Other than location, nothing is worthwhile to mention. Service is one of the worst in life. They were unable to even supply soap and towel papers. No iron. Wouldn't recommend it.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Washrooms cupboards were broken. Dead animals on the walls. Sink and shower smell of old bathrooms. No linen service unless have to ask 50 times. The worst part is there are 17 floors with hundreds of rooms and there are only 2 elevators in the hotel. The elevators could easily be coded to just be used for "special service" for the cleaning crew then the guests would only have 1 elevator to use. Sometimes had to wait over 15 minutes for a single elevator to come down to the ground floor.

very small rooms. in 2 bed room 5 peoples are accommodated. no space for luggage in the room. no one does cleaning .

we stayed there for one week ,no one came for cleaning or changing bed sheets despite request.
Bath room very dirty and no cleaning . staff not co operative

Location is good, not very far from Haram, also good market area near by for food, Gifts shops etc.

Typical budget hotel. Rooms are extremely small, seems like 2 bed rooms are converted in to 4-5 beds. Even the bathrooms are quiet small.

Service is pathetic , staff is not very well behaved with the guests, basically they don’t care how the hospitality industry works, because they know mostly they have guests from Umrah group, who are not booking directly with them but through agents, so no need of any kind of customer satisfaction.

Lifts are also not sufficient, all the time you need to wait, even during non prayer time.

Normal hotel no special arrangements

One of the strangest hotels I've ever stayed at. No room cleaning, dirty sheets, unhelpful staff, and worst of all, waiting 15-20 minutes for elevators, and if they're not available, you're forced to use the stairs.

The hotel is quite good. 10 min walking distance from masjid al haram. Usually pakistani hajis stay there. Rooms are quite clean but little congested.

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen my life. The rooms are so so small there's no space even for luggage. I strongly recommend people not to select this hotel on the basis of agents recommendation. If you select you will regret regret. This hotel doesn't stand even for 1 star.

A very bad experience at this hotel .
Rooms are too congested there is no space to pray . Bedspreads are not washed and cleaned rarely changed . Poor customer service . Small lift capacity and very slow .
I would not recommend this hotel .

One of the worst hotels you can stay as a pilgrim. There is barely any room service available. The worst part about the hotel is the staffs their behaviour with the customers is so rude which can't be described in words. The rooms are small toilet wasn't cleaned properly. As a pilgrim I would say to avoid this hotel and go for a better hotels around Misfalah.

Ia adalah hotel biasa tetapi baik untuk keluarga yang sangat dekat dengan haram Makkah. hampir berjalan kaki selama 6 minit terletak di hadapan menara Makkah di Kaboter Chowk

Very very very poor hotel, the worst I've ever seen. Very dirty toilets it's so hard to use them especially as a pilgrim. Every room has a bad odour, ac is not adjustable. Some room even don't have any shelf or almirah

Lokasi tidak terlalu jauh dari masjidil haram, meski jalannya sedikit menanjak. Berada di belakang zamzam tower, dg toko-toko oleh-oleh murah disekitar hotel. Hotel Nosour sendiri sangat ramai dg jamaah (umroh) dari indonesia. Kamar dan fasilitasnya biasa saja, tidak masalah bagi yg mementingkan ibadah. Hanya bagi para lanjut usia, kadang harus menunggu lift cukup lama karena penuh jamaah.
