We had dinner on the rooftop of the hotel. This place is absolutely gorgeous, I took so many pictures I can’t even count. The place is beautiful, the staff is very welcoming and attentive. The food was good but I was not mind blown. I would still highly recommend to go, this is really a place to see in Marrakech!!!

Very good experience and worth for money. Rooms are super big and room service is very exceptional. Breakfasts also rich.

The rooftop bar has great views and comfortable seating. But don’t be fooled by the images online, this place is charging 75MAD for a bottle of water and 90 for Mocktails that taste of water.
Burger in image is 150, I don’t need to say more about that.

I would advise to look elsewhere as this bar is charging unnecessary high prices for everything on the menu.

Also worth noting that all payments will have a 7.5 percent service charge added as standard.
I think it’s unnecessary as tips should be left to be determined by the customer based on the experience. This feels like they are trying to cheat people who may not realise and tip on top of that.

Service was slow considering the large amount of staff on service at the time.

We’d stayed at the El Fenn before when it was new and just a few Riads. Now it is a composite of nine buildings and courtyards. Bigger and better? Of course. It’s only problem being, that it’s interiors, restaurants, gardens and pools, are so comforting and intriguing one doesn’t really want to venture outside.
If there was ever a model for the best hotel anywhere - Paris, Venice, Lisbon, Rome - it would be this.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Marrakech and had an exceptional experience. The blend of traditional Moroccan architecture with modern amenities made my stay comfortable and memorable. The staff were incredibly hospitable, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, offering easy access to the city's main attractions while providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Marrakech was a highlight, especially at sunset. The food was delicious, featuring authentic Moroccan cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marrakech.

The massage is a big error. I am very disappointed with the massage, It is a total waste of money and the same lady did pedicure for me....very poor pedicure. The lady isn't worth to be working in the massage parlour. The massage and pedicure at Grand Mogador Agdal is a total waste of hard-earned money!!!
You can stay in the hotel, but please book you manicure, pedicure and other body treatment outside the hotel. The Hamma bath is good, but a man was assigned to bath for my wife in which we both rejected.

I had an exceptional experience at Royal Mansour Marrakech! From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly welcome set the tone for my stay. The staff are incredibly efficient and always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities are in impeccable condition, reflecting the high standards of the hotel. Dining at the restaurant was a delight, with a vast array of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommended for a luxurious and memorable stay!
It was an excellent first impression on Marrakech

A beautiful hotel. Pleasantly surprised. 3 outdoor pools. Caters to adults and children. Breakfast buffet had a bit of everything. The hotel lobby was gorgeous. Definitely would stay here again. About 10mins away in taxi from Menara mall.

The stay was perfect.
Zacharia at the reception has been spectacular in the way he has been supporting us.
the breakfast was good, but the coffee machines struggled a bit with the number of people in the hotel. It would be great to fix them. The pool, the room quality, the level of service, everything was perfect!

The receptionist on the night shift, named Imad I believe, was extremely rude not only to me but also to other customers. Despite reserving a specific room, I was not given the room I booked. Basic amenities like soap and toothpaste, which I had expected based on my stays at other Mogador Hotels, were missing. Furthermore, there were ants on the bed. This was undoubtedly my worst hotel experience to date. It cannot be a 5 stars hotel. I don't recommend it.

Highly recommend checking out the rooftop for a cocktail. Beautiful, cozy atmosphere with a super accommodating staff. The cocktails are a bit pricey, but the ambiance and staff make up for it. Huge shoutout to Jimmy and the bar staff for making our group feel welcomed and comfortable.

Wat een ontgoocheling om te gaan eten in het betere hotel van Marrakesh!!! Absoluut geen verfijnd diner gehad voor een veel te dure prijs( als je 130 euro betaalt voor 3 gangen verwacht je toch wat verfijnde kwaliteit)
We hebben dezelfde typische Marokkaanse gerechten gegeten op andere plaatsen voor 1/4 van de prijs.
Tip aan de chef en manager van het hotel: kom eens op stage in een sterrenzaak in België…

Super mooi hotel. Mooie tuin en leuke restaurants. Wij zijn 3 keer wezen eten in het hotel bij l’italien. Terwijl wij elke keer erg goed ontvangen werden is er bij mijn laatste bezoek iets heel opmerkelijks gebeurd. Ik maakte gebruik van het toilet toen er opeens een toilet juffrouw de deur van het slot af draaide en de deur gewoon opentrok terwijl ik hier op zat. Geen sorry, terwijl de wc’s ook nog eens niet schoon waren en er geen wc-rollen waren ( dit was tevens alleen bij ons laatste bezoek, de keren daarvoor was alles in orde en waren de toilet juffrouwen ook erg behulpzaam). Ik was erg in shock dat iemand de deur van het slot draait en de deur opendoet en zich hier ook niet voor verontschuldigd. Vooral in zo’n hotel. De mevrouw was daarna nergens te vinden dus ik kon haar niet aanspreken. Maar voor een hotel als dit vond ik het toch opmerkelijk. Verder is het eten erg lekker en het personeel erg behulpzaam.

Heel mooi en sjiek hotel. Prachtige tuinen. Iedereen mooi omgekleed. Wel duur, 40 euro voor twee koffies en twee taartjes.

Goede locatie, 12 minuten lopen naar de Medina's. Ligt rustig maar in de buurt hippe tentjes en horeca.
Personeel zeer vriendelijk en bereidwillig. Fijn zwembad met mooie tuin met veel privacy.
Mooie kamers en schoon.
Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en goede kwaliteit.
Ligt in een mooie wijk met veel uitwijkmogelijkheden.
Een aanrader 🥰 super vakantie.

Dit hotel is in 2018 verkozen tot beste hotel in de wereld en ziet er inderdaad meer dan indrukwekkend uit. Wij verbleven hier niet maar zijn er wel gaan lunchen in één van de 4 restaurants, waarvan 2 een michelinster hebben. Wij zaten buiten aan de “pavilion de la piscine”. De prijzen zijn superduur. Denk dan aan 75 euro per persoon voor het buffet en een fles wijn aan minimum 65 euro. Je krijgt er wel topkwaliteit en een toplocatie voor terug.
