I LOVE the Ritz Paris!!! It is by far my favorite hotel I’ve stayed in. From the smell when you walk in to the hotel, to the service, beautiful rooms, amazing amenities and restaurants, it is very difficult to be in a bad mood here! The indoor pool is lovely as well. I also loved the balcony view to the courtyard during breakfast in the room. The location is also hard to beat being close to so many attractions. I hope to be back soon!!!
Beautiful stay! Highly recommend the signature room with a terrace. Very comfortable bed, great in room amenities & attentive staff! Great restaurant in the hotel! Rooftop has a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, especially at night! Hotel is in a perfect, safe & quaint neighborhood close enough to walk to great restaurants & shopping! We will definitely stay again!
Thank you! ~The Clifford’s
Sehr schönes Hotel. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, Frühstück gute Qualität, top Lage. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse. Wir kommen wieder! Sehr empfehlenswert
Had one of the most important life milestones in this hotel with my beloved one. The staff are absolutely lovely and helpful throughout. The location is perfect with excellent view of Eiffel tower. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely come back again. Thank you for all the beautiful things the staff have done for us!
Hi ! This review is for the breakfast only. Having worked 5 years next to the Ritz, been there a couple of times for a work event and living since 15 y in Paris.... Wanted to enjoy the petit déjeuner with a good friend. We took the formule at 50 euro and some additional plates to share, and a coupe de champagne.

What a dissapointment. Nothing tasted really good, or anything special. The 3 pancakes were thrown on an enormous plate without any effort on presentation. They were not fluffy. Same for les oeufs bénédicte, the egg was almost hard boiled. The viennoiseries were ok, rather dry. No home made yaourt or confiture. The champagne was served without any additional nibble. The jus de fruit didn't seem fresh.

Cannot recommend unfortunately. Staff was gentle and setting of course superbe.
As a wedding photographer, I had the distinct pleasure of covering a wedding at the Hôtel de Crillon in December. The venue's breathtaking architecture and luxurious interiors provided an impeccable backdrop for the event. The staff's attention to detail and high level of service ensured a seamless experience, making it a photographer's dream. The elegance and charm of the Crillon not only enhanced the beauty of the photos but also elevated the entire wedding day. Highly recommend for an unforgettable Parisian wedding !
Staying at Hotel Dame Des Arts was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality from the incredible staff. This hotel had everything we could have hoped for: chic ambiance, a fantastic restaurant, friendly faces everywhere, breathtaking rooftop views, and a prime location. Traveling with our little ones, the adjoining rooms were a godsend, providing just the right amount of space for our family. I must give a special shoutout to Gabriela and the entire staff for their unwavering kindness and eagerness to assist with any request. The neighborhood was simply charming, with quaint shops, delicious eateries, and the Seine just a short stroll away. Our stay at Hotel Dame Des Arts was the perfect retreat after immersing ourselves in the wonders of this beloved city.
It was a very pleasant experience we had with my wife to stay in Shangri-la Paris.

First of all, the valet service person was very nice and kept safe my car during the stay.

Regarding the check-in, we had the opportunity to have a small tour of some other kind of rooms and suites with absolutely amazing views on the Eiffel Tower !
As it was already late and dark, what a wonderful and magic moment than seeing the Eiffel Tower shining bright!!

When we had the chance to finally arrive to our room (planned with the help of an amazing guest relation team and front desk team) the receptionist, Zhiwei (a truly wonderful person) sticked to the plan and leaved so quietly that I didn't even notice it.

The inside of the room was absolutely stunning.
The decoration for the special occasion was really well done and so many cakes and pastries were placed in the room.

I would recommend whoever can eat it, the kouign aman of the Chef Barbot is sensational.

My wife was very pleased and surprised in a positive way.

Overall, the stay was a lovely experience and I would to thanks even more Zhiwei, Yao Yao and Gianni (the Concierge) that have been very helpful and generous by how big their hearts are.

Regarding the pastry for the breakfast, I do not know why but I felt like the croissant was salty which was a weird sensation.
The epitome of five-star luxury in Paris. Stayed three nights in April and everything was wonderful. Very welcoming staff at check-in and getting you to your room. Had a junior suite and it was very, very spacious and the rooms are finished to satisfy the most discriminating client. SL-P has all the amenities you could ask for and then some. Was looking for an English-language paper and the NY Times showed up at my door the next day.

Comfortable lounge to end your day with a drink.

Breakfast was included and you will find anything and everything you want. Serice is beyond compare.

Finally, location was great. Was with my daughter and we like to walk or take the Metro and there's a Metro stop less than 100 yds from the hotel, which made it super easy to go where you wanted to go in Paris.

The hotel staff were all very fluent in English, so zero communications issues. So, absolutely loved our stay at SL-P.
We had the best few days in Paris, staying at the Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see. The hotel is beautiful, quaint yet modern, clean and very comfortable. We found every member of staff to be extremely helpful, polite and courteous. They all went out of their way to ensure we were very well looked after. From Nina and the reception team, the Concierge, the restaurant staff .. everyone met us with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delightful and the evening meal we had was delicious! We would definitely recommend a stay at Sofitel Paris and look forward to returning.
Walking distance to the Eifel tower and all popular cafes and restaurants. Looking to very cute Parisian street

"Spectacular" is the best word to describe our experience at Shangri-La. From the moment we arrived, the treatment was unparalleled; the service at this hotel is truly iconic. The location, the decor, the cleanliness, the orderliness, the views—oh, the views! But undoubtedly, the exceptional human team they have is what truly stands out. I am truly grateful to Valentina and Melanie for an unforgettable experience.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The entire staff is super polite, attentive and takes good care of their guests. Coffee and water capsules are replenished free of charge every day. The breakfast is sensational, with all the care and attention of an employee, named SABER, who really does everything to make us feel at home. We will certainly return!
We had a great stay here. The hotel is located close to several metro lines. Service was great. The rooms are compact, but fairly typical for Paris hotel room sizes and have good amenities. The breakfast buffet was excellent with eggs cooked to order and a wide selection of breads, fruits, juices, etc. I would certainy stay here again.
Our recent stay at La Bristol in Paris was nothing short of spectacular, a testament to luxury and impeccable service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for what was to be an unforgettable experience. The concierge team, led by the remarkable Jimmy, Fabian, Sarah, and Marie, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Their recommendations and arrangements for city experiences were perfect, reflecting their deep knowledge of Paris and a genuine desire to cater to our interests and needs.A highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the spa services, where I received the best massage of my life, courtesy of Mathias. His expertise and attention to detail left me feeling rejuvenated and utterly relaxed, a testament to the spa's commitment to excellence.Breakfast at Epicure became our cherished morning ritual, offering a delightful start to our day with its exquisite selection and charming ambiance. Similarly, our dinners at Café Antonia were consistently delicious, featuring a menu of beautifully prepared dishes in a setting that’s both elegant and welcoming. We must give a special mention to our favorite server, Aurelie, whose attentiveness and friendliness made our dining experiences truly memorable. Her ability to anticipate our needs and contribute to the pleasant atmosphere was commendable. Our room was a haven of luxury and comfort, with gorgeous decor and a view that captivated our hearts. The maid service was impeccable, ensuring our space was always clean and inviting, complete with fresh water and beautiful flowers that added a special touch to our stay.In summary, La Bristol in Paris exceeded our expectations at every turn, providing a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. It’s a jewel in the heart of Paris, and we eagerly anticipate our return to what has become our home away from home. PS. Did I mention that Julia Roberts also stays here!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Dame des Arts! The location was centrally located to everything we wanted to see.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable with a beautiful outdoor seating terrace for two.
The staff was super helpful especially in regards to things to do or dinner reservations. Erwin really helped me to make our vacation in Paris very memorable!

We also felt completely safe walking around outside of the hotel in Latin Quarter area.
We would highly recommend this hotel!!
Stopped by here for pastry and warm drinks. Because we wanted to try the pastry from the best baker in town. Pastry were good. We had great tea time here.

As they say, the only reason not to stay at the Ritz in Paris is if you can’t afford it. It’s full of history and luxury and has hosted some of the most famous and fashionable people in history. If you can’t stay I would highly recommend the Le Gouter or afternoon tea for a fabulous afternoon with drink and pastries.

One of my favorite hotels in Paris. The location, the breakfast, the rooms, and the staff is very very good. They really deserve more than 5 stars. If u want the feel the history and the luxury at the same time, you can choose this hotel to stay. Prices are little bit high than the others but really deserves
A clean, comfortable hotel in a great location for visiting sites on the Left Bank. Outstanding service. Knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to help us with reservations at museums and restaurants. Excellent breakfast buffet. Wonderful amenities: my family enjoyed working out in the gym in the mornings, and I enjoyed the rooftop view in the evenings. The concierge helped me plan my time in Paris on a daily basis. I recommend this hotel highly. I do speak French but found the staff could easily communicate in English. I felt as though they took a personal interest in making my stay in Paris pleasant.

We recently came here for breakfast, my fiancé and I have been before and we wanted to bring our families to show them what a special experience dining here is. The food was incredible and we were so looked after. Everyone had a fantastic time, thank you so much
This hotel is incredible and definitely worth the visit if your budget permits. The staff goes above and beyond and they treat you like royalty. They are prompt and eager to please! I was given a complimentary upgrade at check in from a Eiffel view room to a duplex with Eiffel view + terrace. This upgrade was completely unexpected but much appreciated.

The location can't be beat, this has to be the hotel with the best view of the Eiffel tower in all of Paris. The room was large and grand, the small details were appreciated. They had a selection of sweets ready for me upon my arrival (macaroons, berries, chocolates, fruit, etc.) and a bottle of champagne. The floors in the bathroom are heated, they have a heated towel rack, a TV in the washroom, 2 giant TV's (one in the room and one upstairs). The terrace has a shade that you control with a remote, the lighting is great, they have turn down service, you can order pretty much anything from their website (pillows, robes, room service, ice, etc.) I could go on!

Check out was smooth and they offer to store your luggage for the rest of the day if you plan on exploring the city.

I will say that the duplex room can be a little troubling if you have a lot of luggage. Their are about 13 steps you take to get from the upstairs the the main floor where the bathroom and bed room is, you'll have to carry your suitcase down however I will mention that they have an option to call for baggage assistance which I assume means someone will come help you bring it up and down.

If you plan on ordering breakfast you'll also have to bring the items down one by one as the entire room service cart can't go down the steps.

I will definitely be returning to Shangri La Paris next time I'm in Paris. Once you stay here and truly experience that view, it will be almost impossible to stay anywhere else.
My family and I spent 5 wonderful days at Hotel de Crillon. Granted, the rooms are lovely but could be made a little more luxurious to match the rest of the hotel, but this hotel is an absolutely gorgeous property. Stylish, elegant, and beautiful.
The beds are super comfy, and the linens lovely.
The staff and service are excellent…top notch! Everyone was kind, respectful, attentive and helpful. This is a rarity nowadays.
Breakfast and pastries are fabulous. The pastries will take you on a gastronomique ride to the moon, so out of this world delicious.Make sure to try the mille-feuille in the pastry shop. Heaven!
The location can’t be beaten.
Overall I rate Hotel de Crillon one of the best…5 Stars!!
Favourite hotel in Paris. Incredible service from start to finish. Well appointed rooms - very comfortable - beds are so comfortable it’s hard to wake up each day!
Restaurants are great - Epicure is always a winner and well worth the hype. Also tried 114 which was more informal but the food was interesting and well presented. Breakfast is definitely a highlight - sets you up for a great start to the day - highly recommend
The most stunning wedding venue!
I had the pleasure of capturing several weddings and elopements at as a photographer there and its hands down my favourite destination in Europe.
The Ritz an iconic hotel In Paris like no other and great service and friendly staff makes the experience amazing.
Always look forward to returning. <3

Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

😿😿A tall male staff member at the restaurant was incredibly rude. He interrupted us multiple times while we were still deciding whether to enter, insisting we follow him – this happened at least three times. We booked breakfast at the hotel a month in advance through the official website, attracted by the beautiful dining environment and delicious food. However, upon arrival, we were informed that non-hotel guests are not permitted to dine in the main, aesthetically pleasing restaurant and were relegated to a side hall. The side hall was indistinguishable from an ordinary cafe. Many, like us, probably booked this hotel's breakfast specifically for its renowned dining setting. Yet, now, non-hotel guests are denied access. According to a female staff member, this rule was recently implemented. Additionally, if we chose not to dine at that moment, we would still be charged a fee of 35 euros per person. I believe such significant policies should be clearly stated on the official website, allowing everyone to make informed decisions before visiting. Otherwise, it's no different from deceit. We arrived on time but were unable to enjoy the meal as anticipated. Moreover, the breakfast was extremely disappointing and ruined our day's mood. Overall, a terrible experience! I highly discourage it!🤌🏻👎🏻

We have eaten here many times as we Stay at the Westin. Always a great experience food and staff. They have a new option, Chef’s inspiration of the day, can be fish or beef. The fish was excellent, was served with some puréed sauces. Nice portion. Reasonable price. The French Onion soup is very generous with the cheese. The fish and chips, uses a light almost Tempura batter. All delicious. Adding Scallops and Calamari in a light Risotto - and squid ink -absolutely a winner - delicious - one of the best meals anywhere. Light.

We stayed here for two nights recently and loved the hotel. The staff is excellent and very accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable and, in my opinion, very quiet compared to many other hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast is include and was served in our room; it was excellent. The location is also very good and in walking distance to many things. We plan to stay here again the next time we are in Paris.
We received the Amex upgrade, a double upgrade as it turns out, and enjoyed the breakfast daily - it was excellent. The room was large including the bathroom and the shower was wonderful. The pillows and towels were exquisite. We walked all over Paris from this home base and found excellent restaurants in the area as well. The nightly gifts are a nice touch, especially the chocolate edible decoration. The service is what made our experience shine, though. From the front desk, to the restaurant staff, the doormen and concierge staff were constantly helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

It’s a beautiful restaurant and my family and I were very excited to visit. We went there on my birthday morning for breakfast and was told it was reservations only even though the restaurant was empty. After asking again - the host told us to wait to be seated and we waited for a good 15-20 minutes for a table that was there and empty all along. Our pastries and coffees arrived cold and when we asked for it to be reheated they came back burnt and coffee diluted. We also ordered the breakfast set but the waiters didn’t want to give us what was included in the set until we asked for it. Utterly disappointed. We expected better from such a well established hotel and instead were served with discriminating service.
Excellent hotel. Much better than competitors, a big upgrade than the mandarin oriental. Great service amazing French toast. Nothing to complain about but maybe my room was haunted since Marie Antoinette used to take piano lessons here before she was guillotined in front. Had some nightmares and saw Marie in my dream in the room at 6am
Ausserordentlich freundliches Personal.
