DO NOT EAT FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING!!!

Ive eaten here twice in past two months and both times it has given me food poisoning. First time i wasnt sure if it was players but it DEFINITELY was.

Avoidddd FOOD POISONING!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered two double fillet burgers (the mighty players burger and the double peri peri fillet burger) and we did not receive what we ordered. Instead of receiving two fillets in each burger, we received 1 and a half as seen below. They had clearly cut one of the fillets in half. This place is a scam and I do not recommend going here.

We ordered on uber eats buy 1 get 1 free and it look like they got 1 fillet and cut it in half and made 2 burgers out of it so there was more bread than actual chicken and did not taste nice quite the opposite. Will never order from here again and waste of money.

We ordered of Uber eats and we had a milkshake not there so we ring up and the woman on the phone was quite rude to us I tried explaining calmly that we was missing the food I then explained that we wouldn’t be able to come to the shop as she was saying to come to the shop I then explained my nan was disabled and we couldn’t come and said she didn’t care we my nan was quite annoyed this comment and had a go at her which we was in the wrong for but the comment she made was quite rude she then started blaming the delivery driver who I already had spoken to and he said he had never had a milkshake given to him I then said is they want way we could get a refund on just the milkshake and she started getting more rude so I put down the phone and then when we started to eat out burgers they was awfull they tasted burnt and very rubbery the salad was brown and the chips were just chips to be honest no complaints about the chips but the burgers where awful and the milkshake and coleslaw I never received I would not recommend this place as the service was shocking and appalling and the food was awfull.

Absolutely appalling. No hygiene whatsoever, the lady that works there was putting in chips with her bare hands, told her if we could have fresh chips and not to use her hands. Also she rushed the chips therefore it was not cooked properly.
