeau voor het vriendelijke personeel.

Die Lage des Hotels an der Königsallee in Düsseldorf kann nicht besser sein. Man erreicht alles was das Herz begehrt zu Fuß.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Ein Platz an dem man sich zu Hause fühlen kann. Das gesamte Haus strahlt Ruhe aus.
Das Personal ist freundlich, sehr gut informiert über die Aktivitäten in Düsseldorf und sehr aufmerksam.
Das Hotel bietet ein Restaurant und eine Bar, die eine ausreichende Auswahl an Getränken bietet. Hier findet jeder etwas und falls nicht, mixt der Barkeeper eine neue Kreation.
Parken sollte man das Auto in der Tiefgarage, da direkt vor dem Hotel fast schon unverschämte Parkgebühren verlangt werden!
Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen, sehr empfehlenswert dieses Hotel. Danke!

Die Zimmer waren sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und das Frühstück war ok da es nicht viel Auswahl gab.
Dafür war das Hotelpersonal sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Mein Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal und auch der Betreiber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut und frisch. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten :)

Das Hotel ist super gelegen und man gelangt fußläufig in die Altstadt. Einen Stern Abzug beim Standort, weils schwierig ist einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber modern und sauber. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt. Zudem war das Frühstück wirklich sehr gut und alle Angestellten wirklich freundlich. Für den Preis definitiv ein sehr gutes Hotel.

Nice hotel, a bit pricey, but the rooms are extraordinary, the service is good, the breakfasts is tasty.
The only disadvantage was the meeting room for us. There's the bathroom in this meeting room with glass door without the lock. Not silent proof at all, we had to go to the bathroom in our rooms, because obviously everybody can hear what is happening in this one in the meeting room.

Wir sind am 12.09.2020 um 9 Uhr 45 angekommen und unser Zimmer (grosses Zimmer mit eigenem Eingang) war schon bezugsfertig. Normalerweise darf man bei anderen Hotels nicht vor 14 Uhr einchecken. War also der erste Pluspunkt. Die Dame an der Rezeption (weiss den Namen leider nicht mehr) war super nett und zuvorkommend, schon der zweite Pluspunkt. Hatten auch eine Garage gebucht (zwal klein aber mit einem normalen Auto ist es ok). Die Übernachtung selbst war ruhig und sehr bequem. Das Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage, was bei den Temperaturen natürlich sehr angenehm war, also dritte Pluspunkt. Heute Morgen das Frühstück war auch mega lecker ubd sehr reichhaltig und die gleiche Dame hat uns bewirtet. Sie war wieder sehr freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Also der vierte Pluspunkt und den fünften gibts für die zenzrale Lage. 10 Minuten zu Fuss zur Altstadt. Wenn ihr nach Düsseldorf wollt, wäre das meine erste Adresse. Sehr sauberes Hotel. Die Einrichtung auf den Zimmern ist in der Tat in die Jahre gekommen, aber bei den günstigen Preisen ist das ok.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben sich beim Frühstück viel Mühe gemacht, uns und die Kinder zu verwöhnen (und uns den Weg in die schönen Ecken der Stadt zu erklären).

Wenn man nur schlafen will echt gut für den Preis. Aber man darf kein Luxus erwarten. Zimmer im 70er Style. Wir hatten einen Ausblick vom Balkon wie zu DDR Zeiten. Frühstück ist auch mit drin aber auch hier darf man nicht viel erwarten. Billige Aufbackbrötchen . Billiger Aufschnitt. Butter die zumTeil schon abgelaufen war. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ca 6 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Also wer günstig und keinen großen Wert auf Luxus legt ist hier gut aufgehoben. Allen die nur ein bisschen Luxus brauchen. Sucht euch was anderes .

Der Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr einfach und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Man kommt auch nachts zu späteren Uhrzeiten problemlos wieder in das Hotel, falls man die kaputte Klingel findet und diese als Klingel identifizieren kann. Leider war in unserem Bad kein Fenster und nur eine schlecht funktionierende Lüftung. Die Einrichtung ist sehr altmodisch und zum Teil auch etwas kaputt. Wenn man ein Hotel sucht, nur um nachts ein Bett zu haben, kann ich dieses weiterempfehlen.

Kaputter duschschlauch, kaputte Fliesen im Badezimmer. Kein Ventilator oder Klimaanlage... Betten waren bequem und Frühstück war auch gut. Fahrstuhl vorhanden (der bei der Abreise jedoch nicht funktionierte und ich musste den schweren Koffer 3 Stockwerke die Treppe runter tragen). Personal auch freundlich aber das WLAN war sehr schlecht. Leider nur 3 Sterne.
