The owner's behavior is extremely disrespectful, lacking in basic manners when it comes to treating guests. Their arrogance suggests they believe they are running a luxury establishment like the Taj Hotel, but in reality, they seem to think providing rooms is a favor rather than a service. The service itself is subpar, requiring constant reminders to fulfill basic tasks such as providing water, and even then, delays are common. The quality of their amenities, such as towels and bed sheets, is appalling, with replacements only offered upon request. Consider this place for your stay only as a last resort.
The place is great built but the services are extremely poor.

Horrible rooms
No value for money as we were charged 2100 for a room (without geyser and dirty blankets)

Great place to stay. At walking distance you have metro station and every other local transport connectivity.
Coopertive staff and good service.✌️👍

Did a room reservation for my colleague travelling from Mumbai but got to know that the place is very dirty & not worth the stay. Please don't get carried away with the rosy pictures posted on the website. its just the other way around. My colleague moved out immediately & checked in elsewhere. Stay not recommended at this hotel.
